I've been to Wasabi and I have to say it was one of the best sushi experiences in Rome. The fish is incredibly fresh, and you can immediately taste the quality of the ingredients. The dishes aren't the usual ones you find everywhere: there's great attention to detail and some truly original options.
The place is small but welcoming, well-kept, and has a relaxed atmosphere. The service is friendly and attentive without being intrusive, which I really appreciated. You can sense a true passion for Japanese cuisine behind this place, and not just your average "commercial sushi" restaurant.

There's no word to describe the quality and deliciousness of the food they prepare. Beautiful in appearance and magnificent in taste and flavor. Quality-conscious and professional. The welcome is equal to the food you eat... So, excellent!

Discovered this place thanks to a friend's recommendation: a truly pleasant surprise. Extensive menu, quality food, and friendly, attentive staff. Excellent value. Definitely a place we'll be returning to often. Recommended! Oh, and I forgot, the digital reservation system is super convenient!

A bit disappointing compared to the reviews I'd read. Slow service; the dishes arrived at different times, meaning some diners ate while others watched. The gyoza were perfectly normal, good but nothing special. The sushi was equally good. However, the prices were high. Given how small the dining room is, the service could be much more attentive.

Never stop at appearances!
Intrigued by a Google search, my wife and I decided to spend our wedding anniversary here.
It didn't look very inviting from the outside, but the interior is very welcoming, perfect for a relaxing evening.
The service was impeccable; the girl even recommended some dishes for us to try. Sushi and more, made with top-quality ingredients... you can tell because even just eating an uramaki, you can distinguish the individual flavors.
The bill was steep, but in line with the quality of the product.
One of the best sushi we've had in Rome, without a doubt... it was a pleasant discovery.
We'll definitely be back!

6 stars for me! We've been several times and the food is always top-notch, dishes prepared with attention to flavor and detail, daily specials are always new, and the staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Highly recommended.
