01/02/2026: I booked a table, but we had to wait half an hour. It can happen, you say. "But ask if we want a drink in the meantime?" The service from the unfriendly owner is overbearing.
30/11/2025: Absolute favorite bar in Gries, staff is helpful, friendly, warm and kind. Coffee is great and don't get me started on the brioches, i love the pistacchio variant! During lunchtime you can also get really wellmade warm dishes, for vegetarians I'd recommend the canederli! Bar Tennis is also great for an apperetivo or some glasses of wine. Total recommendation, the worst part is, that they're closed on sundays.

21/07/2025: Pictures do not match the actual pizza. The pizza was mid and they didn't have beer from the tap (which was on the menu). I really don't understand the majority of the reviews here. There was one service personnel and he forgot what we had to order multiple times despite being only one of three customers. Would not go back or recommend it. The pizza next door is far superior and authentic taste and staff.

28/12/2025: We stopped by for an afternoon merenda and enjoyed dessert with coffee. The staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming.
I ordered the mousse alle castagne, which was really good and perfectly suited for a cozy afternoon treat.
The atmosphere can get a bit noisy, but it didn’t take away from the experience. We still enjoyed our time there.

Warm (winter) and comfortable rooms.
Some furnishings are missing, but this may be due to the renovations currently underway.
The breakfast was excellent and plentiful.
Friendly management.

25/10/2025: Many of you go to Nadamas for drinks, which is understandable, although you have to be careful. BUT the real discovery is hidden on the last page of the menu... among the desserts, you'll find a surprise: vanilla ice cream with warm berries.

On average, once a week, we take advantage of the pizzeria's home delivery service, and our order always arrives hot and tasty, as if fresh from the oven.
We believe the pizza is the best on the market, made with meticulous attention to quality ingredients. Besides its flavor, the dough has the advantage of remaining soft and firm even after it cools.
The kebab is always fresh and flavorful, never dry or woody.
Our friends and family, after trying both at our place, have become Babilonia customers themselves.
