22/07/2025: Very nice. As a Sicilian, the prices shocked me a little, but as soon as the burger arrived, I was hooked. It's a giant sandwich.

08/07/2025: Burgers, fries, and chicken are delicious! The tacos not so much. The atmosphere and service were great though.

06/07/2025: Too bad you can't put zero. On a rainy day we thought we were going to have a coffee and a liqueur with our 8 year old children and we were treated like dirt. I have been working in the restaurant business for years and I believe that we should treat customers politely and with respect as we did. The restaurant owner should be grateful that there are people in his establishment but evidently for the restaurant owner it is not like that and therefore it is right that things take their course. 07/08/2025: I don't think I've ever seen anything worse; this would be a €25 mixed grill for two. It's just one and a half raw chicken with a rancid flavor, worth €5, not to mention the fried chicken and fries, almost dark brown from the used frying oil. Change jobs and forget about it.

29/05/2025: Considerata la location ci aspettavamo un salasso, abbiamo invece trovato prezzi assolutamente ragionevoli e personale molto gentile. In caso di zero alcol consiglio lo spritz analcolico, dissetante e gradevole.

04/05/2025: Siamo andati per vedere la terrazza a strapiombo sul lago, veramente mozzafiato ma ci sono almeno altri due posti da cui si può godere lo stesso panorama senza camerieri che ti girano intorno obbligandoti a una consumazione senza un menu davanti, abbiamo preso due succhi di frutta e abbiamo speso 7 euro. Gli avevamo detto che volevamo fissare per il giorno dopo a pranzo ma dopo questo trattamento abbiamo deciso di non tornarci più. Abbiamo quindi prenotato al vicino ristorante Miralago, da cui si gode una vista ugualmente mozzafiato ma con personale gentilissimo...

11/06/2025: I had high expectations considering the exorbitant amount I spent on this sugar paste cake. It looked nice, but as soon as we cut it… total disappointment! Terrible flavor, strange consistency, almost inedible sweetness as if the cream were a bar of butter. A real disaster, especially considering how much I paid for it. Never again!!!

03/05/2025: Absolutely zero. They don't respect anything that is asked of them. I wonder how they are not ashamed of delivering certain products. Beyond the arrogance and rudeness that can be felt inside the place. NEVER AGAIN. A total DISAPPOINTMENT.

If you don't like the flavors of lake fish, choose only between two first courses and two second courses....we ask for penne all'amatriciana and they bring us (after more than half an hour) the trofie....then a cutter...ino...ino....of mixed cold cuts...15 euros for slices of poor quality and quantity....we will not return 😔

When we got up, the employee terrorized us to pour the 7 euro expensive beer into a plastic cup. 21/04/2025: I ordered a pizza focaccia and they brought me raw and rubbery stuff, with terrible olives, not even a pinch of salt, oregano, nothing... Anything could have done better. I told them and they even justified themselves at the bar, saying that that was their product, that it was even cooked to be like that. And this focaccia was also expensive, given how bad it was. A disaster, they didn't even apologize

20/07/2025: We wanted to try one of Viverone's most charming restaurants, and the dinner immediately proved to be a cross between a nightmare and a candid camera, with dishes presented on the menu that weren't there, disincentives to order pizzas that they claimed would take a long wait to arrive, which also happened with the other dishes. And last but not least, the veggie burger was so blackened on one side that it might even be harmful. When we asked to speak to the owner, he denied our request, giving us decidedly banal excuses and placing the blame on the "employees." Dear Sirs, when you run a restaurant, you are primarily responsible for the actions of your employees and must personally take responsibility for their mistakes, assuming they make any, and not use them as scapegoats. The patience, diligence, and embarrassment of the "employees" were the only positive aspects of an otherwise appalling dinner.

24/05/2025: What can I say? ... It was a pleasant evening, the place is warm and welcoming and the staff is really kind, they met us on everything. The wait for our pizzas was normal considering the place was full and there were 7 of us, and the pizzas are really super, no heaviness as soon as you get up from the table but only a really healthy satiety, the dough is really a cloud without counting the flavor of the same, truly a fantastic pizza.. I didn't take photos of the other pizzas because they were devoured before time 😂 if you pass through Palmi and want a good PIZZA spending the right amount, I recommend you stop here...

24/06/2025: I took 6 pieces. Paid above average. 4 of which were impossible to eat. But where has the quality of Alice Pizza gone? Soft dough with stuff that seems to have been slapped on randomly, toppings reduced to the bare minimum. Terrible.

31/05/2025: The pizza is good, it is located at the entrance of a shopping center, the tables outside among the pigeons that also fly on the tables.

19/07/2025: A nice hideaway in the city, with a pleasant terrace. Indeed perfect to slow down for a moment. The staff is very very friendly and the prosecco a real treat with hints of apple and apricot.

24/06/2025: Went to this 'pokeria' today on the road for a quick dinner. I find the food excellent, I imagine also for the girl in service who very kindly followed my instructions for the random choice of ingredients. Excellent service, I recommend it. Davide 24-06-2025

19/06/2025: Good poké, I ordered a large expecting a fair amount of the bowl, I was served less than half. Luckily I pointed it out and a girl, responsible I think, fixed it in a few seconds by filling it for me. For me, the mistake was immediately remedied and I was satisfied with the service and the food.

18/06/2025: I find this place very good both for breakfast and for aperitif. The waiters/waitresses are very nice and friendly. Then there is the owner, Mr. Giovanni Serafini, who is incredibly friendly and generous!

30/05/2025: The lady is very rude and also some of the counter staff... shame because the desserts are excellent
