Without a doubt, I can say that they make the best gluten-free pizza I've ever eaten! The dough rises well, has the right consistency, is not rubbery at all, and is cooked to perfection, exactly like dough made with traditional flours. The use of quality ingredients, a detail that shouldn't be underestimated and is not a given, makes this pizza the best. The pinsa is also a must-try; in my opinion, it's even better than the pizza. Well done, well done, well done!

Absolutely FANTASTIC place! Delicious hand made pizza!! I had a gluten free pinsa - best dough ever!! Fresh and tasty ingredients. Very highly recommended. I will come back! They have few seats to eat inside and outside. You eat in the box. They also have delivery service (phone and online) Menu in all lenguages. Super friendly staff. Fast service. Very decent price (we paid 32€ for 2 pizzas + drinks)

Guys, spectacular place, fabulous pinsa, if you pass by Aosta you have to stop here without a doubt, in addition to the availability of the owners number 1!!!!

The pizza dough was very good, and the service was generally good. The lard, however, wasn't the kind I've tried elsewhere—it melts in your mouth. It was a bit thick and ruined the dinner.
