Maybe she'll gain some sympathy (something that was also missing at the time of purchase, it seemed like we were doing her a favor) but above all maybe she'll avoid having this sea of ​​negative reviews. Reviews also serve to give an indication of how things are really going, getting offended and acting in a snobbish but above all arrogant way certainly doesn't make things easier, on the contrary! 24/09/2025: I'm often in the area for work, but this time I stopped here for lunch. It's located inside the Carrefour shopping center. The service is fairly quick and friendly, and the pizza isn't bad, but Spontini's prices in general are unfortunately too high for the quality of the product, in my opinion.

23/08/2025: We came here for brunch on a Saturday morning with around 20 people (with reservation!). The staff was friendly and brought us another chair when one was missing and the food was delicious too! We ordered pancakes, yogurt bowls and also normal dishes.

11/09/2025: I'm a regular customer who works nearby. The coffee is good, and the girls are all very nice and friendly, but I feel like I should point out that the place could use a refresh. The air conditioning has been broken since before the holidays, and these poor girls have to work in unbearable heat, even for customers who only stay for a few minutes. Truly unthinkable.

04/10/2025: I had a coffee affogato, a scoop of cream thrown into a cappuccino cup with the coffee. A Marrocchino that tasted like milk and Nesquik. 10 euros

28/09/2025: Arrogant, bitter, and rude cashier... I ordered two coffees and what I thought was a long biscuit. When it was served, the lady snapped at me, telling me I hadn't been clear in my order and that it was actually a brioche and therefore cost more. Her manners were quite rude and inappropriate, in front of all the other customers at the counter with me. I immediately paid the €0.80 difference, shocked by this woman's manners. I strongly advise against this bar, where politeness is unknown.

17/05/2025: 11-05-2025 Sunday morning passing by, we stop for breakfast. A place I had already tried. We take a latte macchiato and some brioches. Everything is good, very kind staff. The only thing that could be improved is the decor. We choose this place for Sunday breakfast. A place inside the shopping center, simple, very clean and with very kind staff. We order a latte macchiato (€1.70) and some brioches (€1.20). Everything is good for a pleasant moment. A place I recommend visiting.

14/09/2025: The staff were friendly and the place was well-maintained, but the coffee wasn't impressive. The machine wasn't emptied, the beans were oily, and the espresso was strong and over-extracted, with a distinct bitterness. The group's spray nozzle didn't seem clean. It's a shame, because the machines are high-quality, but they lack training: the barista seems unprofessional. This review is based solely on the coffee, with nothing to say about the rest. I'm happy to update my review if the extraction is improved in the future.
