11/11/2025: I stumbled upon it by chance. Everything was truly exceptional. Good. I paid little for the quality.
I really recommend it. A wonderful surprise.
18/10/2025: A quiet and welcoming place, the service wasn't particularly fast, but it was courteous.
The crostini with lard and honey as an appetizer was excellent, but €8 is a bit too much for the portion.
The gnocchi with Taleggio cheese and truffle cream were delicious and delicate.
The white chocolate mousse was exquisite, but the Roccata wasn't quite to our taste...
Overall, we recommend it ☺️

28/12/2025: This is already our third time back for the Christmas holidays. Luciano and Jacopo are perfect hosts, as are their staff. The location is fantastic, surrounded by olive trees, full of tranquility and energy.
Jacopo's cuisine is top-notch.
Their homemade olive oil is a 10.
28/11/2025: There's no advice other than to immerse yourself in a journey back in time in a movie-like location, eating and drinking locally sourced food, wine, and olive oil. The rooms, converted from the old stables, are exceptional...and offer an extraordinary view.

05/10/2025: Basted.
First of all, the owner was rude and rude. He wouldn't even move to let us pass, and when he saw the only waitress struggling to serve all the tables, he totally ignored it while checking his phone. The waitress was very kind, which was the only positive thing about the place. The Crescia was good, but small for the price and full of oil. The first courses were basted: all obviously pre-cooked and frozen.
The service was extremely slow, and it was the owner's fault. Get some sleep, buddy.

07/01/2026: The place is quaint, but it's quite noisy because it's crowded. Despite this, the service is quick and efficient. The food is good: two excellent starters, two desserts, water, and wine for around €70. The wine list is extensive, with reasonable markups. Overall, a good experience.
07/01/2026: The ragu, past and wine were amazing. The kitchen is spotless and the restaurant is beautiful. Everyone had a smile and were very understanding and helpful with our limited Italian.

11/12/2025: Adjacent to the fabulous property, expertly renovated, elegantly, and refinedly. The atmosphere is charming and relaxing. The rooms are spotless and the attention to detail is remarkable. You can immediately tell that both the property and the restaurant are run by people who strive to offer excellent service every day. The entire staff was incredibly helpful, prompt, and attentive to our every need. Their commitment to enhancing the property and the restaurant's top-notch offerings helped make our stay enchanting. We will definitely be back! We are grateful for welcoming and pampering us so much. See you soon!

We were treated well, but we witnessed a horrific scene befall our neighbors.
We were served by the employees, who were all very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the same couldn't be said for the owner, who served the couple at the next table.
A truly rude attitude that ruined our experience.
Perhaps the owner would be better off in the kitchen or at the cash register, taking care of the numbers if she can't handle crowds.

03/01/2026: We came here for a small aperitif with arrosticini. I'm celiac, and the service and attention were superb!
Gluten-free bread to accompany the arrosticini. And very good wine!
21/12/2025: Burgers, cured meats, cheeses, beers, desserts, liqueurs...all exceptional. In a characterful setting in a town like Spello, which is otherwise very uniform. Authentic, passionate, and at the same time professional. A rarity.

05/01/2026: A small trattoria in the center of Spello: we stumbled upon it by chance, but we really enjoyed it! Excellent cuisine, traditional and authentic dishes made with local ingredients! The place is small, but very well-kept and welcoming; the owner is very kind, even recommending traditional dishes! Highly recommended...we'll definitely be back!

A unique and excellent tavern nestled in the charming village of Collepino.
Traditional dishes and fresh ingredients are excellently prepared.
A welcoming, traditional, family atmosphere, and Niky is very friendly and helpful.
Organized, relaxed, and reasonably priced.
They let our dog in with no problem.
A round of liqueurs and coffee is offered.
If you're not into gourmet cuisine and excessive prices, this is where you should refuel!

06/01/2026: Very refined atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff. As for the food, it's good and the dishes are carefully executed... one negative note, but that's a personal preference. The wine is a bit acidic, but again, that's my personal preference. The top rating isn't based on my personal taste, because I think they deserve it.
04/01/2026: Everything was excellent, from the food to the service. My partner and I booked only a few hours in advance (on a Friday evening), and yet they still accommodated us. Plus, I'm celiac, so at this restaurant I enjoyed a gluten-free "Tagliere del Postiglione" and excellent tagliolini with truffle, cooked to perfection (and celiacs know that's not common). We were offered complimentary liqueurs, and the total price was absolutely fair. My compliments to the entire staff.

01/10/2025: With these local ingredients and scenery, it would difficult to create an unpleasant dining experience, and yet this place manages it. There is plenty of choice in Spello, go elsewhere (think the owner has confused us with someone else - we tried to eat)

27/09/2025: This was my first stop in the camino di Francisco. Very nice accommodations and the owners very helpful. Quiet night and beautiful view from the window
24/09/2025: Good 3 star hotel in the centre of town. It is old but very well maintained only does B&B now. Nice view from the terrace we you can relax. Our room was ok a decent size as it was at the front ove over the street it was are if the windows were open ( they do have a/c but it was off when we were there in September) .

21/07/2025: Beautiful village, clean and fresh apartments, and the staff is extremely kind and helpful. There are two lovely pools to relax in, and the restaurant offers excellent and varied dishes. Breakfast is also very varied and plentiful. It was a truly lovely stay, albeit unfortunately short.
