26/08/2024: Non posso dire assolutamente niente al cibo se non buonissimo. Gran crudo come antipasto diviso in due. Bellissima la presentazione e buonissimo il pesce. 60 euro che ne valgono la pena. Come piatto principale abbiamo preso un dentice un mosciame di tonno. Nulla da dire se non che il cibo è veramente da 5 stelle. Pesce fresco e cucinato benissimo. I ragazzi del servizio molto preparati, gentili e disponibili. Ma allora dove sta il problema? Con noi c'era la nostra bimba di 1 anno per la quale abbiamo ordinato un piatto di pasta al sugo. Va bene che siamo da Umami, va bene che il posto è bellissimo, vista mare, ma davvero si può far pagare un piatto di pasta al sugo per una bambina di 12 mesi 20 euro??? Pasta che ovviamente la bimba non ha praticamente mangiato. Capisco che il piatto vada fatto pagare, ma il livello e la cortesia del posto, a mio parere, dovrebbero essere anche un minimo calibrati al cliente che si ha davanti. Usciamo dal ristorante con l'amaro in bocca, non tanto per quei 20 euro che non sono niente, quanto più per il gesto in sé. Peccato

19/08/2024: Location stupenda, sugli scogli di borgo Cotone. Cucina raffinata, entree che introducono al percorso di contemplazione con bignè al palamita e lime e crosta di riso con crema alle alici del cantabrico. A seguire una tartare di gamberi con gelatina all’acetosella; qui siamo veramente vicini al paradiso. Tonno scottato, croccante fuori e morbido al centro, perfetto già così ma vogliamo l’apoteosi per cui lo accompagnamo con cucchiaini di midollo. Due ingredienti che singolarmente sono perfetti ma insieme sfiorano il mistico! Prezzi in linea con qualità e creatività offerta.

09/08/2024: Yesterday Thursday 08/08/2024 I arrive with my daughter to have an aperitif, I ask for a table, a waitress turns around and says to me: did you whistle at me? Yes, a blonde, then I'll ask her if we take a chair we can sit at that table?; he replies, put it back in case, then we'll see: Then, having understood the high class of the person, we'll leave: but how do you have such rude people serving? If I could I would give _2 stars never again but it's a shelter X hysterical?

24/07/2024: Sunday 21 July 2024 table for 2. Splendid welcome, sublime ravioli with roast sauce and a trio of delicious desserts. High-level service. We were passing through without a reservation. Congratulations!

12/08/2024: Da Alcide offers excellent regional cuisine (fish and meat) in a very well-kept and cozy atmosphere. The service is very friendly and competent. Always worth a visit!

10/08/2024: Excellent quality of food but location, service and value for money not up to par

30/08/2024: The customer is a nuisance. Since the management changed (in 2023) everything has gotten worse. They destroyed everything that the previous owner had created with passion: quality, hospitality, friendliness. This year I wanted to try it again, to give it a second chance, but it got even worse. The quality of the coffee and cappuccino has deteriorated (another brand of coffee). The brioches are a little smaller, especially the Venetian one. However, the thing that has worsened the most is the welcome and the service. They make you feel like a nuisance and served the cappuccinos with a tray left on the table without handing them out. Fortunately I have already found an alternative with the same philosophy as the previous owner (which I regret).

27/08/2024: All in all good pastries but the waiter who served us was very grumpy and incompetent as he (and his colleague at the counter) didn't even know the names of the pastries they serve: I had ordered a craqueline cream puff as it was displayed in the window with lots of of plate and although it was the only product similar to a cream puff, the waiter first brought me a sort of tartlet; when I pointed out to him that I had ordered the cream puff, he took the plate away angrily (without even apologizing) and then returned to the table and told me "you go to the counter and say what you want" because he didn't know which way to turn. At the counter there was her colleague to whom I had to point out the product twice even though there was only ONE cream puff with an explanatory plate attached. Although this blessed cream puff was good and quite large, I advise the owner of the pastry shop to make sure that the staff he hires at least knows the name of the products he serves.
