Situated in the picturesque Via Sottoriva, just steps away from the ancient Roman forum Piazza delle Erbe, the restaurant exudes traditional charm and warmth. The menu offers a delightful array of local specialties. We highly recommend the Bigoli, a classic Veronese dish that was both hearty and flavorful. The handmade pasta paired beautifully with the rich sauce. Highly recommendable, due they also serve several vegetarian option. Our server was exceptionally sweet and attentive, adding a personal touch to our dining experience. The owner, Davide, took the time to engage with us, sharing insights about the dishes and the local ingredients, making us feel truly welcomed. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, with rustic wooden tables and traditional decor that enhanced the authentic Italian dining atmosphere. We also appreciated the option to enjoy a glass of wine from their extensive selection, which complemented our meal perfectly. Overall, the Osteria provided an exceptional dining experience that we will cherish. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking to savor authentic Veronese cuisine in a welcoming setting.

04/05/2025: When I go to a PASTRY SHOP I expect a choice of pastries and maybe some cakes... I went because I had tasted a mignon from a colleague of mine and I thought it was good, I went to buy a tray of pastries I only find the choice of mignon and not even many types... and yet it's Sunday 🤯... 20 mignons 19 euros anyway 🤯 For me, however, it's not a real pastry shop, furthermore the lady behind the counter had a really dirty and holey apron... I worked as a sales assistant in a pastry shop and you had to be very tidy Meh

28/04/2025: Restaurant on the seafront in Scario, prices are not cheap but high quality of raw materials, very good first courses and well served fish second courses, the only discordant note is the waiter who invites you not to order different dishes so that you don't expect too much...

28/04/2025: We went to this farmhouse on the advice of a friend of ours and I must say that advice has never been so appreciated. Small place with covered outdoor veranda in front of the private car park, not many places but excellent as it is. The entrance is right on the road that goes up from Piccarello (or that comes from Torrazza...). You don't order anything except wine. Menu of their choice but very complete and above all abundant and excellent... In the end we gave up... We opted for a bottle of Nebbiolo (you could also choose something else from the house...). For lunch, I refer you to the photos... Clean place and courteous waiters. Price? All inclusive with final coffee, €40.00... What can I say, very satisfied... We will definitely be back.

05/06/2025: The hotel is nice and clean. However it is not recommended for families and couples because of +18 paintings and the style of furniture. It does have its own parking space which is good. Again it is typical to see 4 star hotel in Europe while it lacks lots of facilities compared to other places in the world.

04/06/2025: La presentazione dei piatti è ben curata l'offerta è buona però devo dare solo 3 stelle perchè gli schie con la polenta sono stati una delusione, presentati su polenta bianca erano fritti come in pastella così bianchi che praticamente si sentiva solo il sapore della pastella sembravano delle chips. Piatto che sconsiglio, buoni invece i gamberi in saor come anche i gnocchi zucchine e gamberi, granseola fuori menù, mia moglie ha detto veramente buona. Il conto penso sia leggermente alto una decina di euro in meno sarebbe stato più giusto. Comunque ci tornerò a breve per altri piatti.
