26/11/2025: If you want amazing paella, this is the right place. The lady is Spanish, so there's no doubt about it. It's not a restaurant, so takeaway is recommended. But if you want to eat it in a pan, book and don't rush. The wait is worth what you get.

17/11/2025: Excellent hotel, clean and well-maintained, generous breakfasts, clean rooms, and excellent service. The location is strategic, very close to the city center. The only downside is the shower mixer, which isn't very comfortable.

13/11/2025: I stayed one night at this hotel thanks to a Smart Box. The hotel is a bit old and in need of a renovation, but the rooms are clean, the staff is very friendly, and the breakfast buffet offers a wide selection.

20/12/2025: I can only give it 5 stars, but we would have given it 25 or more! A welcoming place, attentive to every need (my partner is gluten intolerant), offering variations on the menu. The waiter was very kind and the chef was super helpful! We'll definitely be back!!

14/12/2025: I'll start by saying that, as a vegan, I'm very sorry to have to write a negative review for a place where plant-based food is a dream. Unfortunately, I haven't read all the negative reviews, which I now fully agree with. I'll describe my experience as a vegan who loves this type of cuisine and knows it well, as well as practicing it. I arrived early, the place was a bit chilly (temperature, there was a gas stove, but it was turned off). There was an annoying background noise, and the waitress couldn't hear what I was saying and asked me to raise my voice (unkindly). I ordered the pumpkin risotto. It arrived a few minutes later and was barely warm—it was practically ready and thrown on the plate (there were no people, it was early). It looked like a bit of ready-made boiled rice mixed with a bit of pumpkin. The portion was tiny, the price was exorbitant (€15). I asked if they could reheat it, and without asking, apologizing, or explaining anything, they added a little water and reheated it, and it was obviously awful. The only good thing was the welcome toast with hummus. Seeing how few dishes were being served to the other tables and the service, I didn't try anything else and ran away. It was clear I wasn't happy, but no one paid attention to that. I paid €19.50 for a plate of rice, barely two spoonfuls, and half a liter of water. Enough to make you want to leave and eat somewhere else. The restaurant at the Hotel Hirondelle a thousand times over, forever! I wonder what the people who consider this restaurant good eat (and I say this as a vegan), a real shame. Bad publicity for plant-based cuisine. And finally, only now have I read the aggressive, rude responses from the owner to the negative reviews, who never questions herself and therefore will never grow up. I ask myself: "Is this vegan?" to paraphrase Checco Zalone🫣😅

20/08/2025: I wonder why the owner often doesn't say hello. He's brusque during lunch hours. Is he like this because there's always a lot of people and he's nervous? He should be happy about it. No? I'm giving it three stars because the food is very good. I'd appreciate a little more courtesy...

19/12/2025: We were there a few days ago for the first time, and I can already say we'll be back. The food was good, the portions generous, and the prices, in my opinion, were "good" (a little below average). Their friendliness and smiles are definitely a hallmark. I noticed that even though the place was packed, they found ways to accommodate our various requests... both for food and seating. Well done!!! I was also very pleased that even though the place was full, they never told us or even hinted that we had to leave. That's a significant thing... it makes you feel like a "guest," not just a "customer."

21/10/2025: Best tacos I had in Aosta. It was tasty as well as filling. Quantity was really good. The shop owner treats the customers well. I was sad that it wasn’t open on Sunday, otherwise I would have visited again on my 2 days visit in Aosta

23/08/2025: Well done guys, I've always had a great experience with them. I've been a customer for years, and that means the products are top-notch. Adding the right sauces creates a unique flavor in Aosta. My compliments, truly. Adding a timeline, even in pen, for the preparation reminders would make everything even more refined. 😎✌

24/10/2025: too many police officers called, they arrived about 3 times this month, rude customers and staff who admit everything without saying anything, a place to go PERHAPS in the morning for breakfast, but even there you would be greeted by poor service

12/09/2025: An experience not to be repeated! Today we went to this bar for an aperitivo and ordered three crodini. They arrived without even an appetizer, absolutely nothing. When I went to pay, I mentioned this to the cashier who served us, expecting to pay a little less than €3.50 each... but instead, they didn't even give us the €0.50 discount on the total, which came to €10.50, and I was paying with cash. The tables and chairs were not very clean; in short, I will never choose this bar again.

10/02/2025: We stopped by on Monday evening for pizza. The staff were friendly, the atmosphere comfortable, and the pizza was very good. Prices were in line with the average. Recommended.

23/12/2025: I had dinner with an old friend and had a great time. The service is fast, the ingredients are very fresh and tasty, and the price is reasonable. I plan to return 😉

11/10/2025: A Saturday night to forget. We ordered three pizzas, and my daughter, who always eats pizza voraciously, left practically all of it. I've never seen three pizzas so full of oil, and mine was inedible, with porcini mushrooms and a glut of jarred oil that only gave the pizza a porcini oil flavor and nothing else. The result: I left feeling hungry and heartburn. If we return to Aosta, we will definitely never eat here again.

03/11/2025: A good Chinese restaurant, excellent value, with always friendly and helpful staff. The Chinese hazelnut parfait is delicious. We'll definitely be back.

06/10/2025: Firstly the waitress needs to go to charm school and learn how to smile for starters. The food was mostly cold. They would bring the rice then your waiting for ages for the dish what goes with the rice!! The dumplings were rubbery overall pretty awful I gave the 1 star for the fact that it was so cheap. But I would rather pay more for better food and service

15/12/2025: You order takeout, you pay, they deliver your sandwich and chips in a bag without handles, and a separate bottle without a container. I ask for a bag with handles so I can carry everything away more easily. They told me I'd have to pay 15 cents more for the bag with handles... I'm speechless!

15/12/2025: Beautiful club, full of activities to do both alone and with the family. I absolutely recommend it!!
