12/05/2025: Unfortunately my experience wasn't the best. In addition to the pitiful service to say the least, since we were served with a middle table, I must say that we were disappointed by an appetizer passed off as typical, but which included spicy salami and Milano salami, cold cuts that were not very fresh and hard. Bread was not included in the cover charge, which we had to ask for and they were presented with two strips of crescia. As for the first course (gnocchi with cheese and saffron), another disappointment, as our pasta was not seasoned. I can say this with certainty because at the table next to us (we were practically eating together) a lady ordered the same thing and it was a completely different story. I wonder if maybe they took advantage of the fact that we were 4 guys.... I definitely won't go back. Sin.

26/07/2025: The quality of the pizza varies depending on the pizza chef on duty, and the courtesy of the staff varies depending on the girls present. On a negative note, I saw a girl smoke in the kitchen and then go back to the counter instead of going outside.

03/07/2025: good ice cream, but every time I come with my friends they never have my favorite flavor, nutella flavor is always finished, I advise the staff to do it more, to smile more and to be more generous with the quantities!!!!

05/06/2025: Desserts below average, often stale, you can tell by the cream with the crepes, it happens when they have been there for a while. The male staff is incredibly rude, especially the gentleman at the cash register, I think the owner, rude and changes the prices (in fact they are not displayed, probably for this reason) based on the customer, if a tourist he is fooled. Messina certainly offers better, for the quality of the products, education and correctness.

14/01/2025: Sunday 6 October 2024. We ask for 2 proseccos and they bring us 2 cheap sparkling wines, which from the first taste leave an acidic aftertaste in the mouth, more fizzy than coca cola. Soggy chips and morsels of pizza left over by someone, reheated and overheated. Obviously we left both chips and pizza. We stumbled upon it by chance (it was the only bar open) and we will never go back. A poor couple arrived next to us who ordered 2 salads and instead of bread they brought them 2 slices of toasted bread. However we paid 10 euros for 2 glasses of undefined but carbonated stuff. In any other place, I have never paid more than 4 euros for a prosecco of more than good quality, complete with a cutting board! Totally inexperienced waitress who didn't even say hello and got the bill wrong. For completeness, January 2025, the bar is closed due to a change of management. I probably wasn't wrong in rating the food and service as poor.

10/08/2025: Virkelig dårlig service og endnu dårligere mad. Vi bestilte deres “ great fry “ men det var hverken great eller fry. Der var heller ikke nok mad til at blive mæt. Personalet ignorerer en og det er en flok teenagere med dårlig attitude. Vandet vi bestilte var åbnet og genopfyldt.

04/08/2025: The restaurant is strategically located, just steps from schools, offices, and the historic center. Small but well-organized, I've eaten all the dishes several times. The selection is very good! The girls behind the counter are super friendly and always smiling, something that's been lacking in other places lately. I can only recommend it, and the view of Piazza Cavour makes everything even more special!

12/05/2025: first time I go there, the waiters were not welcoming and answer questions (asked politely) with arrogance.

05/07/2025: Despite some reviews on the Tripadvisor site, both the environment and the food were poor. I personally took a dish of simple gnocchi with only tomato. The flavor, probably due to the abundant (excessive) seasoning oil, revealed stale ingredients. Furthermore, the same "seasoning" had been used for a pizza ordered by another person in our group who also noted a stale flavor.

04/07/2025: Very affordable and great pizzas for the price. Serves a range of drinks has inside and outside seating areas with toilets. Plenty of car parking. The house red wine was drinkable and cheap. Well worth a visit if you are nearby as the value for money was fantastic. Nice staff as well.

15/07/2025: I get a "medium" cup for €4.00, which contains an embarrassingly small amount of gianduja and stracciatella. It's 10pm in the middle of summer. A pissed-off girl asks for a receipt, but she barely gives it to me (otherwise she wouldn't even dream of doing so). I ask for a drop of sparkling water, and I get a fingerful of still water... The "posh" area is fine, but if you don't want it, just say so... and for €4 elsewhere, I can satisfy my craving for ice cream, while here I'm feeling really pissed off. Never again.

28/07/2025: We were drawn to this restaurant by a TikTok showing a €20 menu including six appetizer courses, a first course, and a second course (drinks not included). There were four of us, and once we got there, they sat us down and recommended two menu options. One for €20 (like the one seen on TikTok) and one for €35, except that the €20 one magically didn't include the second course, as described on their TikTok profile. We therefore had to pay €5 more each for the second course. The most scandalous thing is that the appetizer didn't include six courses, but six pieces of cured meats (NOT EXPLAINED BECAUSE SIX COURSES MEAN YOU SHOULD BRING SIX DISHES TO THE TABLE, and in fact, on TikTok, many more appetizers were shown, including terrines of typical dishes, which we never saw at the table, though). The first course was poor, but still good. Second course is decent, but nothing special. In short, they lure customers in with misleading advertising, and once there, you discover the truth about their menus.

07/07/2025: Siamo capitati per caso, la location è un po’ vintage. Abbiamo mangiato fuori con vista lago. Ottima la costata di cervo e la grigliata mista. Posto alla buona, prezzi adeguati e qualità a sorpresa

23/06/2025: Esperienza negativa, molto negativa, arrivati con prenotazione e fatti accomodare al tavolo alle 13.03, la signora (Stefania) che prende le ordinazioni è venuta da noi sale 14.10 , già questo sarebbe sufficiente per dare un voto negativo ma quello che ci ha dato noia è che ha preso la comanda a tutti coloro che erano arrivati dopo di noi, nonostante i nostri tentativi di richiamo attenzione, la signora con il sorriso stampato sulle labbra, rispondeva: arrivo subito… non puoi prendere in giro così! Siamo rimasti solo perché era tardi e cercare un altro posto sarebbe stato impossibile data l’affluenza di persone.

31/07/2025: The staff is friendly, the place is decent, and best of all, it's close to the castle. Unfortunately, the food isn't great: the potato croquettes aren't good because of the vegetable, the pizza was good but very hard, the hot dog sausage tasted like it was bought at the store, and finally, the hot dog bun was hard.

24/06/2025: Worse and worse, an ongoing odyssey. I've been waiting for FOUR MONTHS for them to assemble a wardrobe for me after spending 9,000 euros. But never again!!!! Three hundred calls since February and no response. They want emails with all the explanations and I've sent about a hundred, not even that helps. A waste of time and a lack of respect for the customer. A real disappointment. Obviously it's not the fault of the individual workers but the fault of the person in charge of Ikea Italy. Let him wake up before he loses customers, because you don't behave like that

23/06/2025: Bargain Corner I notice an item that interests me but the sticker is ruined and I can't scan it so I ring the bell, nothing, after 5 minutes a lady with short blonde hair arrives and tells me that she will call a colleague... other people arrive and ring, she answers the same thing angrily. So we decide to go to the cashier where a kind colleague calls the manager of the bargain corner explaining what happened, NOW SHE ARRIVES AND REAPPLIES THE STICKER and kindly takes revenge. Ok, after 10 minutes she arrives and guess what, it's the blonde lady who told us to wait... oh well. Moral of the story, 30 minutes wasted for nothing
