25/07/2025: Bel locale, vasta scelta di dolci e salati con camerieri molto gentili e veloci, la terrazza nella „Piazzetta“ é grande e sempre curata! Le nostre colazioni ce le siamo sempre godute, ottimo cappuccino! 🍀

16/07/2025: Questo bar fa caffe perfetto, il cameriere è sempere gentille e divertente. Anche il brioche salato e brioche dolce (con nutella) sono stati buonisimi. Loro fanno la crema per i brioche in casa.😍😋

12/10/2025: Today my husband and I had lunch at Meo's, taking a trip to Bocca Seriola. Friends had recommended the place. The service was excellent; everyone was very kind and attentive. The food was good, with some outstanding dishes like the crostini nero and the fresh, homemade sweet and sour giardiniera. The cured meats, however, were a bit disappointing, except for the capocollo with fennel, which was truly excellent. The sautéed mushroom sauce on both the crostini and the first courses was excellent; the lamb chops, however, were tough and we didn't like them as much. The thrushes were excellent, and the second courses were good. The cantucci with vinsanto were excellent, very fresh and homemade, as was the zuppa inglese with a delicate, fragrant cream that reminded me of my grandmother. The price was fair, around €40 per person, all-inclusive, including drinks and coffee. We'll be back, even though it's a bit far from Valdichiana, where we live. Compliments to Signora Silvana!

Any thought, intent, or belief that is executed and carried out by emotions is reproduced in the outside world. So you create reality... Well, I was driving immersed in great archetypes of beauty, goodness, and Umbrian wisdom. At a certain point, a cool, shaded terrace materialized. It seemed suspended and floating and resonated with the most beautiful vibrations. Beauty, peace, and serenity. Only those who are in tune with these frequencies and don't live in a rush will agree with me when I say that service, wait times, decor, etc., don't matter. When you're in a position of power, it's best to enjoy it. You sit back and listen to life spread like a slice of bacon on a hot bruschetta appetizer. You enjoy food you only dream of in the city. In fact, I think it was a dream... But I can't wait to have it rematerialized when I return to Umbertide.
