The best brioches in Padua, excellent in every way. Francesco is a first-rate pastry chef. He makes the best panettone and colomba cakes, with corresponding awards. He also makes fantastic fritters and zabaglione, made according to tradition! Every product is simply exceptional.

Francesco Lumi's pastry art is always extraordinary! Since we first tasted the delicious PANETTONE from Pasticceria Estense, Christmas and New Year's Eve have passed five times, and it's always the same! Every year we buy at least five more panettoni with the highest expectations of being just as extraordinary... but none surpass the fragrance, the soft texture, the aroma, the perfect amount of candied fruit, and the balance with the raisins, which don't overwhelm the delicate dough. We bought two from Estense, and we saved one for last to end the New Year's 2016 festivities in style! See you next Christmas 2026, thanks to Francesco Luni and those who prepare this delicacy with him.
