16/07/2025: This review is about the prices. Not even a Michelin-starred restaurant has their prices. For example, the octopus with spinach was €38! Crazy. I had the pizza, which was perfectly average, nothing special, but definitely more expensive than elsewhere. Maybe they should reduce their prices. No maybe. The staff was rude.

28/07/2025: We traveled all the way from Brixen, where we're on vacation, because my teenager finally wanted to dive from a 7-meter and a 10-meter diving tower, and we don't have anything like that at home. At the ticket office (thank goodness before paying the entrance fee), we were told that the diving tower is ALWAYS closed and is only available for club training. That's all well and good, but that's not what the website says. If a swimming pool advertises its diving tower (website of the city of Bolzano, South Tyrol, etc.), it should also be available to the public and not just to clubs for training. Unfortunately, I can't find anything about this online, which I find misleading. Then please put a notice everywhere: Yes, we have a cool diving tower, but it's not intended for tourists/regular visitors to jump on.

22/07/2025: The location is exceptional: two large stainless steel pools and a children's play area. If you want a lounge chair, be sure to arrive early! Note: All types of swimsuits are permitted, even shorts. Swimming caps are not required.

While the hotel isn't the most modern, it is clearly cared for with pride and attention to detail. Breakfast was also simple but fresh and satisfying—just right to start the day. Our room even featured a small balcony, which was a lovely spot to enjoy a quiet moment. Although there is no air conditioning, the provided fan kept us relatively comfortable at night. The hotel is located in a lively and diverse neighborhood that has its own unique flair and energy. Overall, it is a bit pricey, but that's common in all of Bozen.

08/06/2025: Clean, comfortable, acceptable, wish I had more budget for a better place but it’s still good. The gentleman manning the hotel is very nice, polite and understanding.

08/06/2025: I took my Raffaello flavor which I was thinking was pretty solid. Then I tried all my friends' flavors and it was a really disappointing experience. Watered down ice cream. Maybe it doesn't deserve a star, but for the good of the community I have to lower this decidedly too high average.
