22/09/2025: I was quite disappointed with the experience. The place had potential, but the service ruined the evening. The waitresses were rude and unhelpful, almost annoyed by the customers' requests. Added to this were the truly excessive wait times: we waited too long both to order and to receive our dishes, without any explanation or apology. A more courteous attitude and better organization in the dining room would really make a difference.

22/10/2025: Beautiful renovation, fabulous location! Regarding the menu... something new, like the fried shrimp in potato spaghetti, excellent. I was also amazed by the grilled ravioli, which were truly excellent. Not a lot of wines, but they weren't ordinary. In short, we'll be back. Everything was good, perfect service.

Traje un grupo de turistas estadounidenses a Alberobello — pensamos que conocíamos la historia de la ciudad y la región. Pero Mimmo nos cautivó desde el principio. Nos aferramos a cada palabra mientras él daba vida a la historia mientras nos guiaba a través de los trulli, más allá de las tiendas turísticas y en las tranquilas calles traseras de la ciudad. Vale la pena señalar que Mimmo no solo lidera excursiones, sino que también ofrece alojamiento en trulli bellamente renovados y dirige un encantador bar de vinos justo en el centro de la ciudad. El showtopper fue su recreación de un interior de trullo, restaurado para reflejar cómo una familia habría vivido allí siglos atrás. Su conocimiento era profundo, pero aún más impresionante era su capacidad para hacer girar un cuento que nos educara, involucrara y entretuviera a todos. Simplemente increíble. ¡No te lo pierdas!

19/05/2025: Wir waren im Rahmen eines Ausfluges vor Ort und haben uns die Bar ausgesucht, um etwas zu trinken. Da die erste Runde lecker und unkompliziert war, haben wir noch eine zweite Runde getrunken und Focaccia gegessen …. Sehr lecker. Wir waren positiv überrascht und hatten eine schöne Zeit.

12/10/2025: They start cleaning at 6 in the morning and wake you up with the noise. You have to leave your room at 11, go down for breakfast at 9, and you can't come back because they've already started cleaning! I wouldn't stay here again.

I had booked for November 1st through your online system (which listed the restaurant as open, as did Google), but when we arrived, we found the restaurant closed. We understand that it may be a closed day, but for this very reason, we believe it's important that the online information is up-to-date to avoid any misunderstandings for our customers. Thank you.

05/10/2025: Always a varied menu, truly friendly staff, and fast service, even when crowded. There's an outdoor area where you can take your dogs. A firm favourite among the locals, highly recommended for those visiting from out of town!

09/09/2025: A varied menu for all palates, excellent delicacies ranging from sweet to savory, and cakes I won't even mention, all homemade by the owner. The wait is short, and the service is self-service. It's a lovely place for a quick and tasty meal.
