25/06/2025: What can I say... we were looking for a restaurant to have lunch along the E45... not the usual autogrill so we relied on the navigator, we exited at Pantalla / Todi and after 4/5km we arrived in the middle of nowhere, on top of a hill with a wonderful view, you can see the whole valley, and right here there is a little house where it says, Osteria Novecento,... if you are in those parts go! It's worth it! Warm welcome, very relaxing environment and delicious food! The specialty is the grill but obviously since it is absurdly hot they did not light the fire but I imagine that it will be not only good but also suggestive.... compliments to the staff

22/06/2025: What an all around perfect dining experience! The food was exceptional and the setting couldn’t be more beautiful. We enjoyed the steak, cacio e pepe, tortellini, beef tartare and many desserts. Everything was delicious! The service was excellent and you feel like you’re totally secluded with the most extraordinary views. This place is a gem!

24/05/2025: Bartolini è eccellente! Ho chiesto di fare delle crostate ricoperte di fragole e mi hanno saputo ascoltare, hanno saputo tradurre la mia richiesta in un desssert di gran livello. Il locale è accogliente, tutte le torte e i pasticcini sono fatti con grande cura e hanno il sapore di una volta. Bartolini es excelente! Les he pedido que hagan un pastel con fresas el pasado mes de abril. Me escucharon atentamente e hicieron un postre maravilloso para mí y mis amigos. Las miradas eran magníficas y sabía aún mejor. La panadería es muy agradable, estilo italiano clásico. Venden postres caseros. Sus pasteles tienen el sabor de un auténtico salto en el pasado, como en los viejos tiempos, aunque capaces de la modernidad necesaria cuando se requiere.

19/04/2025: Upon entering you can smell a delicious pastry shop, very inviting. Truly exceptional typical Umbrian focaccia and desserts. Well done!

17/02/2025: Lights a little too bright in the main room (for my personal tastes). For the rest I had a good time even if there was no background music in the smoking room and in my opinion it should NEVER be missing in a pub (the room at the back is the one with the slightly softer lights), however I want to go back.

28/06/2025: Stumbled upon it by chance. Beautiful location, located in the center of Todi with a wonderful view. Neat and clean environment. Good food. Good service.

26/06/2025: We discovered this restaurant online, attracted both by the convenient location near the center of Todi and by the promise of a splendid view from the terrace. After a walk through the streets of the village, we arrived at the restaurant and were greeted with great warmth. The staff is young, kind and smiling: they immediately make you feel at home. The wait was short and we ate outside, enjoying a relaxed atmosphere and a view exactly as we had imagined it. The food? Simply spectacular. Fresh and fragrant truffle, but the real love at first sight was the pasta with figs, guanciale and pecorino: amazing. Highly recommended! If you are in Todi and are looking for a place to have a good dinner, this restaurant is a real guarantee.

30/03/2025: Beautiful historic hotel with room for improvement in service The Hotel Bramante impresses with its special atmosphere and friendly staff - a stylishly renovated monastery with a fantastic view and a quiet location below Todi. The rooms are charming and clean, and the free shuttle into town is a real plus. The service was less convincing for us in some areas. In the lobby we were not actively asked if we would like something to drink - there is a lack of attention here. Unfortunately, the breakfast was rather simple and not at the level that you would expect for this category. Even dinner in the in-house restaurant didn't satisfy us culinary-wise, which is why we spent the remaining evenings in Todi - there are many great alternatives there. Overall, a nice hotel with a lot of potential that would be even more convincing with a little more attention to detail in the service.

14/07/2025: During our evening at Osteria Valle in Todi, we had a truly special experience, one that goes far beyond the simple pleasure of good food. The restaurant is welcoming, well-maintained, and immediately exudes a family atmosphere, where you feel at ease from the first moment. The cuisine is a tribute to Umbrian tradition: authentic dishes, prepared with fresh, quality ingredients, and authentic flavors that express the region in every bite. But what made our dinner unforgettable was Anna's hospitality, who, with great kindness and sensitivity, took the time to find paper and colors for the son of a couple of friends who were staying with us to draw. A simple gesture, yet full of thoughtfulness and humanity, demonstrating the passion and care this osteria dedicates to each guest, young and old. It's rare to find a place where you truly feel at home, welcomed as a friend and not just a customer. At Osteria Valle, this truly happens. I highly recommend stopping here: for the delicious food, the warm and friendly atmosphere, and above all, the extraordinary hospitality that makes all the difference. We can't wait to return!

03/07/2025: Everything was excellent, from the appetizer (burrata and truffle crouton). The cockerel alla diavola was truly remarkable (very tender with a delicious sauce). To finish, the tiramisu was delicious. Full marks!

14/01/2025: Family and quiet atmosphere. The robot that brings the food to the table is nice.... Great variety of pizzas, many refined with quality ingredients. Very good pizza, large, thin and very well topped. The gluten-free pizza is also good. Prices in line but not high. We will gladly return, it was a pleasant discovery.
