17/06/2025: Prices vary from €5 for a hot sandwich to €12 for a plate of pasta, raw vegetables, or other items. Pleasant atmosphere with lots of local workers, mostly white-collar workers. Self-service. Very good coffee. I recommend it. Very close to the Barberini Palace.

26/08/2025: It's been a while since I've been to Kisen. I think it's changed management because it's now an all-you-can-eat sushi place. That said, the food isn't as good as it used to be (because the prices are significantly lower). But the service and waiters are excellent, the location is beautiful, and for an all-you-can-eat place, I'd say the quality is high!

23/08/2025: I went for lunch with my brothers just before the summer closure. The place itself is similar to other sushi restaurants of the same type, a bit small but with a rather well-optimized interior space. Parking is available on the main road. The staff seemed friendly and professional. The quality of the food seemed above average compared to other all-you-can-eat restaurants in the same price range, while the variety of dishes was average. It's not gourmet sushi, but compared to other sushi restaurants in the same price range, I have to say we ate well; everyone was satisfied.

14/06/2025: I recommend this trattoria for the attentiveness of the staff and the rustic dishes served in generous portions. No problem with parking.

13/06/2025: I returned after about 1 year and found a place that had changed for the worse, unfortunately. Very limited portions at increased prices with a slightly poor quality of food. 2 things disappointed me: stale bread and moldy tart. The answer was "sorry, it can happen in the heat, I ate it this morning too, but I took it off the bill"... damn, and then we even need to pay for it

16/08/2025: We had two glasses of wine, two bottles of water, and two aperitifs for €25 each, one of which was paid in advance by bank transfer, as requested. Let's start with the discomfort: in the vineyard, I don't expect to sit in an armchair, nor with two seat cushions that are like wafers. Those nice, wide seat cushions exist, or at least the ones you have would be a little more padded. Otherwise, put a mat, even if it's not too thick, that insulates you from the ground. That said, let's get to the platter, which was simply awful. I hate to say it, but that's how it is. I had high expectations, but they were completely unfulfilled. For €25 each, you foisted on us a platter with supermarket-quality cold cuts. And if it wasn't from the supermarket, believe me, change suppliers. After all, I'm just another person who points it out. Then we talk about some of the options: two slices of cheese, two spoonfuls of tasteless ricotta instead of mozzarella, and then the turkey breast. Along with the prosciutto crudo and the cheap salami, the turkey breast. I didn't know I was on a diet. I don't know... mortadella, pork loin... No, the breast. Bah! Not to mention that tasteless little bowl of farro with peas. Two forkfuls each. A shriveled porchetta of dubious quality that had clearly caught air, which I'll draw a veil over. I'm attaching a photo, because it's not a €50 platter. We finished the platter, and after waiting 35 minutes, a waiter came to ask if we wanted another glass. So we decided to leave, but as we were leaving, the staff informed us that they still had fried food to serve. We didn't know, so we sat down again. It was a small parcel for one with three fritters inside, and no one even asked me if I wanted more wine. So I decided it was fine. The staff was kind but far too young and lacking in experience. I've also worked in contact with the public, and customers deserve attention. Tonight I came to the vineyard to drink water; I drank a whole bottle. We asked for advice on the wine—we always ask those who know more than us—but they didn't let us taste the wine once it was poured. Even if the bottle were already open, it should have been the same. Or does the fact that you're in the vineyard mean you might not like it or it might taste corked, as they say in slang?! I think it's just the basics. They even let me taste Annamaria Clementi in a Michelin-starred restaurant, and that says it all. I think we should accept criticism every now and then, without justifying the unjustifiable by saying "you drink water from a glass" and "you eat from porcelain plates" or "the kitchen is far away" as I see in your other replies to other reviews. Excuse me, but two aperitifs, two glasses of wine, two bottles of water, €70.00, did you want me to eat from a plastic bag?! 🤷🏼‍♀️ It's fine to defend the staff in public and then possibly admonish them in private, but then, where you make a mistake, you make a mistake. The description on the website is far too exaggerated and inconsistent with reality. €25.00 in advance and €44.00 paid tonight, based on the offer and the experience, if we had known, we would have gone out to dinner. The truth is that it's a seasonal service and we want to make as much money as possible. I haven't been a restaurateur, but I have been a salesperson and I completely understand, but this just isn't fair. If the recent reviews are mostly negative and everyone's pointing out the same things, instead of standing here justifying the unjustifiable, I'd focus on correcting the situation. And if you don't want to correct the situation, at least correct the prices. I was disappointed that you didn't have change at the register this evening and that you gave us an extra €1 because you couldn't change the money. Thank you, but it goes without saying that whoever is in charge of the register is responsible for it, so I have no complaints about the customer. We won't be coming back, but I imagine you'll invite me to do so yourself, just like you did with other customers who, like me, have criticized you.

