05/01/2025: Incredibly delicious! I tasted two dishes: the ravioli was fresh and delicious, the cheese filling was full of spices and milk, and the high-quality sauce was unforgettable. I also tried the Umbrian style squab with chicken liver pate and croutons. If you can handle it, I highly recommend you try it! The pigeon meat is delicious and juicy, and the cooking is very delicious. It is paired with the unique chicken liver pate, which is refreshing to me. I ordered half a squab, but I regretted not ordering a whole one! All in all, this is a very cute restaurant, if you come to foligno, be sure to give it a try!

28/12/2024: Delicious soups: I chose to do the tasting with a trio of soups at €5.50 each. The Molinara broad bean soup with chicory heart is very tasty; the aubergine cream soup with flakes of salted ricotta has a very delicate flavour. I also enjoyed the cod fish soup with potatoes. A good glass of red wine, water and I concluded with a typical dessert, La Rocciata, for a total of Euro 29.00. Pleasant environment and friendly staff.

08/09/2024: Among the countless refreshment points in the enchanting Rasiglia, we chose "La locanda del meno tre" 🍽: an overall positive experience. Starting from the great kindness of the owner🤵🏼, and then continuing with that of the staff in the dining room upstairs. There are not many tables, so we strongly recommend booking; especially due to the turnout in the village. Lunch was to our liking, varied menu (between first and second courses based on game 🐗 and freshwater fish 🐟 + numerous desserts 🍰) and more than sufficient portions; although, given the not exactly cheap prices, we would have liked them to be flavored a little more. The service, although quite quick, saw some slight mix-ups between the orders and the courses... Nothing that however compromised the meal 😋 of an "aquatic" 💦💧 day in Rasiglia...

30/12/2024: We celebrated my grandmother's birthday by taking platters with excellent quality and above all fresh products and we also decided on the giropizza solution Wagon wheel pizza with melt in your mouth dough, not heavy Highly recommended as a pizzeria

18/12/2024: One of the best burgers I've ever eaten. Excellent meat, and the seasoning was a real discovery. There is really no comparison with the burgers of the well-known chains or other places in Foligno that we have tried with much higher prices than this one. Optimal. The only flaw is the service is a little slow, perhaps an extra hand in the kitchen could be used.

18/01/2025: Place located in a square on the side of Corso di Foligno, to enter you pass through the door of a bourgeois building, ringing the bell just like entering the guest's home and in fact from the welcome to the furnishings of the rooms, informal but refined, everything gives back a rather homely warmth and makes you feel at ease for both informal and formal evenings. This, together with the choice of dishes offered and the care dedicated to the customer, make the place in fact a tavern in spirit, while for the execution of the dishes and the management of the cellar it is closer to a bistro from beyond the Alps. The menu is sparse, but precise and direct. We try the cod cream and the marinated and fried cauliflower, well executed but below expectations; we follow the meal with stuffed guinea fowl, very well executed but lacking a fluid sauce that binds the various components of the dish and, upon express request from the undersigned, courteously welcomed and masterfully executed, fried lamb brain. Accompanied by a macerated white wine from Emilia proposed as a replacement for an exhausted bottle: good management of the problem and an alternative in the same range and equally valid. Besides some attention to the preparation of the dishes, the restaurant is a valid and very interesting proposal in the center of Foligno, both for the raw materials chosen and for the selection of wines. Price 40/pax excluding wine.

12/01/2025: Restaurant that reflects typical Umbrian products, genuine and well cooked. Truffle is the King ingredient 👑, where it is often grated into dishes even at the moment and in large quantities. In this place you feel like at home, you can breathe an air of simplicity, the owners and waiters are nice and friendly. You eat very well 😋 and you spend little for the quality. ✌️

07/01/2025: Nothing to say about the meal but the price paid would be up for discussion, having consumed appetizer and first course, it's okay that they grated porcini mushrooms on everything without even asking whether they liked it or not. Anyway it went but I won't go back again.

27/12/2024: We found this unassuming little pasticceria on route back to the station. The locals were queuing for fresh pizza straight from the oven. There was a good selection including vegetarian - you might have a small wait though. We had a couple of coffees as well for under €5.

10/12/2024: Tried this ice cream shop for the first time. The interior is very nice and the girls who work there are very friendly. Let's get to the point: excellent ice cream and prices all in all in line with the city (4 small but not too much cones 12 euros). The sore points which however are in line with Foligno are the external spaces, dirty and without any staff support, for example there were no paper napkins on the tables, with these temperatures the ice cream melts... furthermore the floor was full of rubbish. Sometimes it doesn't take much to make a place more welcoming. But Foligno is like this, I missed it for 31 years and I found it dirty and not looked after.

18/11/2024: We have just spent two days of relaxation and good food in this delightful farmhouse, run by a discreet and helpful gentleman. The breakfast is plentiful (sweet and savory) and of good quality. We also had the pleasure of having dinner there and the dinner was great too. It would be nice to return in good weather to enjoy the pool. Excellent location for visiting Assisi and Spello. Highly recommended😍
