24/03/2025: The pizza is highly recommended. The atmosphere is lovely and very well-maintained. Unfortunately, we felt rather intrusive as guests. The service, I think it was the owners, was very dismissive and made you feel unwelcome. We certainly won't be coming back.

20/03/2025: If you want to spend a pleasant evening in the center of Bolzano, I can only recommend this restaurant. The place is very beautiful, well looked after, with a large outdoor area and an internal room (but if I'm not mistaken, there must be another room on the upper floor). The staff is kind, fast, attentive without ever being intrusive. The cuisine is very good, the dishes are balanced in flavor and fair in portions. For example, I took the tartare as an appetizer, served with butter and a particular mayonnaise; a risotto with pumpkin, cream cheese, hazelnuts and raw prawn, much appreciated. Finally the dessert, a vanilla and mango semifreddo. It's not the first time I've come here, and it won't be the last. Compliments to the staff.

12/11/2024: Finally a bar in Bolzano that also offers vegan breakfasts! It seems incredible and yet it is a rarity that I won't comment on out of decency. The bar is nice and clean. The staff is friendly and there is ample parking nearby. Average prices. Better than that... Better than that, you could offer payment via electronic money without further charges. But no one is perfect 😉. Edit: unfortunately the service is particularly slow and not always suitable for an early morning breakfast.

02/03/2025: On Friday evening there was a table of 4 and then the two of us....40 minutes of waiting for two pizzas which was a bit too much....and then non-existent service once he came while we were eating "everything was fine"... in the previous minutes don't even apologize for the wait the pizzas will arrive soon... they were at the counter talking and laughing which was almost annoying given that the place was empty and only them could be heard. Excellent pizza

01/03/2025: We wanted to sit down shortly before 3 p.m. and enjoy the beautiful weather with a Hugo. The waiter pointed out to us rather rudely that you were only allowed to sit down if you were eating lunch. The tables next to us all only had drinks. We then went to another restaurant where we could actually order something to drink. Incomprehensible and outrageous for us at this time.

01/03/2025: I was there solely and exclusively for their croissants/croissants/brioches, my review is strictly relevant to this product. They are certainly the best of those I have tried so far in Bolzano. Well filled and with delicious flavours, they have croissants with RICOTTA that are addictive. The cream is also very good. Recommended, absolutely try the one with ricotta.

23/02/2025: Hotel not top notch. It seems to be under renovation. Huge and warm rooms even if some details have been overlooked. The closet lacks an extra blanket. Bathroom with a small box despite being huge. Huge breakfast room and basic breakfast. It deserves some music or a TV that at least shows a news program. High price for what it offers as there are other better facilities nearby. We'll see in the future. For now I'll stop at 3 stars.

12/01/2025: Cordialità zero, pizza solo decente, prezzi esagerati, sono abituata a pagare anche per l'acqua di rubinetto, ci sono da lavare i bicchieri, ma la cifra è esagerata.

10/01/2025: Between 12 and 2 “only” drinking is not allowed. Even if several small tables are free and not reserved and you are already sitting at the table and explain that you will be leaving in 30 minutes. This is explained to the guest by an unfriendly employee. I have never experienced this in any other cafe in South Tyrol. You can do that as a business model, but for my guest model the café is completely eliminated.

22/12/2024: We ate canederle with cabbage. The cabbage was too salty. The stew with gnocchi was also too salty. We got our food quickly, but we had the feeling that we were expected to eat as soon as possible and free the table for someone else.

14/02/2025: Siamo andati per un pausa merenda, oltre alla vasta scelta di tisane, al banco c'erano anche molti dolci. Abbiamo preso lo strudel ed era davvero eccezionale! Locale accogliente e personale gentilissimo. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

03/01/2025: Ero già stato anni fa per colazione senza aver acquistato nulla, questa volta sono tornato per prendere lo strudel che anni fa aveva preso un mio amico, ottimo e divorato in poco tempo. Se andate quì soprattutto per i mercatini di natale lasciate perdere quello che vendono i mercatini, caro ma industriale al contrario di quello che ti dicono, questo è tutta un'altra cosa e il prezzo sinceramente non penso il prezzo sia molto più alto e in ogni caso ne vale davvero la pena

15/03/2025: For the offer they are definitely expensive, especially the jugs of tap water at €2.50 are a bit of a steal, but overall I know the food is good and the place is nice. A little more attention to certain little things would be appreciated though 😉

10/11/2024: Cheap fuel, however I have found that every time I refuel my diesel car, it starts repeatedly regenerating the DPF, probably the fuel is not of very good quality. Maybe a coincidence? I don't know

28/03/2025: Location not big but well looked after, to start with we dined outside, friendly staff, waiting between one course and another perfect. After 3 years we returned, everything exceptional the photos speak for themselves. Quality of food that can be said exceptional from appetizers to mixed fried food. Recommended.

17/03/2025: Not very cozy, meat-oriented restaurant. The radio plays old rock music in the dining room, with advertising included. Nice for the kitchen, but it is rather unsuitable for a dining room. The wait staff didn't seem very attentive either. A yeast wheat beer came as a bottle with an empty glass, instead of simply being served in a glass. During the meal they didn't even ask if everything was OK, if it tasted good, or if anything was missing. Also disturbing: the four people from the team sit at a round table at the front of the room and discuss some things in an annoyed tone. I don't understand Italian, but I at least understand that such conversations are not done in the company of guests. My general impression is that this is not a catering operator who is passionate about running the shop. By the way, the food was OK, but not outstanding. But he wasn't interested in that at all, not even when he was clearing away. My tip to the team: a first aid course in gastronomy. Edit after the boss's answer: Gaslighting at its finest. Classic Rock Radio was definitely playing there (Total eclipse of the heart for example.) Decades of imagination is also an education.

23/02/2025: I was recently in this restaurant and I can say that it was a truly pleasant experience. The service is impeccable: the staff is kind, attentive and always available. As for the food, the pizzas are excellent, with a variety of options to suit every taste. The meat is perfectly cooked, tender and flavorful. The environment is also very welcoming, with a well-furnished room and a warm atmosphere that makes everything even more pleasant. Without a doubt recommended for an evening in good company!

08/01/2025: Abbiamo preso tre pretzel, ma li abbiamo trovati un po' piccoli e troppo salati, in media buoni come quelli che abbiamo mangiato in tutta bolzano. Forse meritava di più lo strudel.
