12/09/2025: Food was extremely bland. I’m from the US and we have Ragu grocery store sauce that was better than the Ragu they served me.

30/07/2025: I arrive at the restaurant at 11:45, the door is open, the menu is on the front, and a girl says, "THE PLACE IS CLOSED. WE OPEN AT 12:00." Okay, I sit down while they read the menu and make my choice. It's 12:00, no problem. She replies, "NO, WE OPEN AT 12:00." Politeness is the most important thing when you run a public place. The piadina may be good, the place seems very welcoming, but 1 star is for the rudeness in dealing with a non-regular customer who doesn't know your opening hours.

07/07/2025: I've been to this piadineria twice for lunch with a colleague, what can I say... Excellent piadinas, small but welcoming, professional staff, excellent value for money. Recommended!

17/07/2025: Knowing how delicious the pizza is, I wanted to order some pizzas for a party. I wanted to order and then pick them up. I made 10 calls from home, and no one answered… I also had my friend call, and he called them 10 times, too, but they didn't answer either. I hope you'll fix this, because the food is really good…

06/09/2025: Compared to years ago, the service and food have improved. The dishes are more carefully prepared and the staff are more attentive and helpful. The all-you-can-eat menu for lunch and dinner is still reasonably priced. Excellent sushi and fantastic Chinese dishes. Don't be fooled by the exterior location. I'm giving it 4 stars because I think the ambience, both interior and exterior, could be improved, but the food is excellent. The owner is very friendly and helpful, the food is family-style, and the flavors are authentic. I'm sorry to read unpleasant comments about the food because after years, we've never had any problems. If you're looking for an elegant, modern, and flashy restaurant, look elsewhere, but if you want good food, especially authentic Chinese cuisine, you're in the right place.

02/09/2025: Very bad and unfriendly service! The food was not tasty at all... You had to order everything at once...some of the food was cold and not good at all 🙈 Everything was just thrown onto the table without even a glance at us! We will definitely never eat there again. We've never experienced anything like it!

21/08/2025: Napule offers excellent Neapolitan pizzas in a charming setting in the heart of Francavilla Fontana's historic center. Tiziana's warm welcome and friendliness make for a truly enjoyable evening. A place we'll gladly return to.

03/08/2025: Definitely a beautiful location! Getting there isn't easy, and the road isn't in good condition; you can't get there with a particularly low-slung car. The rooms are nice, but you can hear EVERYTHING the other guests say/do (you can imagine), so I slept poorly and for a short time. There's no bidet, the bathroom cabinet is broken, there's no TV, and you can't really have a dark room to sleep in because there's only a curtain, and obviously all the light gets in at 5 in the morning. Breakfast wasn't great; the food wasn't fresh, and it seemed a bit old (I'm talking about the cakes or baked goods).

13/09/2025: Excellent pastry shop; I've tried several products, and they're all high-quality, fresh, and unique. Agata is incredibly welcoming, kind, helpful, and cheerful—something rarely found these days. A wonderful experience. I highly recommend it, one of the best in Turin.

26/08/2025: The crunchy pizza with nduja is a real treat. The flavorful, perfectly cooked dough exudes all the aromas of this wonderful land. The excellent ingredients bring out the best in everything. The burrata facchina is crispy on the outside and soft and flavorful on the inside—a feast of flavors!

27/07/2025: We went to Monica's on Saturday, July 26th, to celebrate my wife's birthday. There were 18 of us, including family and friends. I'm not questioning the food, which was certainly excellent (we all ordered pizza), but rather how we were treated. We sat down at 9:00 PM and were served at 10:55 PM, practically two hours later. Throughout this, we saw tables served before us, even though they had placed their orders after we entered. Every time we asked how our order was progressing, we were always told: it would arrive, that everything was being prepared, that after other orders, they would prepare ours, that the pizzas were almost in the oven, that they were about to be taken out of the oven, etc. etc. etc. ... only to then hear, after yet another reminder, the reply: "There are too many of you and we can't handle you, so we've given priority to smaller tables." I won't add anything else to this, except that we communicated the order to the restaurant days in advance and, as soon as we arrived, asked for it to be sent to the kitchen. I'm sorry the evening ended this way, but I'm sure there will be more organized restaurants capable of handling "tables this large."

09/06/2025: We had really high expectations for this one as it had received a traveler award, unfortunately it didn't live up to the hype. Ordered bottle of wine, boar ragu, greek chicken and a couple fish dishes. Flavors were pretty bland across the board and nothing really excited us. We had a window seat which was amazing to look into the canal, but the food just didn't hit the mark for us. Menu also seems to focus heavily on vegetarian dishes with limited options for beef or fish.

24/05/2025: Volevo andare in questa affascinante trattoria da un po’ ma non trovavo posto …finalmente l’ho trovato e conto di ritornare quanto prima …antipasti ,primi e piatti di verdure ottimi tutto fatto in casa con materie prime eccezionali .I dolci sono deliziosi .Il personale gentilissimo,non solo i cani sono ammessi ma vengono anche super coccolati … il posto è arredato in maniera semplice e l’ambiente è molto caldo e accogliente .Tutto ottimo non ultima la posizione che è sull’acqua alla fine di Campo San Giacomo da l’Orio. Da non perdere!!!!!!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

04/08/2025: I stopped by last Friday at 3 PM because Google said it was open until 7 PM, but it was closed. I stopped by again today at 2:59 PM because Google said it was open until 3:30 PM. It said they close at 3 PM, and the counter clerk was shocked when I pointed out the completely different hours on Google.

26/01/2025: Review update...I repeat my 5 stars only because I can't give more. Entering here makes you feel at home, they are always smiling and kind! About the food... what can I say... quality and passion are released with every bite... of tortellone or raviola! It is now my fixed stop in Bolo and also my safe haven. Kisses from Santarcangelo 💜 Pliers, what a passion! Apart from the courtesy of the staff, which never hurts... the quality of the products is unquestionable... tried both sweet and non-sweet, and I must say that everything is a 10 and I would also add praise to something. I can't publish any photos... I never have time to capture anything that is still whole 😅 I recommend the Pinza and the raviole because among those I tried in Bologna I strongly believe they are the BEST. Absolutely honest prices. I also noticed the cleanliness of the premises and the staff. Well done, keep it up! Don't be put off by the parking... there is Lercaro in front but there is also a whole residential area behind where there is always a little hole.... I recommend and recommend Nonna Cesira!

04/01/2025: Once you buy the tortellini (€32 per kg) you want to learn how to make them 😁, they are good anyway, congratulations, then obviously it is just one of the many proposals that I imagine are one better than the other, it is important to work with the "heart" that is the real discriminant in every human activity. Well done. Minimal packaging for the tortellini (placed in a paper bag for food without the tray) but in my opinion it is fine like this what counts is the substance. Kind staff, when I left there was no response to my greeting.. it can happen (in the meantime a couple had entered)
