30/05/2025: Mi trovo a Termoli per affari, passeggiando per il corso,noto subito il locale in questione che alla vista risulta innovativo ed elegante ,con tavolini allestiti anche all' esterno.Decidendo così di provare qualcosa di buono,almeno così credevamo. Il servizio si presenta rapido ed affabile Non e così per il cibo ,dopo neanche 5minuti di orologio ci arriva la frittura mista gommosa con il sapore di olio bruciato e stantio. Il panino con il pesce invece era immangiabile partendo dal pane vecchio e duro con all interno il pesce ghiacciato. Chiamiamo la cameriera facendo presente dell accaduto. Ci viene risposto che per loro era tutto fresco. Lasciamo il tutto quasi integro e chiediamo il conto senza dire una parola ,paghiamo e non ci viene rilasciato nemmeno uno scontrino perché il conto era dettato a voce . A mio modesto parere penso che abbiano sbagliato proprio mestiere.

06/05/2025: We tried this place in various versions, from aperitif, to lunch, to dinner. We only saw the external room on the main street of Termoli and tried their fish sandwiches, all good and the right combinations with each other (perhaps only the bread of the sandwich itself needs to be improved). Also try the fish balls and the Catalan, they are also excellent. Super friendly staff

15/06/2025: The magic begins the moment you cross the threshold of this small restaurant, cared for in every detail, from the seating to the lighting. Excellent welcome, impeccable service, more than honest and extensive wine list. The tasting menus are all interesting and the chef's hand offers beautiful surprises starting from the small, colorful aperitif. It's really good at Volli!! We'll be back.

08/05/2025: Magnificent experience in an elegant and welcoming environment. Cuisine of the highest level with the addition of many small and very pleasant surprises. Impeccable service and a very rich wine list. A special consideration for bread-making, of great quality and creativity.

19/05/2025: An excellent self-service for lunch break. The food is excellent, clearly in relation to the very affordable price, it is not born as a starred restaurant. The choice is wide with 3 first courses, 3 second courses and 3 side dishes. The environment is large and well-kept but the excellence is given by the courtesy and friendliness of the staff. Being in the center, parking is obviously paid, but it is easy to find. Final note: the coffee, at least for those like me who like it very strong, in my opinion fears very few rivals.

25/05/2025: Finally a good milkshake! Here they really know how to make it!! In other ice cream shops in Parma they make you dirty milk... here instead the real milkshake! Very good sales assistant!

21/05/2025: Today 28 July 2024, at approximately 10.30 pm I came across an unpleasant situation, being an ice cream shop with an electronic ordering machine, I chose a product which only after paying I was told was out of stock, neither on the screen nor with other warnings was I warned of this, when picking up the order I was told "it's finished" consequently I was given a product that was worth less than what I paid, with a face annoyed by the person who was asked for advice on how to resolve the problem.

A year ago we discovered this restaurant and left enchanted, with the taste of the sea still on our lips and the promise of returning. Today, one year later, we returned for lunch... and the magic was repeated. Each dish was a confirmation: extraordinary fish, absolute freshness, perfect combinations. The first ones? An explosion of flavours. But it's not just the cuisine that makes this place special: it's the atmosphere, the warm welcome, the impeccable service. Finding a restaurant that not only maintains, but renews the wonder with each visit is rare. This is one of those places to be jealously guarded and recommended with a smile. We will return again, because certain experiences are never forgotten... they are repeated. A memorable fish-based lunch, excellent food, plentiful and above all full of flavours.
