20/01/2026: I can't say enough about the owners, who are so kind. Luigi is truly a great chef, he knows how to bring a refined soul to the dishes he prepares. We had lunch at Cervo for my son's baptism and everything was sublime, not least the welcoming atmosphere of the new rustic restaurant, which perfectly complements the stunning views from outside. It wasn't your average lunch, it was a memorable experience.

03/05/2026: High-quality meals. No argument. Top-notch parmigiana and well-prepared first courses with remarkable ingredients. So, the top score is deserved. The only complaint is the price. As good as it is, I find the €13 orecchiette with fava beans to be truly exaggerated. The same goes for the €2.50 cover charge, which is like a restaurant fare, or the €4 for filtered water and side dishes that cost over €20. Being a delicatessen, not a restaurant, and quite small with limited seating, one expects and hopes to find reasonable prices so one can repeat the meal, even for takeout.

26/04/2026: I came here on the recommendation of a Pescara acquaintance. I can only say I'd give it 10 stars, not five. I ordered a slice of pizza with sausage and mushrooms, and with the first bite, I saw Valhalla, the best pizza dough I've ever eaten. I'll definitely be back before I leave. Congratulations, I've never had such a good and light pizza. 10/10

The countless awards he's won, such as Best Pizza Maker and World Pizza Champion, are well-deserved. We were passing through in our camper, and the first thing we did was go eat pizza at the "World Champion." Finally, the prices were very fair.

11/09/2025: Compared to last year, there's been a drastic drop in preparation and quality of the dishes offered.
Fried calamari consists of only the tails and a few tentacles. The rest of the mantle is used to prepare skewers, which, quite paltry,
were priced at €2.50 each.
The flavors also leave much to be desired.
We've been there several times last year and always had a great experience.
Too bad...

Excellent food and good value. For us, it's now a must-visit when we stay in the area.
We had a cured meats appetizer and some first courses: everything was truly excellent. The dessert, a ricotta tart, was also noteworthy.
The only negatives are the location and the table layout. The location, because it's a short walk and some stairs to reach it: we were with my elderly mother, and it was a bit of a struggle. The table layout, however, was a bit too close together, which wasn't very comfortable for a group like ours (8 people with 2 children).
Despite these small issues, which we managed without any particular difficulty, the experience was exceptional, and I would recommend it without hesitation.
17/04/2026: For anyone passing through Rivisondoli, the "Da Giocondo" restaurant is always a sure bet: a welcoming atmosphere, attentive service, and excellent food.
Elisabetta, the owner, is always ready and willing to make her guests feel at home.
If you're in the area and want to eat well, you absolutely must visit.

09/05/2026: We were passing through, we found this restaurant by chance, we entered around 2 pm. Place for 2, we were seated in less than 5 minutes, we had 2 appetizers, 2 main courses and 2 side dishes, I have to say EVERYTHING REALLY DELICIOUS!!! Very fast service, non-existent waiting times (even though we sat down at 2 pm and the restaurant was full, what we ate on the bill was EXCELLENT! Just a tip hoping that no one will be disappointed, wide choice of main courses. BUT ADD THE ARROSTICINI TO THE MENU.
19/04/2026: A well-kept restaurant on the main square in the historic center, with friendly staff.
The food is excellent: the "old post" appetizer, delicious asparagus gnocchi, and perfectly cooked grilled lamb.

08/04/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant in Vasto almost by accident during a trip, and it turned out to be a wonderful surprise! We ordered a platter and the pasta alla ventricina: both dishes were truly excellent, well-prepared, and made with quality ingredients. The prices are absolutely in line with what's on offer.
A special mention goes to the service: the waiters were fast, friendly, and attentive. The owner was extremely kind and attentive, which isn't always a given.
Highly recommended if you're passing through and want to eat well in a welcoming atmosphere!

09/04/2026: A beautiful farmhouse, surrounded by greenery and with a splendid view of the plateau. We participated in a saffron harvesting and processing experience, including lunch. Alessandro, the owner, accompanied us throughout the morning, passionately sharing the history and production of this extraordinary product.
At lunch, we enjoyed delicious dishes, all saffron-based, accompanied by attentive and friendly service.
A heartfelt thank you to Alessandro, his wife, and the entire family for the wonderful day we spent together!

14/04/2026: One of our favorite places, it doesn't disappoint! Sometimes it can take a little...long, but it's worth it. The meat-based first courses are excellent.
