14/11/2025: Everything was very good, but I would reevaluate the waiting staff, especially one very grumpy waiter.

11/11/2025: Unfortunately, it was a truly awful experience. I ordered tagliolini with rosemary-flavored beef ragù: they arrived raw. I pointed this out, but despite my insistence on keeping them (I was in a hurry and had to get back to work), they took my plate away. In the meantime, I asked for room-temperature sparkling water: I was told it wasn't cold, but rather ice-cold. My friend had tomato soup that tasted only of acid. At that point, I ordered polenta, because I was still hungry... and it arrived cold, with tons of butter and very little polenta. The service was rude and annoying, from the first waiter to the last. We had to ask for the receipt, and the waiter, while moving the bread basket, even managed to put his finger in the water glass. We were hoping that at least the kitchen would save the evening, but instead, it was completely disappointing from start to finish. We will never return. 👎

19/11/2025: I visited Rossopomodoro in Aosta and was truly impressed by the pizza, both visually and palatably. Aesthetically, it was stunning: a high, puffy, and well-aired crust, with the typical dark "leopard print" of Neapolitan baking, a sign of high temperatures and well-hydrated dough. The crust was perfectly flat, with an ideal balance between softness in the center and a structure that held the toppings well. The topping was rich but not overdone: carefully arranged prosciutto crudo, cream, and crispy wafers added a pleasant contrast, both visually and in texture. Even the cream dripping on top was well-measured, elegant, and unobtrusive. In terms of digestibility, the dough surprised me: light, fluffy, and not at all heavy, a sign of a long and well-managed leavening process. After dinner, I felt full but not weighed down, which isn't always the case with richer pizzas. The ingredients were immediately apparent as being of good quality: fragrant and not overly salty prosciutto, balanced and well-melted cheeses, and a dough that alone is worth the visit. Even the pizza base, perfectly cooked and not burned, confirmed the care taken in its preparation. Overall, a very positive experience: a pizza beautiful to look at, enjoyable to eat, and above all light to digest. Recommended.

16/11/2025: Made an order online through glovo. Waited for 2 hours, they were postponing the time. We contacted glovo and they tried to get in touch with the restaurant but they don’t pick up the phone. After another 15 minutes the restaurant just cancelled our order. Unbelievable…. No respect towards their customers… No star review that’s what they truly deserve!

22/10/2025: A pastry shop where we enjoyed excellent Illy coffee. A bit chaotic (right in the city center), but the staff was very friendly and helpful. The pastries were very delicious.

11/10/2025: Tonight I ordered a pizza from this pizzeria with my family, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The pizza tasted very similar to a frozen one, both in terms of the dough (hard and not very fresh) and the ingredients, which seemed to have been added after baking and were not of the highest quality. The pizzas also seemed small for the price, which I find quite high for the quality I received. Overall, the taste was unpleasant, and the texture reminded me more of a processed product than a real Italian pizza. I don't want to offend anyone, but for my personal taste, I wouldn't recommend it.

14/10/2025: Last night we got 2 large kebab sandwiches and a 1.50 litre bottle of Coca-Cola and paid 31 euros. The sandwiches, at 13 euros each, are still very large and the price is fair... but a bottle of Coca-Cola, at 5 euros, is a steal without a balaclava, considering that it wasn't even a large bottle, but a 1.50 litre one.

10/07/2025: As I often buy their breadsticks wrapped in paper that doesn't reveal the inside, sometimes I get a nasty surprise. Lately, they've been very overcooked, but in the last package, they were burnt with a very unpleasant burnt flavor. I assume when you package them, you can see that they're burnt. You should dispose of them yourself, not put them on sale and have the customers who buy them dispose of them, and this isn't the first time. Was the entire package like the one in the photo with the almost charred tips?

09/11/2025: A restaurant that offers the flavors of the valley, including dishes of Sardinian origin. It's the restaurant you wouldn't expect in the Aosta Valley, but it'll pleasantly surprise you. The gnocchi with blue cheese and walnuts are excellent. The dishes are beautifully presented, especially the desserts. There's also a wide selection of pizzas. The restaurant is welcoming, clean, and the service is friendly and attentive. Dogs are welcome.

12/10/2025: Great! The only place open out of season with fast service and very friendly and welcoming staff. The place is completely renovated with a "modern mountain" style, ideal for a diverse clientele.

18/10/2025: I travel every week for work throughout Italy...and I assure you that quality, price and kindness of the girls are not so easy to find...especially in the north...5 stars are not enough...congratulations truly...there are no rivals in Aosta you are the number 1

16/10/2025: Stopped for work but had a great meal, very kind staff, plus it was my fault I ordered a dish I'm allergic to, they remade my plate with a different meat, even though I wanted to pay for the dish I made but didn't eat they didn't want to, thanks again. I will definitely be back.

24/09/2025: I've heard great things about this place, and today I decided to eat there. What can I say? I felt like I was walking into a portal and teleported to Spain in a second. Needless to say, I had a great time! I booked ahead and arrived when everything was ready. The food was simply exquisite. The chef/owner is direct, which I personally find to be perfect. She also has a natural charm that I really appreciated. But what I absolutely loved were the unique flavors of both the paella and the sangria. The traditional dessert was the icing on the cake. They've definitely gained a new, very satisfied customer. 😎✌

22/08/2025: Thank you very much for the service. The maps say opening at 6 PM, the sign says 6:30 PM, but we're now (7 PM) at the restaurant and it's closed. It's just a shame and shoddy.

15/11/2025: My experience at this restaurant was even worse than I expected. Besides the food not seeming fresh at all, I had a truly unpleasant incident with the waiter. When I politely pointed out that the dish tasted strange, instead of listening to my complaint, he started putting words in my mouth that I never said, as if I was exaggerating or "not understanding food." This was truly unprofessional and even irritating. The result was rude service, little attention to the customer, and no willingness to resolve the issue. Under this management, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone, especially those who value quality and respect.

03/11/2025: My vegan girlfriend and I came for lunch over the weekend, and I was pleasantly surprised by the presence of a plant-based restaurant in Aosta. I booked through The Fork. The location is beautiful, very quaint, with various shades of green and plants in the paintings and on the walls. We were truly satisfied with the food. We had three first courses: fusilli with red cabbage pesto, rice noodles with vegetables, and a risotto with black rice, pumpkin, and walnuts. All three were delicious. We preferred the first two, but the risotto wasn't bad at all. For our second course, we had the tempeh (topped with a delicious sauce) and a fennel and pear salad. Delicious, the strong, bold flavor of the tempeh and that sauce paired perfectly with the delicate salad on the side. The desserts were also delicious, especially the apple pie. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to eat in Aosta without animal products!

10/05/2025: Fabulous welcome in a really nice setting. Everything from the welcome to the food and wine were first class. We had the Alpine menu 4 courses for €40 it was delicious and fantastic value for the quality of food. They have a huge wine selection and you can choose from reasonable prices or treat yourselves. The service was impeccable and made for a great night for my wife’s birthday.
