25/08/2023: il locale è situata al centro di Aosta in un vicolo che permette di godersi un po' di silenzio rispetto ai locali collocati sulla via principale. La proprietaria è una ragazza simpatica, accogliente,gentile e molto preparata, avrete la possibilità di scegliere vini selezionati con criterio, passione e qualità potendo spaziare tra varie fasce di prezzo sempre mantenendo un livello alto. Sapranno spigarvi i metodi di lavorazione oltre i vitigni della bottiglia scelta in maniera professionale. Abbiamo degustato vini in diversi locali ma devo dire, senza alcun dubbio, che Cabernet Voltaire mi ha conquistato, brava continua così! Ve lo consiglio vivamente...

06/04/2024: Extremely disappointed, food only decent but not good, exorbitant prices (for no reason given that animal products, which are not served here, should be what costs the most), somewhat dead atmosphere (no offense but also the waitresses) , in the bathroom a sign inviting you to use paper sparingly (12 euros for a 3-bite starter and they have to save on paper?). At the time of payment the POS "doesn't work" but "fortunately" the waitress promptly recommends an ATM. The owner who responds resentfully to all the reviews is simply unprofessional Terrible from A to Z, even though I'm vegan.

17/03/2024: Pranzo eccellente, iniziato con dei carciofi in tempura davvero sublimi e proseguito con un piatto di spaghetti con pesto di avocado e cavolo nero, con spolverata di pezzetti di mandorle davvero buoni e cotti alla perfezione. Ero già sazia ma non ho resistito alla tentazione di un tiramisu. Ambiente elegante e curato, personale cortese e competente, la proprietaria molto cordiale. Tornerò sicuramente quando sarò da quelle parti. Prezzo adeguato alla qualità, tutto davvero perfetto.

06/04/2024: I've been going to Peppe's for about 10 years, what can I say, the truffle and porcini fettuccine are superb, the grilled meat cooked by Maestro Peppe is spectacular. When I can I go to see him. Always the top trattoria la Torre.

Also, if all the tables were reserved, we would have been told the moment we arrived . That is not what happened . The problem here was that there were only two of us , that is what the waiter asked , that was his problem , that there were 'only' two of us , and he did not want to give two people a bigger table . 11/12/2023: Posso definire la pinsa il "breve tratto", poiché il locale si trova nei pressi del centro ed è accessibile a tutti. Il locale punta tutto sulla specialità pizzaiola in salsa romana, inoltre quest'ultimo offre un onesto servizio alla clientela in materia di croccantezza. In questa particolare situazione ho optato per un classico rinforzo leggero, la pinsa bufalina. Una variante più spinta del normale che soddisfa sempre in qualunque occasione. Non abitando distante, ho optato questa soluzione per un asporto facile e sicuro. Nulla da dire sono rimasto enormemente soddisfatto. Il tutto è stato accompagnato da una semplice bottiglia d'acqua naturale.
