20/11/2025: I placed an order on a Monday expecting it to arrive on Wednesday, and on Wednesday they called me to say they were preparing it and asked when the delivery was expected. I told them that same day, since I had placed the order on Monday and it was delivered within 24-48 hours. They apologized and said it would be delivered the next day. Five minutes later they called me back and said it would be delivered that same day. I'm giving them the highest rating because I want to highlight that, despite the misunderstanding, which can happen to anyone, and the small amount (barely 40 euros, which isn't a huge incentive), in addition to apologizing (which is already appreciated), they were proactive in finding a solution and resolved the issue. This builds trust and speaks volumes about the business's professionalism in treating customers well, regardless of the order amount.

13/12/2025: I'd travel three hours from Rome just to eat here, and that's it. Informal atmosphere, reasonable prices, and delicious, generous dishes. I recommend the truffle tortelli; I've never seen so much truffle in one dish in my life.

30/11/2025: You absolutely have to come and eat at this restaurant: it's the definition of "good life" in restaurant form. The space is spacious, bright, well-furnished and decorated, the bathrooms are clean, bright, and quite spacious. The staff is super super friendly, very nice, and will be there to help you at any time. The food is served in huge portions that you can customize (obviously, they won't serve you food in portions that will kill you, but given how large they are, you'll start to wonder how the price can be so low). It's very good, even delicious, and stunning to look at. The menu offers a seemingly endless variety of dishes to order, and all at a price so low it's almost a dream. Cold or hot drinks, you decide: thousands of drinks just for you to enjoy. If I could, I'd give it 10 stars. This is the best restaurant to try, whether alone, with friends, or with family. #MustTry

08/12/2025: On someone's recommendation, we decided to try the restaurant for dinner. The stuffed crescentini were excellent, both with cured meats and grilled meats, and very tasty. The typical fried bread was a little less pleasant, too greasy! The place was very chaotic and crowded, but we ate some good local produce!

The selection of gelato flavors is so extensive that it's hard to choose (so to speak). The only solution: try them all! If you come to Gubbio, it's definitely worth a visit.

01/12/2025: A small "inn" with an open kitchen. The atmosphere is well-maintained and authentic in every way. The menu focuses on typical Egubian and Umbrian dishes, with a special focus on truffles. We opted for a tasting platter, which was excellent value. The quality of the ingredients was excellent. Every bite took me back to the cooking of my mother, aunt, and grandmothers. The service was excellent, with the waitresses always smiling and friendly. I highly recommend it.
