Good, but not unforgettable, we'll definitely return. A hybrid between an osteria for those looking to upgrade and a gourmet restaurant. Revisited seafood culurgiones, beautiful to look at and delicious; almost all the fish is frozen, but the frozen ones are good. Linguine with clams was good, lots of clams, generous portions, but the pasta was just a little dry and not very creamy. A hybrid menu ranging from blue lobster to frozen French fries. The wine list was expensive, even the basic ones (around €30). Off-menu items were written on the blackboard, but the waiters didn't offer them. The atmosphere was pleasant, more like an osteria, with a thoughtful table setting featuring a rich and varied bread basket with carasau and guttiadu. Generous desserts, I recommend sharing. The only downside was the seafood caponata, with a few pieces of swordfish here and there, and the sweet and sour vegetables were overly oily—definitely not what I expected. We spent €60 for two without wine, including a starter, a first course each, and a side dish. The price was more or less fair, but given the prices in the area, it could definitely have been worse. Conveniently located in the city center, with parking available during the week. The experience was positive, adequate, but I wouldn't recommend it highly enough, given the many frozen fish dishes (albeit good quality, well-cooked) on the menu in a seaside area like this. The interior was pleasant, and the waitresses were very nice and polite, both the blonde and the brunette.
Between 3 and 4 stars, a no-brainer!

What can I say? Even though I'm biased, the owners are great friends, but I'm a professional. Returning to Olbia after six years was like finding a home, a professional yet familiar atmosphere. The cuisine is exquisite, with attention to detail. The friendly staff reflects excellent management.
Infinite thanks to Luciana and Franco for the pampering we received. I look forward to seeing you in Maspalomas.

Always exceptional, and the freshness of the products is beyond question. Every time I come, I eat deliciously, and the fact that it's so popular with locals makes it seem like it's truly worth it. I highly recommend it.
