05/01/2026: Hello. Today we had three special menus for €10 each, including a delicious plate of Norcina-style celery with sausage and white truffle sauce; a second course of two slices of roast pork with fries. Drinks not included. Two 500ml bottles of water for €2 each. I recommend it. Fast service, no delays. For those who want to eat without pretensions in a historic restaurant with ancient vaults.

08/02/2026: I came in to buy a bottle of water and left after a five-minute wait, without anyone speaking to me. Despite being there waiting, I was completely invisible to the staff, completely absorbed in a chaotic and needlessly stressful work environment. I witnessed a typical scene: the coffee attendant was yelling at the waiters, urging them to deliver a tray she hadn't yet finished preparing. This type of coordination doesn't speed up service; it only creates an atmosphere of anxiety that negatively impacts productivity and, inevitably, the customer experience. I'm convinced the staff are professionals eager to work, but workload management must be done calmly and clearly. Such an anxious management style only wastes resources and leads to longer than necessary management times. I hope this comment will be taken as a constructive warning to rediscover the harmony needed to enhance the establishment.

25/12/2025: We have been visiting Assisi for ten years and this is THE best coffee in town BAR NONE. We are extremely picky about coffee in the States and we always go to this café daily for our cappucino (phenomenal!) and espresso fix. All others in this town are a waste of time (we've done the work of trying all the fuds for you). Their coffees make me poetic!

15/10/2025: The rooms are acceptable. There is no refrigerator in every room, but where there is one, it may not work well. The TV is just an illustration, it is outdated and does not work in a usable way. Each person gets a soap and shower bath package. Breakfast is acceptable, but there are only cold dishes. There is no egg omelette. Its location is 4.5km from Todi, difficult to reach on foot and by public transport. There is a cheese shop and a pub in the vicinity, everything else is far away.

16/11/2025: We paid a whopping 12 euros for two crodini. If you want to fleece tourists, at least have the decency to offer a minimum of decorum: the place is a dump, with a dirty bathroom with leaking water, and clutter and dirt everywhere. A terrible experience, one of the worst I've ever had.

02/11/2025: It's always a shame to give a negative review to a small business that thrives on tourism. The price of the food was completely disproportionate to the amount served. The cleanliness of the dining room was basic. The coffee machine was a little dirty. The bathroom maintenance was nonexistent. I understand that tourism is the driving force of these villages, but let's avoid treating tourists like sponges from which to draw every penny.

26/11/2025: Good for breakfast with the classic reactivated croissants, but it offers different solutions.

27/12/2025: A grocery store also stocking local products. Inside, there's a nice deli counter and a self-service area with a neat and clean dining area. The bathrooms are large and clean.

13/12/2025: Good restaurant with friendly, helpful staff. Excellent option for a quick lunch with freshly cooked dishes. Recommended!

27/11/2025: I called at 7:20 PM on a Thursday evening to order three pizzas. Two of them were American baby pizzas. The three pizzas arrived at 7:35 PM. The two American baby pizzas were wrong. First, they weren't baby pizzas, and second, they didn't have any tomato sauce. So I called, explained my problem, and they told me they'd remake them and I'd have to return the wrong ones. Given that I live in Madonna Alta and Galaxy is also located there, they made me wait 40 minutes to get the correct pizzas. Of course, keep in mind that a baby pizza costs less than a regular one. The delivery guy didn't give me a receipt and never refunded me the difference. I'll start by saying this last point because I'm stupid and didn't want to say anything because I'm embarrassed. When I asked for a reminder, 35 minutes after the call, the girl at the pizzeria responded rudely and shouted into the phone. I'd heard before that people there were like bears, but I had no proof. Never again!!!!!

18/12/2025: The wine was good, the cheese platter was decent, and the service was friendly and fast. The chef rarely used tissues. The bathroom was out of toilet paper. This quiet place could do better. Recommended.

06/08/2025: I'm from the North and came to Foligno with my family. We tried this restaurant... What can I say? The food and service were amazing: the food was cooked with care and the flavor was REALLY GOOD, real food. The service was attentive. Human and welcoming. The food I ate here gave me back the pure desire to eat, savor, and fall in love with flavor ❤️

01/01/2026: We dined on New Year's Eve 2025, not as a Christmas dinner, but à la carte! The waitress was very polite and friendly, the place was welcoming, and there was a nice platter of cold cuts with cheeses, honey, and crostini. A portion of maniche cacio e pepe, maniche alla norcina with black truffle, a 1.2 kg Florentine steak, a bottle of Ribolla Gialla, and two coffees all for the modest sum of €120! We were truly satisfied with the delicious food and the price was truly fair! Congratulations, keep up the good work!

25/10/2025: Excellent, we went back for 2 consecutive days because we were satisfied with everything: from the food to the service and the kindness of the boy who served us. I RECOMMEND IT.

17/02/2026: I often stop in the Lake Trasimeno area, and today I had breakfast at this bar with a friend. Coffee and croissants are reasonably priced (about €1.60), so nothing to complain about. But I was truly surprised by a simple latte macchiato served in a glass for €2.50. I understand the touristy location, but it's one thing to adjust to the prices, and another to overdo it. Prices like that make it feel like they're taking advantage of passing customers. I hope this is just an isolated incident and not the norm.

25/09/2025: 1 Flute (like the one from Mulino Bianco) supposedly chocolate (I remember it from the past because there wasn't even the smell anymore) 2.50 euros, not even in Venice....don't go there!
