15/11/2025: Delicious cooked to perfection local food, beautiful atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff. We had one of the polentas for primo between two, and then stinco di maiale and the cervo for secondo, so so delicious and well cooked. Impressive wine list and waiter was super helpful and knowledgeable assisting us to choose a local wine. Make sure you book your table, I wouldn't want to miss this place if I'm in Aosta!

04/12/2025: When we arrived, we waited several minutes before anyone greeted us, despite the fact that there were very few customers. The staff's attitude was apathetic and hasty, even seeming like a nuisance.
The food wasn't bad: simple and good dishes, but difficult to fully appreciate when you feel like you're being "in the way." It's a shame, the staff's attitude made our lunch less than enjoyable.

16/12/2025: We've dined here twice. The first night, we were a little perplexed when they served the appetizer to the couple next to us first, even though they'd sat down and ordered after us. However, the food was exceptional, so much so that we forgave the oversight and returned.
The crepes, fondue, platters, and fusilli were excellent.
I'm giving it 4 stars only because it's a bit pricey overall.

16/12/2025: What a disappointment! A 45-minute wait to order, unpleasant and rude waiters who refused to take our order. It took two of them to set a table for two! They completely ignored us, and every time we called them, they told us to wait. We were about to leave when a woman, presumably the owner, finally came to take our order. Luckily, the risotto with Bleu d'Aosta cheese and rosemary was delicious, but the portion was far too small. We paid and left without dessert or coffee. Two hours for a risotto? What a shame! They ruined our day. I do not recommend this place.
15/12/2025: A very nice family-run place, but the dishes are sparse. Given the price of polenta, they could be generous. Not enough polenta, not enough venison stew, €18, all the dishes are poor.
The heating is minimal, and the foreign waiters don't speak Italian very well, but the food is good quality.

08/11/2025: What a wonderful discovery with the gourmet pass!
We opted for the tasting menu at €59 per person, and frankly, it was a delightful surprise, both visually and in terms of taste.
This restaurant specializes exclusively in fish and shellfish.
A true culinary orgasm that I highly recommend; we will definitely be back.
Thank you for this enjoyable experience.

29/11/2025: The pasta was good. The guanciale in the carbonara was too fatty. The sausage in my dish had a slightly unusual taste. We had to wait over 30 minutes for our food, leaving us no time for dessert or coffee, which was a shame.
04/09/2025: The restaurant was clean, bright, and well-decorated. The waiter was very kind and professional, but the owner was a bit strange. The pasta was good and plentiful, although more attention should be paid to the quality of the ingredients because the bacon on the plate was only the fat, so I skipped it.
The bread was terrible quality; if you don't want to buy it from a good baker, try breadsticks and you'll look better. Prices were average.

07/10/2025: The focus here is primarily on wine, with snacks being an afterthought. The place is busy; Enzo is obviously known in town (they greet each other), and the fact that locals stop by is a sure sign that it's good. And yes: the waiter knows what he's recommending, and the local wine, a Gewürztraminer, was really good. Value for money and friendliness: just right, and you'll enjoy coming here! Top-notch.

05/12/2025: I've been to this spectacular trattoria, right in the center of Aosta, near the Christmas markets. The entrance is beautiful, the interior is very beautiful, and the portions are generous and good value for money. I'll definitely be back. A great place for tourists. Highly recommended!

21/07/2025: Anyone passing through Aosta, whether on their way to the Matterhorn, Mont Blanc, or wherever, absolutely must stop for a piadina at Paola's... not only is it the best piadina you'll ever eat, but she's also an incredible person.
