23/06/2025: On Google it says there are gluten-free alternatives, but in reality they are not suitable for celiacs and I only found out once I was seated and ready to order. Being celiac is not a trend and in fact I felt terrible. Even though I avoided the pizza since it was clearly contaminated, even taking the meat I felt bad and I had made a thousand recommendations. If you don't know which foods are suitable and which are not and you don't know about contamination, don't offer gluten-free because then you will harm the celiac.

13/06/2025: Nice choice to have a Western themed restaurant, the waitresses were kind and polite. The only flaw is that for me and my classmates it was a bit too dark.

23/06/2025: Clean and well-arranged room. Excellent location of the hotel. It has a private parking in the back of the structure. The breakfast is very good and plentiful. The structure of the rooms is detached from the original location where you go for breakfast.

17/03/2025: Courtesy and cleanliness. The structure is no longer recent but is kept with great care and equipped with everything you need. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast and courtesy of the owner complete the picture.

08/02/2025: Ci siamo fermati oggi dopo aver passato la mattina ai giochi con gommoni e slittini nel parco adiacente. Volevamo una cosa veloce ma decente purtroppo non abbiamo toccato niente di ciò che abbiamo ordinato. Cotoletta e patatine (al forno non fritte ) immangiabili!!! Riscaldati al microonde, di scarsa qualità, gommosa.. nemmeno l’odore era invitante!! abbiamo pagato il conto come se avessimo mangiato ma abbiamo espresso il ns disappunto! Mai più

26/01/2025: Maxi toast a 7 euro, piccolo e anche poco farcito. Tagliatelle incollate tra loro e secche sopra. Vicinissimo al Winter Park, alla piscina e alla pista di pattinaggio, ma vale la pena spostarsi altrove. Forse per un aperitivo, ma per mangiare non lo consiglio assolutamente.

23/06/2025: The Messnerwirt in Oberolang impresses with its hospitality, good service, and clean rooms. The food is also impressive. Particularly noteworthy is the homemade cake, which is available fresh every afternoon as part of the half-board package. A garage (with power outlets) for bicycles is also available. The city bus, which runs directly in front of the hotel every half hour, is also particularly convenient. If you want to relax after a hike or bike ride, you can do so either on the large terrace with a cold drink or on one of the sun loungers in the garden. The Swiss pine schnapps was also particularly good :)

27/06/2025: I ate here for two months and I must say that: Sometimes you have to wait a long time for waiters. Sometimes they confuse orders. Sometimes I was charged different prices for the same dishes. To summarize, the pork ribs here are the most delicious, and the tiramisu is the worst I've ever had. The ice cream is very good, but the pasta and pizza are mediocre.

25/06/2025: A very friendly welcome, we were shown around the hotel, and everything was explained. At first glance, we didn't think the hotel's location was that great – more like it was at the end of the world – but you have to go up to the roof terrace first! A fantastically beautiful area! And the beautiful hotel park! The entire building is tastefully decorated, everything is clean and bright. We even had two windows in the bathroom, and the toilet also had a large window. Our room was really large, with a spacious entrance area with a coat rack, shelves, and a longer corridor to the room itself. However, the wardrobe could have been larger or different; there were no additional shelves, just rods for hanging things. The wellness area is very nice, and the newly opened Sky Spa is truly a success. As in any hotel – if everyone didn't reserve a lounger unnecessarily, there would be enough space for everyone. But don't get upset. The dining room is well laid out; we were lucky and were in a very small, separate area, so it was quiet and relaxing while eating. The food itself – The selection of salads/antipasti could be a bit more extensive; in some cases, the salad bowls were almost empty shortly after 7 p.m. But we certainly didn't go hungry :-) We really enjoyed the food. We found the staff to be very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I mean all areas, not just the restaurant. All in all, we spent a wonderful Easter holiday here. We can recommend the hotel with a clear conscience and are sure we will return.

08/07/2025: Unfortunately, a very disappointing visit. Right from the start, the waiter stood out for his extremely rude behavior: When I was looking for the restroom, he loudly addressed me with "HELLO out there" – inappropriate and disrespectful. When we tried to order, we were stopped by a hand signal, and the waiter turned around without a word and attended to other matters. When our child then colored one of the menus, the waiter reacted angrily and accused us of being unfriendly – ​​even though we had calmly explained the situation. I tried to speak to the owner to describe the experience constructively – unfortunately, his only response was: "Tell that to my wife." No interest, no apology. Conclusion: We will definitely not be coming back and cannot recommend the place to anyone.

Vielen. lieben Dank für die immer supersympathische Familienatmosphäre, die uns allen drei großen Spass gemacht hat!
