19/11/2025: I don't recommend going here, she's a very ignorant bartender. I asked for a coffee without foam and she made me one with foam and forced me to take it as she wants. If I pay I have to get what I ask for, even if she gives me a coffee with foam I won't take it. So I don't recommend it.

24/10/2025: too many police officers called, they arrived about 3 times this month, rude customers and staff who admit everything without saying anything, a place to go PERHAPS in the morning for breakfast, but even there you would be greeted by poor service

12/09/2025: An experience not to be repeated! Today we went to this bar for an aperitivo and ordered three crodini. They arrived without even an appetizer, absolutely nothing. When I went to pay, I mentioned this to the cashier who served us, expecting to pay a little less than €3.50 each... but instead, they didn't even give us the €0.50 discount on the total, which came to €10.50, and I was paying with cash. The tables and chairs were not very clean; in short, I will never choose this bar again.

30/12/2025: Very kind and knowledgeable, I found the chairs I'd been looking for for months. Delivery was perfect, too!

27/11/2025: I purchased a truly poor-quality Dafne office chair at a decidedly high price. When I complained about a defective seat mesh and an unbearable noise, I was told they couldn't accept a return because the chair had already been assembled (impossible to detect defects without assembling it). As for the seat, they would send me the part by disassembling it from another chair (which they did) since they aren't made in Italy. Regarding the noise, they sent me a video from their supplier showing that the one in the showroom also made that noise, and that was right! To solve the problem, I've already purchased another chair with similar features elsewhere for less than half the price and it works perfectly. To be fair, I have to admit that the staff was kind, even if they didn't solve anything for me. It's a shame I can't attach the ridiculous video as evidence. Never again!

27/12/2025: The best kebab in Aosta, abundant with quality ingredients. Other places only let you smell the meat. Here, with a kebab, you'll be full for two days. You're the best. The compliments are always kind, especially the older gentleman!

07/12/2025: Simply the worst meal of my life. We ordered chicken, kebab, fries, and more: every single thing was inedible. Nothing was redeemable. The flavors were so unpleasant that after two bites we had to give up.

28/12/2025: What can I say… the hotel is well located, but that's its only advantage. The rooms are very old, and the property leaves much to be desired. The bathroom is dilapidated; there's mold in the bathtub, a hairdryer that looks like it's from the 1920s, and the vanity unit is falling apart. The carpet on the floor is simply filthy. The window doesn't open, and the air conditioning won't turn off… in short, it's okay for one night, but otherwise, avoid it.

17/11/2025: Excellent hotel, clean and well-maintained, generous breakfasts, clean rooms, and excellent service. The location is strategic, very close to the city center. The only downside is the shower mixer, which isn't very comfortable.

25/12/2025: Terrible. I ordered a Margherita pizza and a Fanta and they charged me 20 euros!!! Thieves, me.

05/01/2026: Despite the abundant quantity, the food was of very poor quality. We had two poke bowls, both with raw salmon and rice. The salmon was disgusting and seemed expired, while the rice tasted like nothing. Furthermore, the sauces were in short supply. The water was served in bottles that looked dirty, with broken caps that wouldn't open properly. It was also served in scratched plastic cups that gave the impression of unhygienic conditions. The service was also poor, and the waiters were rude and gave us the wrong look more than once. I don't recommend it at all!

31/01/2026: Shame!!!! I placed an order at 8:30 PM and at 9:25 PM it was canceled for no reason, via text message. Absolutely avoid. Terrible. If there was a chance, I would have given zero stars.

09/10/2025: The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the gluten-free pizza is delicious! Ordering here is now a given. Highly recommended!

Mi chiedo , sei così insicuro del tuo prodotto da dover obbligare i clienti a mangiarlo proprio come vuoi tu, senza nemmeno poter aggiungere una salsa?! Se le hai finite ,Dubito che ci torneremo.

20/02/2026: A friendly, family atmosphere, a superb breakfast, and just steps from the town center and the Pila cable car, both within walking distance. A quiet location where you can enjoy peace and relaxation.

02/01/2026: It was our first experience in Aosta, and thank God, everything came together like a perfect puzzle. This is especially true for those of us who appreciate what creation offers us and the people we meet every day. Our overall rating is good because it reflects the management's self-presentation, which also reflects what we consider most important: cleanliness, professionalism, proximity to the center and the Pila ski lift. Highly recommended, and we'll be back. We're attached to this family-run business, having been part of it all our lives in the restaurant business. We're also grateful for the fact that the TV worked, the heating, the welcome kit in the bathroom, and the welcome gift upon arrival (all things that are not at all obvious👍🙏). See you soon. 04/02/2026: Ordered two takeout pizzas yesterday, tuna/onion and Margherita. Both my friend and I were sick all night and only ate the two pizzas. Shameful.

07/01/2026: I went for pizza with my daughter and grandchildren. We wanted to order two pizzas. After the waitress took our order, the owner approached us, a rude man unlike any other. He told us to leave because our order was too small. He shouted in front of other guests. I don't recommend this restaurant; the owner is rude and focused on large orders. His behavior is unacceptable. Please steer clear of this place. People like this are ruining the reputation of Italians, who generally like tourists and want to treat them with the utmost care. After all, we, the tourists, are the ones who leave our money there. The owner's response is not truthful. I didn't order a cappuccino, just two pizzas. I wonder why there are so many negative reviews about the owner. Unfortunately, the man yelled and told us to leave the restaurant, telling us to go to a pizzeria. Shameful. Please don't post things that didn't happen.

05/01/2026: Unfortunately, my visit to this restaurant was very disappointing. The service was rude, brusque, and gave the impression that the presence of customers was a problem for them. There was a lack of basic etiquette, zero smiles, and no willingness to help. Questions were answered with reluctance, and the atmosphere was very uncomfortable. I definitely don't recommend it—customers shouldn't be treated this way.
