The vacation got off to a somewhat bumpy start: Although a rate with a 24-hour cancellation option was booked, it was rejected by a certain "Massimo." Massimo's unprofessionalism was blatant. Our manager refrained from further discussion to ensure a smoother, more continuation of our stay. Upon arrival, we were shown a dark room, almost like a broom closet. This room was unacceptable, even for a 3-star hotel. This wasn't apparent from the online photos. However, the very helpful receptionist allowed us to view three other rooms, one of which we then moved to. The beautiful location is unfortunately overshadowed by the worn-out interior. On the positive side, the service was friendly, and the cleaning staff were diligent. The staff, including those in the restaurant, were consistently very attentive and friendly. The impression is one of a lack of investment and inadequate management by the Garibaldi Group. We will avoid this hotel in the future. The food in the restaurant wasn't bad, but it was below average for Italian quality. The two pools, however, were clean and refreshing. A somewhat neglected but basically nice destination for vacationers who don't expect too much luxury.

Quiet! Relaxing! Centrally located! Two pools! Breakfast and dinner were quite good! Some staff members only spoke one language! But everyone was extremely friendly and concerned about the well-being of their guests. A few minor drawbacks in the bathroom.

I spent 4 nights in this paradise with my wife and our two dogs. At the reception, Alexsandra welcomed us, very friendly and courteous. A stunning village surrounded by greenery with two beautiful pools. The restaurant: Mimmo and Emanuela, the managers and waiters, are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The chef has golden hands, and the food is excellent, even more so: plentiful, high-quality dishes. All at a more than modest and, above all, fair price. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT to anyone looking for relaxation, excellent food, friendliness, and excellent service. We're returning in August because this village deserves to be revisited.

A beautiful ancient village, renovated and transformed into a splendid oasis for those seeking tranquility and peace. All the cottages are nestled in a beautifully kept garden; the two pools are also lovely. The restaurant is excellent, with delicious food and very friendly staff. We will definitely return.

100 out of 100 Everything was perfect! The location is spectacular, nestled in the mountains at dawn. The property boasts well-equipped rooms, all brand new. The banquet hall is large, air-conditioned, and clean. The food is delicious, classic Umbra cuisine, and excellent. The American-style buffet breakfast is quite comprehensive. The service is excellent. I will return a thousand times. The ideal venue for an event. Beautiful, good, and reasonably priced.
