The service was flippant and couldn't even crack a smile. The tables were placed outside, carelessly on the sidewalk. The food was okay, but poorly presented. 07/05/2025: We ordered a tall margherita pizza with fries and two well-done cheeseburgers with a portion of fries. The sandwiches were so good we ate them before even taking a photo. Creamy on the inside and with a crunchy bread on the outside. We had a great time and recommend it.

02/06/2025: We went out to eat last night for the third time, the piadinas and crescioni were really excellent. But I would have to complain about the waiting time and the politeness of the gentleman who took our orders. The orders were taken after 20 minutes, the waiter was obviously annoyed and gave various rude answers and grimaces during the evening. During the order, one person at the table decided to take a crescione with only mozzarella and sausage, the waiter literally replied: "not even children would take a crescione like that" ... with an unpleasant grimace. The person obviously didn't answer him out of politeness but if he had said something like that to me I would have definitely done it. And it certainly wasn't a joke, in fact if it was he didn't let it appear so.. with that grimace on his face. We went to this piadineria last year too and he had something to say when he took my order… just because I wanted sausages in my piadina… but excuse me… I put whatever I want in my piadina and he shouldn’t be allowed to make these types of comments. After the crescioni and everything else arrived, another person at our table noticed that the gorgonzola was missing from the two crescioni she had ordered… the first person pretended nothing had happened and ate it but the second one also didn’t have any. So we decided to call the waiter but he pretended nothing had happened, he just looked at us badly. After we called him 3 times he finally arrived. Obviously you make mistakes in life absolutely, but at that moment the only thing to do to improve things was to do it again… it was the waiter’s mistake, usually in all the restaurants we’ve been to if the waiter made a mistake obviously the right dish had to be brought. The waiter suggested putting gorgonzola on top… but obviously it wasn’t the same, out of respect he had to do it again. We will definitely return because we really liked the piadinas and crescioni. As for the waiter, he should keep his jokes and comments to himself, and instead of eating bread and nastiness in the morning, a little sweetener. Because we were disappointed. See you next time.

12/11/2024: No puedo creer las buenas críticas para este lugar! Realmente no me gusta dejar malas críticas, pero este lugar era excepcional. Y no en el buen sentido. Fuimos en un tour bastante caro por Roma y Toscana, Italia con supuestamente hoteles de 4 estrellas. Cuando llegamos a este, estábamos sin palabras. Llegamos a nuestra habitación y fue peor. El hotel estaba deteriorado, las paredes tenían agujeros, sucio, y nuestra habitación era horrible. El baño tenía moho y bacterias en todas partes! Nosotros, por supuesto, intentamos que nuestra habitación fuera cambiada en vano. El personal es horrible. Tuvimos que pasar unas horribles 3 noches allí. Nunca en mi vida volveré allí. Deben haber pagado para tener buenas críticas. No hay absolutamente ninguna manera en que la gente podría escribir una buena crítica de este lugar. La mayoría de las personas en nuestra gira estaban lívidos con los arreglos. También estábamos atrapados en el medio de la nada, así que ni siquiera podíamos ir a otro restaurante o a otro lugar. También me recordó a la Película Luminosa. Fue aterrador.

05/06/2025: Paradoxical and very disappointing experience. I booked with The Fork choosing the "à la carte" option. When we got there, surprise: there is no menu at all, only a fixed menu. When asked what it included, the answer was: we can't say, the dishes that will arrive will be a surprise. Hesitant and perplexed, we stayed anyway, in light of the various positive reviews that this place has. Bad choice: insignificant dishes arrive with very small portions. Infinite waiting times. We tried in vain to ask for greater speed. Poor fish, nothing remotely interesting. We finally paid the bill after almost 3 hours of staying. The icing on the cake: the chef, who is also the restaurant's handyman, coming to the cash register noticed our disappointment and thought it a good idea to send, at around 11 pm!, to The Fork the cancellation of our reservation (declaring that the restaurant had not been able to accommodate us due to a mix-up) so that we could not review it. Too bad I had been there since 8:00 PM... Incorrect as well as inadequate in all respects (courtesy, quality, prices). Good fish restaurants are something else entirely! I suppose the hyper-positive reviews of this place are fake and misleading. I very rarely give a bad review of a place, if only out of respect for those who work there. At most I won't go back if I didn't have a good experience. But given the manager's dishonest behavior, this time I prefer to warn any future customers. Never again.
