19/10/2025: Recommended by a friend, I went there. The owner was kind and waited for me until around 11 PM. The room was new and very nice. The only thing I didn't like was that when I pulled the blanket off the bed, the sheets were all wrinkled, giving me the feeling of being used and not washed or ironed. Breakfast was okay.

13/08/2025: Excellent home-cooked food in a beautiful setting of the hilltop village of Monte Santa Maria Tiberina and overlooking the Umbrian hills. We ate here three times during a two-week stay in the area. The truffle pastas were excellent, so was the grilled lamb. It was a gift to have this place nearby!

08/12/2025: The entire place was booked but was actually free, in a city stuck in traffic where families with children come and ask for a quick pizza, and you abstain, ordering takeout as if you were doing them a favor? In the meantime, we ordered and ate outside. The place was still empty, and by empty, I mean empty, with at least 50 seats. You would have made money from us and also from those who had booked, who I think arrived after 9 PM (it wasn't even 8 PM). Frozen supermarket-style pizza and rude staff. This is

23/09/2025: An extraordinary culinary experience! I recently visited Pizzeria Al Pruneto in Bastia Umbra and was absolutely enchanted. We ordered two pizzas: a Filetto and a Capricciosa, and each was a true work of art. The Filetto pizza was a triumph of simplicity and freshness, with an incredibly flavorful tomato sauce and flakes of buffalo mozzarella so creamy they melted in your mouth. Fresh basil leaves added a final touch of fragrance. The Capricciosa was equally perfect, with high-quality ingredients like prosciutto, mushrooms, and artichokes blending together in a truly balanced mix of flavors and textures. The dough deserves special mention: light, digestible, and with a high, perfectly airy crust, just like in the best Neapolitan tradition. The cooking was also impeccable, with just the right amount of burnt spots that give it that unmistakable flavor. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the service was quick and very courteous. If you're looking for a pizza that will leave you speechless, Al Pruneto is the place to go. An experience you definitely won't want to miss!

10/10/2025: In my opinion, it's the best ice cream shop in Gubbio and the surrounding area. They change the ingredients in their ice cream and yogurt every year. Prices are very good, and the quality/price ratio is top-notch!

Cucina super genuina, di ottima preparazione affidata alla madre delle due, gusto ottimo sia per i primi che per i secondi come il vino. Prossima al sito di Rasiglia, ma su un altro pianeta del piacere, rispetto agli esercizi contigui al sito. Una esperienza che varrebbe la pena di ripetere pur distante 250 km da casa.

02/11/2025: There are places where time seems to slow down, and every dish tells a story. Mrs. Adler's restaurant, in the heart of Orvieto, is one of them. As soon as you step inside, the family atmosphere takes guests on a journey that weaves together memory, flavor, and tradition. Every recipe brought to the table holds a centuries-old history: dishes born in the kitchens of Umbrian grandmothers, revived and studied with respect, but also with the curiosity of those who want to revive the past. Mrs. Adler doesn't simply serve lunch: she recounts origins and anecdotes, making each course an emotion as well as a taste. From the wild boar stew scented with herbs to the desserts reminiscent of childhood, everything speaks of a love for the land and a time when cooking was an act of love and patience.

29/10/2025: Superb. Very interesting, historical take on the menu. Everything was delicious. Service was incredible. They took our dinner reservation for a night they were to be closed by mistake. We got there and the chef had opened the place just for us! Highly recommend.
