09/06/2025: Amocù restaurant boasts a beautiful location in the center of Catania. Excellent for an elegant sushi dinner. The terrace is also beautiful during the spring/summer season. Recommended +++++

05/09/2025: Wonderful experience! Excellent food, comfortable rooms with breathtaking views. Gorgeous pool for relaxing at sunset. A special thank you to the entire team who helped make our stay even more enjoyable: Maître d' Salvatore, Joele, and all the dining room staff. Renata and Jenia, who livened up our evenings, even involving the little ones. Moira at the bar was always smiling, punctual, and attentive. Even our big dog felt welcome and on vacation. Thank you for everything, and see you soon!

25/04/2025: I had read many negative reviews about the rudeness of the staff, I wanted to try it and I had confirmation of it! At the counter the brunette lady (not the younger girls) has a deplorable attitude to say the least considering that she is in direct contact with the public! It's a shame because they know how to make desserts... the sweetness of the person who serves them is missing... maybe once the lady is sent away everything will be more cordial! I'll come back but I'll only come in if she's not there...

24/05/2025: Nuova gestione da novembre, chiude alle 22.00 e al mercoledì riposo. Oggi sabato 24/05/2025 ci vado alle 21.55 per un paio di birre ed è chiuso, BUIO (non appena chiuso con qualcuno che pulisce....chiuso e basta, deserto) e, soprattutto..: SENZA alcun avviso.....di sabato sera.... Penoso

06/04/2025: Tremendamente cara! È una semplice margherita con mozzarella e pomodoro €6.20 e sottile nemmeno 1/2 centimetro.. mi spiace siete ai primi mesi di nuova gestione ma .. c’è di meglio

13/07/2025: The terrace is situated between two buildings in a sort of alcove. It's close to the main street, but it's quiet there in the evenings. You sit on wooden benches. It looks nice, but not very comfortable. The owner's daughter is serving. She's not particularly enthusiastic, but she does speak German. Pizza Jäger doesn't include fresh porcini mushrooms, even though we requested them. Nasty, slimy mushrooms from a jar! And a lot of oil, which made the pizza very greasy. The pizza with bresaola is good, with a nice thin crust. Pizza Funghi is also delicious, and the mushrooms are fresh. In short, it depends on which pizza you choose, whether it's recommended...

26/08/2025: We used this bar for complimentary breakfasts provided by our hotel for 5 days. They were always very nice, smiling, and helpful. The pastries and drinks were delicious!

25/08/2025: We ordered seafood, they only have everything in batter, nothing fresh, a poor choice of salads, and even then with porridge, just a mix of salad with seafood. So purely a snack bar. The service is good, the waiter speaks English, but could not explain normally, when we asked about seafood, he did not know the name of shrimp and octopus, he called it all squid.

05/09/2025: The service was fake-friendly and restless, even though it really wasn't busy. We waited 45 minutes for the main course, which was okay at best. A thick loaf of bread is served – you can ask for salt and oil. They charge €5 for this, which is common in Italy. If you ask for more details, they ask if this is your "first time in Italy." No – that didn't happen in Florence, Bolzano, Pisa, Livorno, or Lucca. Strongly avoid this place.

05/09/2025: We had to wait almost an hour for our food, even though it was barely full. Food that wasn't worth the wait! The service seemed unprofessional, arrogant, and dismissive. And when we neutrally asked about a €5 surcharge (for stale bread and the waterfront view), we were asked if we "had even been to Italy." We also had the impression that the waiters laugh at guests as soon as they left—and we witnessed it ourselves when they later made fun of other guests. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

06/04/2025: Tempi di attesa biblici. Ci siamo seduti alle 22 e abbiamo ricevuto le pizze a mezzanotte. Qualità delle pizze bassa.Le pizze bianche prive di mozzarella che a dirsi sembravano un Ciccio con dei condimenti buttati sopra, invece, le pizze rosse esageratamente salate. Anche i burger privi di condimento all’interno. Inoltre sono state richieste delle salse per accompagnare i fritti, ma ci è stato detto che non avevano il ketchup ma solo maionese che è stata servita su minuscoli piattini in plastica, arrivata dopo aver terminato di mangiare i fritti. Locale sconsigliato vivamente.

05/04/2025: Pizza salata e camerieri educati ma incompetenti.... su un tavolo per 2 ci hanno portato le pizze con 25 min di ritardo tra una e l'altra....

17/07/2025: Shameful. One of the waiters spent the afternoon harassing some girls sitting at a table, thinking he was being funny with a phallic balloon.

17/07/2025: The aperitivo itself was nice: the prices were fair and they even brought food. It's a shame the waiter insistently chased me and my friends with a penis-shaped balloon, making sexual jokes (someone laughed: him).

09/07/2025: I don't recommend it to celiacs or those with lactose intolerance, as there's nothing appetizing to be found. Courtesy isn't this place's strong point either.

02/06/2025: Intimate and welcoming atmosphere, good quality dishes, many of which are a guarantee since they are always present. It's a shame that, in my opinion, they have reduced the portions

29/08/2025: The pizza isn't anything special, and the outdoor seating is nice, as long as they don't put you at a table in the flowerbed, literally on the ground. The real sore point is the owner, who's unfriendly and rude to customers; it feels like you're spiteful to her by eating there. Plus, the service is excruciatingly slow because the owner delivers the takeout pizzas first and serves the customers at the tables last.

25/08/2025: Got a table on Saturday evening without a reservation. The worst of all, even though almost all the tables were free. Ordering was quick. You could watch the pizza oven and pizza chef at work. The ordered pizzas were on the table within about 5 minutes. Just as it should be. The pizzas were delicious, and the price was right. I didn't tip for two Copertos at €2.50 each.

23/06/2025: Tonight we tried this restaurant for the first time and everything was perfect, the owner Giuseppe is truly exceptional, he satisfied us on everything, making us have fun and delight with the various courses. We will definitely return and I highly recommend it for hospitality, kindness and perfect cuisine.

08/06/2025: Poor food, nice place but the music never stops, can't get a word in edgewise.
