Hotel des Alpes In Selva di val gardena

Excellent bourguignonne. There was a bit of confusion with the reservation, and we were worried we wouldn't get it due to a mistaken cancellation, but we finally made it. Our only regret was having ordered the appetizer (mixed salami) on the recommendation to pass the extra wait, but it was worth the wait and enjoyed the main course, which was plentiful and we couldn't finish it.

Excellent food, polite staff, in a central location, I highly recommend it!

The appetizers arrived very quickly and were delicious. Unfortunately, I didn't take any pictures, but we had various pinsa and pasta with venison ragout. The main courses took a very long time because we were forgotten. Nevertheless, everything was very tasty, including the desserts. The service was very friendly and attentive. This was our third time eating here, and we've been extremely satisfied each time. However, we haven't stayed at the hotel yet.

Very old-fashioned indeed. But unfortunately, there was chaos in the kitchen, so the food arrived late.

We ate at the restaurant today and had Chateaubriand and pasta... absolutely superb quality, we highly recommend it!!!!
