19/04/2026: The pizza is a masterpiece, probably the best dough in the area. But it's not just the food that's impressive: the owner, whom I've known for years, is a friend, and the staff is highly knowledgeable, polite, and always available with a smile. And if you eat in the dining room, the wait time is short! My favorite pizza??? "My Way" double dough! A spectacle...I recommend it to everyone!!!

The service was fast and attentive, and the waiters were kind and attentive. If you're in the area, it's worth stopping by!

24/12/2025: We stopped at this hotel for just one night because we were passing through, and we ate at the restaurant that evening. Dinner was delicious, the food was amazing, especially the lamb. The room was really clean. Everything was excellent.

28/06/2026: Terrible experience. It was a scorching hot day in Aosta. The waitress, seemingly disoriented, told us there was no air conditioning in the restaurant, so we sat at a table near the entrance to get some fresh air. We ordered two drinks and she told us they didn't have ice. We should have already figured it out and left, but instead we ordered a burger whose bun was clearly industrial, accompanied by very salty, low-quality fries, and a basmati rice dish with zucchini, shrimp, and pineapple, all of which was missing, topped with an excessive amount of sauces that didn't match the rest of the ingredients at all. The result was a jumble of flavors with a poor result. The basmati rice hadn't even been "separated" before serving and was scrunched up, a typical appearance of it having been cooked many hours earlier. The quality/price ratio was too high. Avoid!

01/07/2026: The place is large, so it's best to go when it's not crowded due to the background noise. The pizza had excellent ingredients, but the dough was a little hard to digest. I chose the regular one.

28/06/2026: The service needs a complete overhaul and is, without a doubt, the worst part of the place. We were here two days in a row, and on both occasions, they got our orders wrong. Once, they brought us two pain au chocolats instead of one, and a one-liter bottle of water instead of a half-liter. Every time we ordered something (like the flaky pizzas), they'd tell us it was available, only to come back 10 minutes later to tell us it was actually sold out. On Sunday morning, the situation was downright embarrassing: half the customers complained because they, too, had received incorrect or incomplete orders. This kind of organization is unacceptable. As for the products, the cream and pistachio croissants, and the pain au chocolat are generously filled, but not at all flaky, a characteristic that should be the minimum for a pâtisserie. The pistachio single-serving was another disappointment: it had practically no pistachio at all, tasting almost exclusively of white chocolate. A place that calls itself a pâtisserie should offer both top-quality products and efficient service. Unfortunately, both are lacking here.
