21/03/2025: Dinner was a wonderful experience. Intimate venue, attentive and efficient service, excellent dishes and wines. We ordered the tartare and the sirloin, excellent meat and very successful preparation. We are left looking forward to the next visit... Well done Hourglass and well done Emiliano.

13/07/2025: Food was very good and atmosphere aswell. 4 stars because the risotto was a bit of a weird combo in terms of flavours they didn’t really go well together. The rest of the food was delightful, Over all highly recommended

21/06/2025: There were 10 of us and we had booked a table. The place is really very nice, well kept with a nice terrace. The parking lot can hold several cars. Entering on the right the loft68 is the hotel while going down a good staircase you enter the Contemporaneo. Gourmet restaurant, with a wide choice of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes. Good selection of wines. Good service even if at this price level not perfect as you would expect. Creative dishes, very fresh and not obvious. I definitely recommend them, reservations recommended.

23/08/2025: A fantastic week! Clean, simple, and tidy rooms. A relaxing atmosphere, where peace and tranquility reign. The hospitality and warmth of all the staff make this place perfect. Excellent local cuisine! A special thanks to Mara, Massimo, Sara, and Daniele for the conviviality that accompanied our meals!

23/04/2025: Un Viaggio Sensoriale firmato dallo Chef Tommaso Mintineri che dopo aver lavorato in diversi ristoranti stellati nel mondo, apre il suo (fortunatamente) a Stroncone vicinissimo a Terni. Da Mammè, quando ci si siede a tavola, inizia un vero viaggio, un percorso culinario orchestrato magistralmente dallo chef Montineri, un talento raro che con la sua esperienza trasforma ogni piatto in poesia. Posso dire unico a Terni??? Un ristorante che non è solo un luogo dove mangiare, ma dove vivere un momento unico. Un applauso sentito allo chef Montineri e alla sua brigata. Ci ritorneremo. Dalla location strepitosa, bellissima, curata e pulita...al personale gentilissimo e affabile alle pietanze che spaccano dalla bontà e genuinità....le lumache cucinate in diversi modi sono strepitose, le porzioni abbondanti il vino della casa è buonissimo e il rapporto qualità/prezzo è perfetto....sempre un piacere tornare....ogni volta andar via è lasciare un pezzo di cuore....grazie davvero e a presto

05/12/2024: Serata con amici tutti hanno mangiato lumache e sono rimasti contentissimi ottima cena . Io non mangio Lumache ho mangiato Soufflé di patate con fonduta di pecorino e tartufo eccezionale. Poi ravioli cacio e pepe . Ottimo Anche i dolci buoni . Consigliatissimo per lumacari e ottimo anche per chi non le mangia.

26/06/2025: The location is not one that excites, but the pizza is very good and that's what matters. The service is reliable, polite and efficient and that's also important. And finally the beer is good too. The price is right, we'll go back.

This is a delightful restaurant in a wonderful location, steeped in nature and rich in history. The incredible flavors, created by the heart and soul of two wonderful and excellent chefs, materialize in dishes that are beyond special and rich in ancient flavors, such as the fettuccine, strictly homemade, with a white pigeon sauce... PHENOMENAL! The expert cooking, beyond perfect, pairs perfectly with the highest-quality ingredients that the two chefs use with incredible skill. The aroma of the bread, also homemade, is a caress for the soul. The lamb chops with green beans are unparalleled. The breaded and fried rabbit is sublime. The meat is cooked with a stopwatch. A perfect contrast between the crispy, perfectly uniform exterior and the incredibly tender interior, for both lamb and rabbit. Spectacular! For the Dentramelia chefs, cooking is a true art, a journey through sight, smell, and taste, but above all through the feelings and emotions that a chef, by preparing his dishes, can evoke in those who enjoy them. All this makes an ordinary dish uncommon. Dentramelia's cuisine is pure talent, the rediscovery of a pure and genuine tradition, all Italian. Emotions of the soul were enhanced by Yuri's smiles and infinite kindness. 13/07/2025: A small restaurant in the center of Amelia, with simple furnishings and discreet, impeccable service. The local cuisine selection is limited, but meticulously prepared. I highly recommend the excellent homemade pasta, which makes you feel like you're being pampered by your grandmother: the briciola is wonderful, the pigeon ragù excellent. The house wine is a wonderful local red, and the food and drink are excellent at very reasonable prices.

Este restaurante podría clasificarse fácilmente entre los primeros lugares en Londres o Nueva York según la calidad, pero a una fracción del precio. No se deje engañar por la inspiración internacional: los platos están llenos de un sabor italiano rico y auténtico. El servicio es encantador y atento. Si estás visitando Pietralunga y buscas una experiencia gastronómica extraordinaria en un ambiente maravilloso, este es el lugar. Ah, y por cierto, también ofrecen dos habitaciones de hotel en el mismo edificio.

07/08/2025: We loved the authentic curry chicken dish prepared beautifully by Chef Sanjeev Kumar. The salad to start was fresh, flavourful with a special twist of spice. Chocolate mousse was delicious. We received a warm welcome and wonderful service from Tracy, and appreciated her wine suggestion which paired wonderfully with our meal. The space is cozy and inviting. All in all it was a very lovely time. Looking forward to returning again!

18/08/2025: Excellent location, just a 10-15 minute drive from the Assisi area. Friendly and helpful staff, room with rustic/basic yet comfortable furnishings. The pool is great for cooling off after a long day. A wonderful experience.

29/07/2025: We had a delicious meal there. We started with a carpaccio, followed by a pizza and a delicious panna cotta. There were four of us, and we all enjoyed the delicious food. The service was very friendly. In short, a good restaurant and a good price. We went again this year and had delicious pasta.

14/07/2025: On the road from Chiusi to Castiglione del Lago, I pass through a small village called Moiano. The road is straight, and at a certain point I see a sign, almost hidden, that says "restaurant." My first thought was to go elsewhere, but then I thought, "Perhaps seeing the sign was a sign," and I decide to stop. The road runs alongside the restaurant and leads to a large parking lot. I go in and ask if there's room, and with all the kindness possible, they invite me outside. While I wait, a crowd of foreigners and Italians alike comes and goes, until I discover they also have rooms. I look at the menu and decide: Tuscan crostini, ossobuco, salad, water, and a glass of sparkling wine recommended by the owner. What can I say? I've found Tuscan cuisine in Umbria: old-fashioned handmade crostini, tender ossobuco with the callus and fat, a side dish of chopped carrots and other ingredients in a red sauce, and, most importantly, bone with marrow. Fair prices and quality of raw materials, I recommend you stop by if you pass by these parts, I forgot about the wood oven where they make both meat and pizzas.........by PIRAX

06/04/2025: Non è la prima volta che veniamo in questo ristorante di sushi, e ogni volta è una conferma! Il locale è accogliente, il personale sempre gentile e disponibile, e la qualità del cibo è davvero ottima. Un posto dove torniamo sempre volentieri e che consigliamo a tutti gli amanti della cucina giapponese!
