06/08/2025: I'm from the North and came to Foligno with my family. We tried this restaurant... What can I say? The food and service were amazing: the food was cooked with care and the flavor was REALLY GOOD, real food. The service was attentive. Human and welcoming. The food I ate here gave me back the pure desire to eat, savor, and fall in love with flavor ❤️

31/07/2025: Delicious lunch at Peter Botton. The pinsa was huge. The burger was also delicious and juicy. The service was friendly. I disagree with the other reviews of this place, which we only read after we were already there.

15/09/2025: The staff is incredibly rude, especially the older lady! I'm really sorry to write such a negative review, but since I've been going there for a while, I can afford to express myself! I always try to be polite and pretend nothing's happening, but every morning they get worse... rude and annoyed. And then the cappuccino and coffee in paper cups IS UNUSUAL!!! It's obvious it's hard even to wash the cups! I recommend changing the staff! They don't have a very good reputation in the area!!!!

12/06/2025: Yesterday I bought cigarettes in this bar, I was very thoughtful and tired, I gave him 10 euros and 50 cents, I took the cigarette and left, not even 3 minutes passed when I remembered that he had not given me back 5 euros, I turned around and told him that he had not given me the change, he pushed me away rudely, I told him to look at the camera, that he really had not given them to him, no, call the police, he did not look at the camera at all, he is a cheeky guy, he will not adapt!!! Today I thought all day, 5 euros is not a lot of money, the main thing is to remain human, I know for sure that he will lose much more in life than those 5 euros

18/10/2025: After ordering at 8:25 and being told we'd have to wait about 20 minutes, at 9:00 we tried to hassle the counter attendant, who tried to argue, saying the wait wasn't 20 minutes, but 40, in a very rude manner and with a snort. Poor service, as I'd already heard, and at 9:15 PM, by the way. (We received our pizzas after 50 minutes.) Luckily we weren't in a hurry.

15/09/2025: I wouldn't get pizza from them even if they were the last people on planet Earth to make it; I'd rather eat a stone. They only make pizza, and it's shocking how in all these years they still haven't learned, not to mention the fact that I still don't understand how they season it. Every time I go, my car is covered in at least half a liter of oil and/or other condiments (the only place this happens to me). Better yet, stay fasting.

25/09/2025: 1 Flute (like the one from Mulino Bianco) supposedly chocolate (I remember it from the past because there wasn't even the smell anymore) 2.50 euros, not even in Venice....don't go there!

06/09/2025: Despite the low ratings, it's definitely worth it. Great Aperol Spritz, excellent ice cream, a great view, and a pleasant atmosphere in the park.

03/10/2025: Terrible experience among friends.... Total disorganization!!!! The dishes arrive in bulk... some eat first, and some don't eat at all!!! Multiple courses forgotten!!! It's a shame it's not possible to give zero stars!! The food, according to those who ate, was barely passable... I'd better keep quiet!!! If you're passing by... move on!!! After your response, I'm forced to reply. I'm not shy at all, and rest assured, "I'm asserting myself." I'll add that, being very polite, I usually don't reply because I hope others are as polite, but in this case, I'm forced to do so after your response because: 1. We didn't order the set menu, but à la carte. Evidently, your memory is as flawed as the restaurant, and in answering, you confused the other diners. 2. A vegetarian appetizer, which I also asked for a generous portion, I might add, should have logically arrived with the tomato bruschetta, but it never arrived. Despite repeatedly asking a waiter, he simply shrugged without even going to the kitchen to ask. 3. We ordered 7 steaks, which, I can understand the difference in cooking time between rare and medium (I'm not a chef, but I'd say 1.5 minutes), arrived in 3 different batches, a good 10 minutes apart, and ONE NEVER ARRIVED BUT WAS INCLUDED WHEN WE BID THE BILL. WE DEMANDED IT BE DEVALUED, and I'm here to tell you it was done (after a dispute). 4. Of the 10 waiters listed, we only saw 2, and they were uninterested... very indifferent to our requests and prompts about the missing dishes. If you'd like, I'd add that you can find and read other reviews of the dinner in question that other diners have left on TripAdvisor... so you can respond to those too. Best regards. First of all, I didn't say high prices, but "it's better to keep quiet about the price," because when you're charged for something you didn't eat, and you've even repeatedly requested it, I don't think it's about paying attention to the customer and resolving any issues that may arise, but rather treating customers, especially those "in passing," as a source of income. I'd add that, fortunately, I can afford to eat at your restaurant and at a better one than yours! Again, your response wasn't very polite, and for someone who deals with the public, that's definitely not a good attitude. I'm glad you don't have time to respond to all the comments (except mine, apparently) if that means you're considering how to improve. In all of this, I don't think I even read between the lines a single "sorry for the mix-up." Best regards

09/11/2025: Always a pleasant stop at this place. Excellent service, friendly staff, and parking is always available! Breakfast and aperitifs are available at any time of day.

31/10/2025: The food is all frozen (including the sandwiches, or if they aren't, they're just as unpresentable) but they cost like normal food. The pizzas are tiny, and there was even a hair on mine—it wasn't a hair, and the place only serves women who obviously don't have beards. I wonder what part of their body it is. The prices are exorbitant for the poor quality. The pictures on the menu don't match the product. The bathroom is unisex and obviously unpresentable. Please, for your own good and your health, don't come and eat at this "restaurant," if you can call it that.

25/10/2025: Bad service. Save yourself stress. Eat somewhere else. The two 50 something Italian ladies there were very rude. The zuppa verdura (vegetable soup) had beans that were hard. We ordered pasta with pesto sauce and it took me three times requesting a fork. We sat in the front outside patio and when I asked for a fork, the 50 something said for me to go into the restaurant to get the fork. The breaded chicken patty tasted like cardboard microwave frozen Swansons. We suggest eating at Il Menestrello instead (off Via San Francesco and Via San Gregorio) for better food, service, ambiance and price. Lastly, when I went to pay the bill with my credit card, the same 50 something told me cash only. I’m glad I had enough cash. If they were not right off of Piazza Del Commune, they would not be in business much longer. Buyer beware!

I just read someone else's review :) I had the same experience...putting your feet up on the plastic chair (w62;) is forbidden, what a joke in a "beach canteen"...but putting a snack bowl with a used, sticky espresso spoon down is okay...exactly my kind of humor 😆 oh well: you can spend €5 on a beer better elsewhere ;)

17/06/2025: Instead of telling guests they're not welcome, the manager invents reasons like "card playing is prohibited." Likewise, feet aren't allowed on the plastic chairs in her beach bar! They provided her with written proof that card playing is allowed in Piedmont. Then she could only speak Italian and ran away.
