19/06/2025: The other night I went to eat here with a friend (I'll start by saying that there weren't many people since it was a Wednesday) we arrived at 8pm, the waiter arrived after almost 20 minutes, after 10 minutes the drinks arrived... but the most scandalous thing is that the first course arrived around 9pm. Honestly the only good thing was the sandwich because the chips were very salty so I left them, while the appetizers we ordered were either too salty or there was no salt at all. Honestly a terrible experience.

15/09/2025: Nice and clean atmosphere. The pizza was good. The panuozzo had some cold pieces (they looked like they'd been taken out of the fridge). I removed them, and it was good. The only downside was that they turned off the air conditioning in the summer. We literally ran away. They turned it on when we asked, but it didn't help.

12/07/2025: Ho avuto il piacere di cenare in questo ristorante durante l’estate e ne sono rimasto davvero entusiasta. La location esterna è splendida, con una veranda romantica illuminata da lucine soffuse che creano un’atmosfera rilassante e accogliente. Il personale è estremamente cordiale e disponibile. Un grande punto a favore è il comodo parcheggio, ampio e facilmente accessibile, e il bagno spazioso e pulitissimo, perfetto anche per chi ha bambini piccoli. La cucina è davvero ottima: piatti tipici maremmani preparati espressi, con pasta fresca e pesce fresco di qualità. Ogni portata è curata nei dettagli e si sente la genuinità degli ingredienti. Consiglio vivamente questo ristorante, è stato una scoperta fantastica!!!

19/08/2025: The corner townhouse is very much like faulty towers the staff are very pleasant but its clear its not what it used to be. The restaurant area is closed so breakfast is served outside on the front terrace which is unclean and dusty. There is no sign for the hotel, the areas outside look tired and unkempt. The bar area is closed. It is a real shame as the staff were really pleasant but the hotel does not match up to the photos you see online. It is not a true reflection of the state of the property. We had breakfast once and didn't return, our 1st and only breakfast was on a bank holiday so the bakery were they usually source breakfast from was closed and the reception staff made up his own version with kids cereals, 5 pastries and milk and cereal served in a mixing bowl and dirty jug. This put us off for the rest of our stay. It's seems very odd way to do breakfast and was a real let down to the hotel. Id suggest not offering breakfast as its just not good service to expect guests to walk to a bakery to collect food and return to the hotel? If you are already booked, The location was very pleasant near to the collosseum and we had some meals in local restaurants at Baccio and Flavio al velavevodetto. There were two nice bars near by Mostros and Tram stop good for a spritz, plus the crafty beer place called So Good.

16/06/2025: Fantastic place, practically on the sea and I add that they make a fantastic breakfast, usually I have difficulty finding lactose-free products, but this is not the case, there is a good choice of products and then I was able to bring my four-legged friend with me, being pet friendly, I absolutely recommend it.

03/09/2025: Piadina with an almost invisible filling, at Ipercoop they make them more stuffed.. zero care for the place, as inside where we ate there were cobwebs with black spiders, dirty glass and not even one clean table outside. I can imagine what the kitchen and food storage must have been like!! Dirty place clean, I felt disgusted while eating.... absolutely not recommended!

Staff not trained on dishes and they took away our unfinished dishes to hurry up. It's not the first time I've been to this place.
