28/12/2025: I stopped in almost by chance for a quick salad, but I was pleasantly surprised. Besides the quality of their baked goods, I tried their pulled pork burger... and I must say, I was truly captivated! The burger was very good, flavorful, and well-balanced, made with quality ingredients. It's also an excellent option for a quick but tasty lunch, not the typical "bakery" you might imagine. A super positive experience, I'll definitely be back to try more.

31/12/2025: Super kebab, it's really good, I think it's the best in Bolzano, now if I need a kebab I always go here to Rusty. The service is very fast, they are very kind and it's worth it.

21/12/2025: This review is for an incident involving one of their pizza delivery drivers, on December 21, 2025, at 7:10 PM on Via Resia. A scooter with a pizza delivery truck with "Rusty" written on the back sped past me on the RIGHT. I honked my horn, and a few meters further on, the motorcyclist stopped in the middle of the road, punched my car, both inside and out (I had the window down), and threatened to kill me, saying he'd kill me if he encountered me on the street. Then he hit my mirror, damaging it, and sped off. This is the level of civility of the people who deliver Rusty's pizzas. They speed around on scooters like fighter planes, collecting paltry tips and threatening death to drivers who get in their way. Think twice before having a pizza delivered to your home by a low-life criminal.

17/01/2026: The manager of the restaurant was extremely rude. I asked for a reservation for a table for two people, so far so good... Until he asked me the time. I told him between 1:20 and 1:30 pm because I had a commitment. He replied with arrogance and arrogance that there was no such thing as talking around with him, but it was necessary to be precise and specify the time. I politely told him (unlike him who has no manners) to write down 1:30 pm. As I was leaving, I heard him making fun of the other waiters. Dear manager, if you earn those few pennies thanks to us tourists that we give you, you just have to thank us, otherwise you would have been milking cows in the Dolomites.

13/01/2026: Great experience! The place was packed and a bit chaotic, but they were very kind in finding us a table for two without a reservation. The guy who served us was very knowledgeable about gluten-free options and pointed out everything I could eat without a care or that could be modified, including desserts! The food was so rich and excellent, both in terms of selection and quantity. I highly recommend it!

12/09/2025: Jenny and Marco, a fun, friendly, and chatty mother and son. Excellent coffee and sandwiches from what I've tried. A good meeting place in the city center.

28/10/2025: A huge compliment to the first restaurant that actually does it right when you remove something from a pizza and deducts it from the price. There's still hope, even here in South Tyrol, Bolzano! I ordered a pizza and left off the mozzarella because it was vegan... and they deducted it exactly as it should be. Anything else is basically cheating, which is why I usually always order a marinara with extras... Great job! The place was fantastic too, and they even had a super vegan burger.

28/12/2025: We stopped by for an afternoon merenda and enjoyed dessert with coffee. The staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming. I ordered the mousse alle castagne, which was really good and perfectly suited for a cozy afternoon treat. The atmosphere can get a bit noisy, but it didn’t take away from the experience. We still enjoyed our time there.

21/02/2026: I ordered a Quattro Stagioni pizza and "necessarily" also an arancini because it wasn't worth more than €15. What a load of rubbish! Why do I have to go over that amount? Then the delivery charge was another €4, which for me, being alone, is outrageous. The pizza was decent, but with that tomato sauce, it really fell short. The pasta was good.

28/10/2025: Three years ago we tried this place because we didn't know where to go for dinner. During those three years, I dreamed of returning to try their kebab again. The time has finally come, and I'd say the flavor I tasted three years ago hasn't changed. Truly top-notch!!!!
