06/09/2025: In short, it was simply fantastic. And that would be an understatement. The brioche was the best I've eaten in Sicily. The little rolls with olives were simply fantastic. The granita, which we had to be persuaded to try, was simply delicious. But the best part was the lady who worked there: she didn't speak English, but we understood each other. She was so friendly, smiled the whole time, and even opened the room with chairs and tables for us, even though it was actually still closed. Thank you so much, it was great!

15/08/2025: A good half hour from Reggio towards the mountains, the panorama (800 m) is truly impressive. The restaurant itself is spread over three levels, each with its own distinct character. You'll enjoy traditional regional dishes, much of which is produced locally, guaranteeing freshness and exceptional flavor. The owner, family, and staff are extremely friendly and accommodating—you immediately feel at home, far removed from the touristy atmosphere. Several friends recommended the restaurant to me, and every description was definitely an understatement! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The lamb sauce for homemade macaroni is a test for everyone; you either know how to make it or you don't, and here it's not just good, it's something more. Thanks.

31/08/2025: By far the best restaurant in Caulonia Marina and the surrounding area. Amazing, generous dishes, impeccable service, and a lovely location. Kudos to Davide (I think he's the head waiter), who's extremely professional, friendly, and kind. As far as I'm concerned, you can avoid eating anywhere else!

13/10/2025: We arrived here by bike by chance. We had a delicious cappuccino and ordered something to eat. It felt like a very long wait, but it was so good, unexpectedly good. First, we had Tris (filled pasta, spinach dumplings, and cheese dumplings), a super trio that I would order again in a heartbeat. After that, we had Kaiserschmarren (sweet pancakes). We also thought it was exceptionally good. If we're in the area, we'll definitely stop here again.

28/09/2025: A wonderful experience worth repeating at Maramao. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian cuisine is available. We had a vegetarian trio, a pulled pork with yogurt, chickpea meatballs, almond pudding, and peach cream. Everything was truly excellent. Attentive and punctual service, the kind that makes you feel "pampered." The only downside is that parking in the center of Perugia isn't exactly easy to find. Otherwise, everything was very good!! See you soon!

13/10/2025: The location is very charming, the outdoor tables overlook Lake Fusaro and the view is very relaxing. I was there for lunch and will be back for dinner. The dishes I tried were all good: dry fried seafood, easy-to-digest pizza with good ingredients, gnocchi with cuttlefish and chili peppers were tasty but perhaps too salty. The service wasn't impeccable; some orders were wrong, but they were quick to fix them. Excellent experience.

11/10/2025: We went for dinner. We had a truly pleasant evening. The restaurant is very well-kept, both inside and out. It overlooks the lake. The staff is kind, helpful, and welcoming. The menu is varied. The dishes are delicious and well-crafted. The quality/price ratio is excellent.

However, despite the quality, I didn't experience the wow factor I've experienced at other restaurants serving similar cuisine. The interior is pleasant, with a minimalist and refined style, although some details could be improved. The tables are a bit close together, but the acoustics are good. It's a shame about the neighborhood, which undermines the restaurant and feels rather shabby. The service, however, is impeccable: the wait staff is kind, attentive, and helpful—truly 10/10. Overall, a positive experience, but not enough to make me return: there are similar options in Rome that have convinced me more.

17/10/2025: The food was delicious and well-prepared — you can tell the chefs here really care. The dish looked beautiful and unique, and the taste was just amazing. I also calculated the calories using the service shown in the photo attached to the review — super convenient! For anyone who watches their diet, it’s a real find. You can easily keep track of everything you eat.

12/09/2025: I went for lunch today with my husband. Everything was excellent, the place was beautiful and well-decorated, and the food was excellent. We had two fricos as appetizers, two excellent first courses, and two desserts. The wine, water, and coffee were excellent. €90 was more than good. I can't wait to go back. Superb service.