10/08/2025: I booked to surprise my wife for her birthday, but the real surprise was the location, the kindness and elegance of the owner and her staff, as well as the quality and quantity of the food. We opted for the aperitif dinner, and I must say the portions are truly varied and generous, and the attention to detail from all the staff makes this wonderful place even more magical. My vegetarian menu was nothing short of amazing and truly delicious (even my non-vegetarian wife confirmed the deliciousness and quality of the classic menu). The photos on the website and in the reviews don't do justice to its beauty; in person, it's even more beautiful, and we especially appreciated the space between each pallet. I loved eating sitting on the blanket and cushions, but it might be uncomfortable for some. One last piece of advice: don't trust the negative reviews; we've traveled extensively in Italy and abroad, and we agree with my wife that it's one of the most beautiful places we've ever been.

24/06/2025: Before entering I ask some customers who were leaving how the food was and they tell me GOOD Work lunch break I order a very low quality carbonara, overcooked pasta with very thin spaghetti probably size 3, bacon if you could call it that and an egg half scrambled like an omelette and half raw very disturbing on the table there is no bread or condiments but you already find still and sparkling hot water and a bottle of sealed red wine of very low quality like tavernello When it is time to pay the bill I am asked for €14 as if I had consumed a full menu but I have not consumed the second course or the side dish or even the dessert which is usually all included in the fixed menu I point this out to the cashier but he does not want to listen to reason the price is €14 whether you eat it all or not after having contested the price I am asked for €12 without a receipt and here we have to talk about it at which point I say that I would have paid the fixed price of €14 because I wanted to pay by credit card and I wanted the my receipt as it should be In the end, with much annoyance, the gentleman who takes care of the cash register makes me pay my €12, very annoyed A piece of heartfelt advice: Think carefully before stopping to eat at this OSTERIA!!!!

12/06/2025: Recommended by a friend of mine about a year ago, and since I would be in the area the next day, I booked a table. I ordered a fish menu (40€), and a business lunch. For those who want to eat a lot and fill their stomachs with low-quality food, this place is ideal. The only good things were the shrimp from the fish grill, a good sparkling white house wine, strawberries with cream and lemon sorbet. For the other foods, let's forget about it. The business lunch included a dessert buffet. I took the first dessert. I got to the table, sat down, looked at it and saw that there were about ten ants circling around it. The waitress apologized and then I went to get another dessert from the buffet counter. Before taking the dessert I looked at it and saw no ants. I got to the table, sat down, cut the dessert and tried to lift the first bite with my fork, and again saw two more ants. Once again the waitress apologized and told me that she would bring me the cut dessert directly from the kitchen. I ate it, but like almost all the dishes they brought us before, the dessert was also of poor quality.

18/06/2025: One of the best pizzas I've ever tried! Really really good food, pizzas, kebabs, side dishes... Everything is excellent! And the staff is always very kind and very attentive to requests. It's just a shame there is no way to consume on site, but for the rest only positive words.

22/06/2025: Typical Brianza in the heart of Brianza: dinner based on river fish, pork and typical ingredients of this Lombard region. The sturgeon terrine was very good, the roast pork baked in the oven with potatoes was tasty (although for me it was too… strong in flavour). To try again, perhaps in winter, to taste the more classic ossobuco and risotto or casseula. Very kind staff, rustic atmosphere

04/08/2025: This was a beautifully peaceful spot away from the crowds which we came across after walking across the Ponte Nuevo. We did have to wait a while for the food but it was freshly cooked and absolutely worth the wait (calamari spaghetti). The waiter was polite and friendly. If you’re in a hurry or impatient, it’s not for you but we’d definitely recommend for a leisurely lunch.

01/08/2025: We went there for dinner based on one of our friend’s recommendation. The main dishes were good, but the Tiramisu was very disappointing and the reaction of the waiter about it was also very surprising. There was still liquid coffee at the bottom of the cup and the tiramisu didn’t seem to have mascarpone it. When I mentioned it, the answer of the owner was “it’s because it was made today” which doesn’t make any sense…??The service was just OK.. I don’t think we’ll be back here again..

06/03/2025: A very basic and basic hotel. Plenty of space and a fully equipped kitchen. I go there with a group of dancer friends and everything becomes magical there.

16/08/2025: We went for the vegan option and weren't disappointed. So, as a preamble to what I'll say later, I recommend the place for both vegan and non-vegan options. Traditional stuffed pasta with tasty twists. The main courses were good, as we had the previous time we were there, perhaps a little more classic for those accustomed to vegan food. The house wine was very good. Please note: the kitchen closes early (10:00 PM), so arrive before 8:30 PM. We called to reserve a table for 9:00 PM and were given the okay without any problems. We then called to report a 15-minute delay, but were told it was no problem. Arriving at 9:15 PM, we were pressured into ordering as soon as we sat down, even blaming ourselves for the delay. Not exactly great; they would have simply told us there wasn't time and to come back another night.

13/07/2025: Contrary to the negative reviews, I visited Ikea Catania 3 times to design and equip a small kitchen for a holiday home. We were well informed and the staff were very friendly and helpful even though we do not speak Italian fluently.
