02/01/2026: Ordered 2 pizzas for home delivery. Arrived cold and practically tasted like rubber. Thrown away. Destination close and easy to find yet the guy had trouble finding us. The person who took the order over the phone misspelled the name, surname, and address. Never again.

30/12/2025: Very rude staff, sour and undercooked tomato, rubbery and leavening pizza in the stomach... AVOID!!!

22/09/2025: On vacation with our 6-month-old daughter, we stumbled upon the Loggetta after reading the menu, which included vegan options. We were amazed by the kindness and courtesy, the quality of the products, and the beautiful location. We kept coming back for every other day of our vacation. Every dish was beautifully presented and delicious. There was also a wide selection of vegan options, from appetizers to dessert. Everything was perfect and absolutely fantastic.

27/08/2025: We were deeply disappointed with our experience at this restaurant, especially considering I had already indicated that I was vegan when booking. • Appetizer: the menu listed smoked tofu, but we were served regular tofu, without any prior explanation. Upon our observation, we were simply told that "smoked tofu is hard to find," without any advance notice. • Dessert: the worst part. We ordered vegan cantuccini (listed on the menu), but they weren't available. We were offered soy ice cream... but it arrived topped with non-vegan cream. After pointing this out, no apology was given; they simply brought back the same ice cream without cream. A mistake that, besides being unprofessional, could have had serious consequences for those—like me—who avoid animal products for ethical and/or health reasons. At the cashier, instead of receiving a sincere apology, we were told things like, "We usually always use vegan cream." A defensive and disrespectful attitude that ignores neither the customer's complaints nor the seriousness of the mistake. 👉 In short: a place that claims to be attentive to dietary needs, but in reality demonstrates neither care, clarity, nor sensitivity toward those following a vegan diet. The impression is that the approach is superficial and lacks the professionalism necessary to ensure a safe and satisfying experience. We won't return, and we wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a truly reliable place for those with special dietary needs.

19/04/2025: We ate at this cute little place. The service was very slow; we waited over two hours for three starters and a scrambled egg. There were misunderstandings and poor organization among the staff regarding orders. On the other hand, the dishes were good and the staff was friendly.

31/01/2025: Il e il mio ragazzo Mohamed andiamo in continuazione a mangiare la pizza qui perché lui dice che è la più fornita e buona dell'umbria . Scrivo la recensione io perché Mohamed ogni volta mi porta e poi dice che ha lo stomaco stretto e poco appetito e non mangia niente ! , mi fa incavolare sempre ! . Comunque un ottima pizzeria anche da asporto , vedo gente in continuazione che non si ferma a mangiare e va via con i cartoni . Spero non la chiudano mai è una risorsa preziosa per tutti a Foligno .

15/12/2025: Today I went to the Primo Amore ice cream shop in Collestrada. We had a yogurt and an ice cream, they were very good, but it was a shame that the counter assistant was very unhelpful and rude (almost rude, I would say).

27/11/2025: Very, very bad service. The waitress was rude and cheeky, and on top of that, they overcharged us. The penne with truffle sauce was from a Chinese restaurant; everything was awful.

01/01/2026: Brought here by friends from Orvieto, we tried a bit of everything from beans to bruschetta to pizza. Everything was excellent, even the chocolate flan. The service was kind, friendly, and fast. I recommend it.

15/01/2026: While visiting Foligno, this place "called" to us from afar. Looking for something light and easy, we stopped in. The atmosphere is quiet and welcoming, with tables outside. There's no table service; you have to order at the counter first. The piadinas were good—not overly stuffed, but with good-quality ingredients and a very flavorful taste. The draft beer was very good. The place, even inside, is very unique and homey.

16/08/2025: Rude staff, even more so the owner, very rude. When we asked for clarification on the dishes, he replied, "If it's okay, that's it. Otherwise, you can leave." NEVER talk rudely to customers, but this was downright rude! I advise everyone not to stop here and to move on.

20/07/2025: The ice cream is too sweet, with barely any flavor. It doesn't look artisanal. It's not good, though, and it just leaves you thirsty.

24/01/2026: The worst pastry shop I've ever seen in my life. It's incredible. It's inedible. Some sweets are colored with artificial syrup. Even Conad peaches are absolutely delicious compared to these, but here, there's this dry pasta soaked in artificial coloring syrup. I've never seen anything like it, this is the worst experience of my life. Everything I bought for 12 euros I threw in the garbage.

12/12/2025: There's so much to choose from in this pastry shop, but nothing is good. The croissants are the worst I've ever eaten, butterless and heavy as bricks, with that disgusting almond glaze. Even the cream puffs, cannoli, shortcrust pastry, and fruit tarts are inedible, in my opinion. I've been to hundreds of pastry shops from north to south, and this is the absolute worst, with an all-male staff and a foreign girl who always seems angry.

01/04/2025: You're traveling, looking for a pizzeria to eat, and you find this Risto-pizzeria online, and you decide to turn off the highway for a pizza? Wrong, or at least not on a Monday! We sit down anyway, given the time (9:15 PM), and we order from the restaurant menu anyway. We get a €14 appetizer consisting of two crostini, two pieces of cheese, and three types of cold cuts, and that's it! A first course that was supposed to be a white ragù with fossa cheese was bland, and the fossa cheese was definitely not the one served. We ate it quickly, and so quickly did we leave, feeling like we were being taken for a ride. Catering is a different story!

02/11/2025: I don't recommend it. There are no drinks on the menu, and then you realize a regular bottle of water costs 4 euros and a glass of wine 8 euros. The prices are outrageous. They only care about money. The service is poor, the only thing is the pasta, which is okay, but still quite expensive. There are better places nearby.

05/08/2025: We stopped for lunch and ordered some starters and grilled meat. The starters were good, but not very hot. The meat was excellent. Friendly service. Enjoy your visit.
