02/10/2025: Sicilians on vacation in Trieste, we have some excellent ice cream shops in Sicily. Being a pastry chef as well, I was fascinated by the layout, cleanliness, and order... The ice cream, of course, was amazing. 😋😋 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED... 😉👍🏼

23/10/2025: I dropped into Caffè Napoli Giardino for a proper espresso in Milan and was genuinely pleased. The blend I had was very good, rich and satisfying. It came with a thick cream on top, just what you want in a strong espresso. The coffee style felt very Napolitan: strong, bold and full of character. Great stop for a quick coffee or two if you are nearby.

26/09/2025: I tried the Croatian Steak and it was a real surprise! 🥩🇭🇷 The meat is incredibly tender, juicy, and perfectly cooked, with that char-grilled aroma that makes it irresistible. Served with simple yet tasty side dishes, it maximizes the authentic flavor of the meat. A dish that combines quality, tradition, and authenticity: a must-try for lovers of good food! I also tried the Donna Olimpia, and I must say it won me over! 🍷 The Donna Olimpia is an elegant and complex wine that expresses the authentic character of the Tuscan Maremma. On the nose, it releases intense aromas of ripe red fruits, sweet spices, and light balsamic notes. On the palate, it is soft and enveloping, with well-integrated tannins and a pleasant freshness that balances the structure. The finish is long, harmonious, and persistent. A wine with great personality, ideal for pairing with red meats, game, and aged cheeses, but also capable of shining on its own, as a stand-alone wine.

17/10/2025: Perfect evening! Excellent food, refined dishes, exceptional wines, courtesy and professionalism. The lungarello with pecorino fondue, egg, and truffle and the fettuccine with porcini mushrooms were absolutely fantastic! Excellent fried dishes. The service was also superb. The staff were friendly, a perfect mix of friendliness, expertise, and efficiency. We'll definitely be back!

12/10/2025: Good pizza, but the service wasn't so great. Towards the end of September, there were seven of us at a table for my friend's birthday dinner, and I didn't make a great impression, having organized and chosen the place myself. It was also a weekday, so the place wasn't very busy. The waiter was pretty pissed off; the drinks arrived well after the pizza arrived, and after I'd asked. At the cash register, the girl was chatting calmly with an acquaintance, pretending we weren't waiting in line. A colleague of hers had to intervene and tell her to move on because there were people waiting. It's a shame because the pizza is good, but I'd like a slightly different service when I go out to eat... that's part of the quality of a restaurant!

20/09/2025: I ordered a gourmet octopus sandwich, whose ingredients list included grilled octopus. My sandwich arrived with cold octopus salad inside—the kind you'd find in seafood salad, so to speak. Feeling mocked, I went to the waitress to tell her the grilled octopus hadn't arrived. Then another woman, I assumed the owner, came over and told me they grilled the octopus anyway, but since it wasn't a seafood restaurant, I couldn't expect fresh octopus. I pointed out that I didn't expect fresh octopus, and that it could have been frozen and grilled. I felt doubly mocked because she reiterated that the octopus had been grilled when it had clearly come out of the fridge. Not content, the woman also asked me, in a less than pleasant tone, "So what should I put in the sandwich?" Are you kidding? Not only do you not apologize or admit your grave error, but you also respond rudely and arrogantly? If you don't know/want to handle fish, don't put it on the menu, and you definitely shouldn't contradict a customer who politely pointed something out to you, because you didn't make a good impression. I definitely won't be back.

27/08/2025: Upon entering this pizzeria, I immediately had a pleasant feeling: a very, very clean environment, cared for with the attention and order found in a home. The dining room isn't huge, but it's immaculately kept, with simple furnishings typical of a country pizzeria, understated yet tastefully done. It's not a place that focuses on elaborate details, yet it exudes warmth and care. The staff is extremely kind and knowledgeable, always ready to offer advice. But the real star is the pizza: a truly amazing dough, light and flavorful. I tried a special pinza, topped with garlic oil and Colonnata lard, and I must say it was extraordinary. A recommended pairing that turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. One detail that really struck me was the open kitchen: impeccable, tidy, and spotless, just like the rest of the place. Not everyone can match that. I was surprised, however, to see the place almost empty on a Friday evening. With prices absolutely in line with the market and such high quality, it makes you think about how often we choose more commercial and less authentic places. Here, however, you immediately sense the expertise of those who have studied and know their craft, as the numerous awards hanging on the walls confirm. In conclusion, a truly worthwhile place: top-notch quality, a welcoming atmosphere, and competent staff. It's definitely worth a try.

22/10/2025: Never stop at appearances! Intrigued by a Google search, my wife and I decided to spend our wedding anniversary here. It didn't look very inviting from the outside, but the interior is very welcoming, perfect for a relaxing evening. The service was impeccable; the girl even recommended some dishes for us to try. Sushi and more, made with top-quality ingredients... you can tell because even just eating an uramaki, you can distinguish the individual flavors. The bill was steep, but in line with the quality of the product. One of the best sushi we've had in Rome, without a doubt... it was a pleasant discovery. We'll definitely be back!

01/11/2025: A very simple, cozy little shop with a very friendly owner! Donato and his wife do everything with great passion. He even uses Google Translate to explain his Sardinian cuisine and how he uses local products. We ate outside under fairy lights, completely uncomplicated, from paper plates and pizza boxes – charming and authentic, in our opinion! The pastry with tomato and mozzarella, the crispy-fluffy pizza (four cheese & asparagus), and the tiramisu were all delicious. We'll definitely come back when we're in the area! Grazie mille 😊

30/10/2025: Nothing special. Lasagne tastes like made 3 days ago and just warmed up. Dry, stiff. Owner is friendly and funny but that’s all.

18/11/2025: It's a shame there's no option to give 0. We arrive on Sunday at 1:30 PM and are seated at 2:00 PM. When we make our reservation, they tell us there's a half-hour wait for the first courses, which is fine. At 3:00 PM, the people next to us leave without eating, tired by now. We ask the waitress how far the pasta is going, and she walks away and disappears. We get up too, fed up, and go to pay for our drinks, but nothing. The owner tells us they were preparing them, but by then we'd lost our appetite. At 3:20 PM, we leave hungry. Maybe the food is worth it, I haven't had a chance to try it, but the service certainly isn't. Too many seats for a kitchen that's probably too small. Non-existent service.

04/11/2025: The best gluten-free pizza I've ever had! We celiacs know how difficult it is to find a gluten-free pizza that's even slightly edible...well, Pacinotti's gluten-free pizza is as good as, if not better than, "regular" pizzas. The dough is both soft and crispy, and they also come in so many flavors, you'll easily find one you like. Highly recommended!

17/09/2025: We were confronted by a closed door! Even though they were supposed to be open! So call ahead to make sure they're open!

06/09/2025: The atmosphere is truly relaxing, surrounded by greenery. The service is kind and attentive. The first courses are very tasty, and the meat-based second courses are truly excellent! Highly recommended!

09/12/2025: Unfortunately, considering it's considered one of the best in Livorno, I wasn't expecting it. I wasn't planning on reviewing it, but I hope it can be helpful, especially to them. I had a cream brioche: hard icing, almost no cream, tastes stale (you can tell it's not from this morning). When I told her, the cashier responded with the usual "we'll fix it right away, sir," which, however, is of little use when the product has already been paid for and eaten. An experience like that certainly doesn't put you in a good mood.

21/10/2025: Food is decent but compared to other Sardinian restaurants this won't be your best culurgiones, seafood, or seadas. Basically only the choice if you are staying in the region.
