We order a granita with brioches, we go to the counter to get them and no one counts us for at least 10/15 minutes even though at that moment there was no one queuing in the ice cream shop area. We were trying to get noticed but still no look or sign that they wanted to serve us. Finally, after a while, a girl calculates us and, very annoyed, tells us to wait longer, asking us what we were doing there if we had ordered. We communicate the order, complete with receipt in hand, he decides to make us wait longer and finally prepares the order, halfway: we only need the granitas. So I point out that the croissants were missing and instead of apologizing, she arrogantly asks us "but did you pay for them???" After, I repeat, we had the receipt in her hand which she didn't even bother to read, she was so annoyed about serving us.
