10/08/2024: Very good place to eat pizzas at lunchtime, in the cool with two families (10 people). Welcome in approximate but understandable French and with a smile! I recommend!

I had a really great experience at McDonald's in Aosta: clean place, fast and impeccable service, but what really made the difference was the welcome and courtesy of the staff. In particular, I want to thank Simone, a really kind, helpful and smiling employee, who made my visit even more pleasant. A special thanks also to Anna from the cafeteria, who with her kindness and professionalism completed a truly perfect service. It is rare to find such attentive and human service in a fast food restaurant, and for this reason I can say that this McDonald's is the best I have ever been to

05/05/2025: The air conditioning didn't work in the room, we had to sleep with the window open due to the heat, they didn't change our room to make up for the inefficiency, the cleanliness is not at home, the favelas are more hygienic in comparison, upon complaining at the time of payment we were still treated with arrogance by the gentleman at the reception who didn't even make the gesture of discounting us something for the inefficiency, inventing excuses of a truly praiseworthy embarrassment. The 4 stars are those that make you see them with the disservice......

10/02/2025: We stopped by on Monday evening for a pizza. Welcoming staff, comfortable environment and very good pizza. Prices in line with the average. Advised.

06/02/2025: The place has been modernized and very welcoming and warm compared to the previous management. Excellent friendly and helpful service. Even the delicious pizza, you can feel the quality raw materials, as well as the fried fish or chips. Light and crunchy with definitely clean oil given the lightness both on the palate and on digestion... it's not for everyone. The prices...a little pricier than average but the quality is worth paying for. I would perhaps broaden the choice more in the restaurant part which is a little skimpy in terms of the menu. Parking nearby and easily accessible even for disabled people. I will definitely go back

30/04/2025: I was looking for a quiet restaurant to enjoy an unconventional lunch and I found much more. Fresh environment, simple decor in accordance with nature is a good menu choice. Exceptional tempura vegetables!! It's not easy to cook tasty and vegan and I enjoyed all the dishes. Super vegan burger!! The owner, as well as chef, told us about her sourcing choices which aim for native products grown without chemicals. I think once you try them you'll come back. Considering that it is not easy to cook vegan, the prices are in line with other vegan restaurants.

21/05/2025: Everything was fine. The pizza is very tasty, but the Caesar salad was heavily seasoned with lemon sauce and therefore tasted too sour.

16/05/2025: ⚠️‼️⚠️‼️⚠️‼️⚠️ ATTENTION. I visited that restaurant today and unfortunately, I experienced food poisoning symptoms including vomiting and diarrhea the same day. The food seemed excessively oily and not up to the minimum quality I expected. However, I took photos of the order details and am considering reporting the incident to the appropriate authorities in Italy to ensure food safety standards are upheld. I am not seeking compensation; my main concern is to prevent others from experiencing similar issues. Additionally, I noticed that the staff seemed unhappy, and some of the staff were almost mean, which is not a good sign. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve the quality and service for future customers.

11/05/2025: Personale molto cordiale e preparato non abbiamo prenotato e nonostante il locale fosse completo c hanno fatto accomodare in pochissimo tempo.....locale accogliente e molto pulito ...... abbiamo mangiato carne alla griglia eccellente...... ottimo tutto anche aria che si respira......ci siamo sentite considerate e accolte grazie di cuore

28/02/2025: If you are looking for a takeaway pizzeria with truly competitive prices, this is definitely a choice to take into consideration. The pizza is average, but the value for money is excellent, especially considering that it is difficult to find such low prices elsewhere. Another strong point is the speed of the service: orders are prepared quickly and delivery (or collection) is always on time. Furthermore, the pizzeria is located in a very convenient area, easily reachable both by car and on foot. Perfect for those who want a pizza without spending too much and without long waits. I will definitely be back!

25/01/2025: When you get home and the pizza is completely charred, what can I say... disappointing, I wouldn't have packaged a pizza like that and taken it out of the place but I would have thrown it away and luckily we weren't far from the pizzeria... yes yes the pizza was remade for me but the grimaces behind me were not very nice now I understand when other times during the long wait for the preparation other people asked to have a pizza that wasn't burnt... thank goodness that even though Aosta is small there are many pizzerias..
