04/06/2025: Not a good experience. The woman at reception was not very welcoming. I had asked for a room with twin beds, but only a room with a double bed was provided, even though I booked well in advance. The door to the ensuite didn't close properly. One of the shower doors seemed ready to fall off. There was an issue with payment and their first action was to threaten me with the police. The issue was settled within 20 minutes, but their confrontational approach left a very sour taste. Also, it is not cheap. I have stayed in better at lower cost.

23/06/2025: A huge disappointment, especially because of the owner. We came to eat at this restaurant expecting to have a good time, but the owner's welcome quickly spoiled the experience. From the start, his attitude was curt and unfriendly. The most incomprehensible aspect was the categorical refusal to make us a pizza... even though it was clearly indicated on the menu! No clear explanation, no apology, just a haughty and unpleasant tone. When we politely asked why this dish wasn't available, the owner simply replied curtly that he wouldn't make it, without justification. This lack of respect and consideration for customers is unacceptable. It's all the more unfortunate since the rest of the staff seemed to be doing their best, but the general atmosphere was tense because of this behavior. The food we finally ordered was just okay, but the overall experience was spoiled by this attitude. When you run a restaurant, the least you can do is be courteous and respect what's on your menu. I won't be back, and I don't recommend it.

15/06/2025: During an aperitif with friends, the manager tells me in a really rude way to let a lady into his place (I was actually standing in front of the door of the place). Moving away, since in 45 years of life I have never received such treatment, I ask him to moderate his tone and in response he assumes a very threatening attitude like a suburban bully, leaving the people present shocked. Truly shameful behavior

02/06/2025: Tested on 2 occasions for two cakes on "order". The first time they got the date wrong and the cake was not ready on my birthday. The second time we ordered a cake for 8 people and they made us wait 40 minutes to collect it because they hadn't made it yet and they gave us a cake of over 2 kg, completely exaggerated for 8 people, making us pay €85 with a discount, which not even the wedding cake costs that much per person! They are only good at finding justifications and excuses... we will not recommend it to friends and family!

10/04/2025: 2 croissants (not particularly good) and a cup of ginseng: 10.20 euros. It is surprising because it remains the usual bar in a side street, with a covered terrace surrounded by a car park, where they made us sit at our request but without warning us that it was freezing and above all because we brought the croissants to the table while the waitress passed the broom.

15/03/2025: Stale and overpriced pastries, not to mention poor service. 10euros for a orange juice and a pastry! You would think one of the items was laced with gold.

04/03/2025: Il locale deve aver cambiato gestione e purtroppo ci siamo resi conto che quella attuale è pessima soltanto dopo esserci entrati. Sarebbe bastato leggere le recensioni recenti per capirlo... Il locale era deserto, i prezzi sono lievitati e il nuovo personale è disattento a dir poco. Peccato...
