22/06/2025: Excellent pastry shop a few steps from Sapienza. Really good croissants and maritozzo, fast and kind service. The only unexpected surprise: in the Neapolitan biscuit with shortcrust pastry and chocolate there was some liqueur, which we didn't expect. For the rest, everything ok!

14/06/2025: I went to Viel on Viale Monza (I was a regular customer) (Precotto area) and I think it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in an ice cream shop. I waited over 15 minutes for a simple ice cream, while in the meantime all the other customers who arrived after me were being served. I pointed this out first to the clerk, then to the cashier, and finally to the owner - and guess what? No one apologized. In fact, they even had the arrogance to tell me that I had to wait, insinuating that I had said the wrong name of the product, even though they had already cashed it and even though I was literally pointing out what I had ordered. All this topped off with a rude and know-it-all attitude, as if the customer were a nuisance to be managed, rather than a person who is paying for a service. In a neighborhood like Precotto, where fortunately there is no shortage of choice, they will never see me again. An ice cream may even be good, but respect and professionalism come first. Avoid, especially if you don't want to feel like you're being made fun of. Avoid the blonde lady who works there, she doesn't know manners

29/06/2025: It's okay. At €24.90 in the evening, it's relatively expensive, even with all you can eat. But nothing special. If you want a change from Italian food, you can go there.

11/07/2025: A classic bar and pastry shop run by upper-class Florentines. €8 Spritz... says it all. And the quality of the drink is average. The pastry shop is good, but for goodness sake... saying it's a robbery without a gun is an understatement.

29/06/2025: Huge disappointment. Never been there before and never will again. It was for a lunch in a guesthouse, so a pre-arranged menu, even large portions, but with the quality of a canteen. No pleasure in eating, but only because it was lunchtime and we were hungry. On Saturday there were only us at the restaurant and no one else, evidently something didn't add up right away. In fact....

05/05/2025: Ci siamo stati ieri con con un gruppo di amici ed abbiamo mangiato veramente bene, piatti tipici fatti con materie prime di qualità. L'atmosfera è familiare e rilassante, proprio quello che ci vuole in un pranzo domenicale tra compagni di avventure motociclistiche . Abbiamo conosciuto il posto un anno fa in occasione di un evento nelle vicinanze, casualmente siamo capitati a Staffolo e ci siamo fermati a mangiare, invece quest'anno ci siamo venuti di proposito e la realtà ha superato il ricordo!! Complimenti a tutto lo staff.
