The best pizza, both gluten-free and gluten-free, I've had in the Aosta Valley! Light dough, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with quality ingredients and a truly exceptional flavor. It's a pizza that even non-celiacs will love, because it doesn't seem like a "gluten-free" version at all, but simply a perfectly made pizza. We're from the South and are quite strict about food. This was absolutely one of the best pizzas we've ever had. Crispy and light dough, just like the gluten-free version.

The pizza was delicious, the dough and cooking were perfect, and the staff were very kind. I had the spicy salami pinsa, and it was delicious; I would definitely try it again. The price was good for what I ate. The place was beautiful, but a little small, but I still found a seat, so I was satisfied. A very positive experience. 🥰

This place doesn’t look like much from the outside - it’s just a normal takeaway with a few stools inside - but their gluten free pizza is incredible, I would argue it’s among the very best on the entire planet. For me it was impossible to tell it was gluten free - it just tasted like fantastic, well made, authentic, delicious Italian pizza. The family who ran the restaurant seemed like really nice people too. Would highly recommend!!!!!
