26/05/2025: Wonderful food in a little place slightly away from all the tourist restaurants. Their gnocchi Gorgonzola e Asparagus was sublime. Panna cotta was also heavenly. Great local wine selection.

02/05/2025: EXCEPTIONAL. Tried it for the first time today. Fantastic experience in an intimate, welcoming and warm location, Massimo the owner is a fantastic person. The restaurant is practically in front of a fantastic view over the entire valley. Excellent food from starter to dessert. Absolutely recommended. Well done, you really deserve all the compliments. Spello is practically a pedestrian island and the parking lots are "outside the walls" so the tavern is not easily accessible to disabled people. If the place is small the service(s) is even smaller. The food served is good with an excellent quality/price ratio.

05/07/2025: Excellent! Welcoming and youthful place and environment, kind and very helpful staff. We had an aperitif with a delicious torta al testo with fresh and quality local products. The staff advised us on what to get and was attentive to all our needs. Furthermore, since it was the birthday of a member of the group, the staff surprised us with a cake with candles. Highly recommended!

03/07/2025: What a wonderful dining experience with delicious food, beautiful bricked, and arched spaces, and a great wine list featuring local wines at reasonable prices. Staff were friendly and patient with our Italian. White lasagna was a highlight. Highly recommended.

29/04/2025: Posto piccolo e accogliente, comodo; una selezione di birre veramente importante, sempre aggiornata con cura dal proprietario che è anche il punto di riferimento del locale e una persona splendida. Gentile, cordiale e alla mano, garante di un servizio rapido e attento, è stato un piacere discutere con lui di birre (e di calcio!). La parte della cucina è caratterizzata sia da panini gourmet che più classici, per un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo; non da sottovalutare nemmeno i dolci. In definitiva se si passa per le zone di Spello e si vuole bere birra buona sapete dove andare!

14/06/2025: It is the classic trattoria of small Umbrian villages. It is located in Collepino about 10 minutes from Spello. Ideal for those who love game and truffles. But also homemade pasta. Excellent quality/price ratio.
