09/08/2025: I took advantage of the opportunity to swim on a hot day while traveling around and wasn't expecting much - it was all the more pleasant a surprise. The lake is quite small, as are the beaches, some of them private, so the public ones were really full, but I still didn't regret it. There are lockers for things, a changing room, and clean toilets. The seating at the restaurant is comfortable, even in the heat there is a pleasant breeze, the service wasn't very good, but it was nice. The food and drinks were excellent, made from fresh ingredients, and not at all expensive, as I would expect from such a place.

25/08/2025: Average restaurant, nice and mostly frequented by tourists. The really good pizzas arrived in exactly 10 minutes despite a supposed wait of at least 30 minutes, as the waiter had announced given the busy restaurant (who knows, perhaps to trick us into ordering something more expensive). The restaurant wasn't actually that busy, but we still waited 15 minutes before anyone remembered to come and take our order. Prices were average for a downtown restaurant.

23/08/2025: Kudos to the service: the waiters were very friendly, even though we were there a little late. The food was very good, especially the traditional dishes, with generous portions. We ordered a platter, dumplings, and a dish of the day. Very satisfied, I'd go back!

02/06/2025: Cucina gourmet da 10 e lode in Val di Fassa. Lasciandoci tentare dal percorso da 6 portate del territorio, siamo stati accompagnati in eccellenza di sapori e presentazione. Gusto inattesi ma ben orchestrati, non estremi ma inpensati quello si, porzioni adatte e presentazioni che colpivano l'osservatore, senza tuttavia intimidire. Ritmo di servizio perfetto, non lento da consumare la serata, non affrettato da non lasciare il piacere conviviale. Piccole accortezze come entrè, pane e buon olio per iniziare. Personale in sala sempre attento, capace di orientare con sorrisi e consigli richiesti, senza eccedere nel voler essere presente divenendo così invadente. Ambiente piacevole, numero di coperti non troppo ampio da disperdere la sensazione di essere fra amici in occasione speciale. Vini al calice ben selezionati, piacevoli e consigliati con la giusta franchezza ed esperienza. Prezzo ragionevole per la complessità e l'ampiezza del menù, le materie prime uniche e del territorio, la loro qualità e la gestione complessiva. Tutto in linea alla tipologia di ristorazione attesa e scelta, non per tutti i giorni ma neppure per una volta e mai più, percependo uno scomodo disallineamento nel dare e ricevere.. qui non accadrà. Insomma, se foste in zona e desideraste una cena di misura, non perdete l'occasione per farvi tentare e sentire la passione di coloro che amano il loro lavoro di ristorazione, ne varrà la pena.

27/04/2025: Ok ristorante gourmet ma i prezzi sono spropositati, 4 euro il coperto senza neanche la tovaglia, anche perché non credo sia molto igienico il puro tavolo. Come faccio a sapere se è stato pulito a dovere?

And I must add, everyone is really super kind, but there's one girl with glasses, beautiful hair, a brunette, a little short, and truly remarkable kindness. 14/07/2025: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was very well organized, the staff was friendly and professional, and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which made our experience even better the room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had a great view. The entire stay was smooth and relaxing. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the quality of the service. Highly recommended, and we’d love to come back!

06/07/2025: Il locale è caratteristico ed è gradevole la terrazza esterna, personale un po’ troppo “veloce” per la location, eravamo a cena e il locale non era pieno, per cui ci sarebbe stato modo di curare meglio il servizio, invece sembravano tutti rincorsi da un cane rabbioso. Menu’ con poca scelta. Cibo che non lascia traccia, ma il conto parecchio! Eravamo stati diverse volte, qualche anno fa, e siamo rimasti un po’ delusi per la proposta della cucina e i prezzi lievitati.

26/08/2025: My family and I vacationed in Dobbiaco and stayed at this hotel. We had a wonderful time! Excellent food, impeccable service, impeccable cleanliness, and a great location. Plus, there's a wonderful spa where you can relax in the afternoon after long walks. I hope to return soon! A special thanks to the owners and staff, who were incredibly kind!

17/06/2025: Luogo accogliente e personale esperto, attendo ed appassionato. Piade farcite con amore da oltre 10 anni, dalle più Classiche alle più particolari (le Ignoranti, le Delicate, ...) una varia scelta di prodotti locali selezionati con cura. La mia preferita: carne salada, trentingrana e rucola con la possibilità di scegliere diversi tipi di impasto, integrale, farro e canapa. Ce n'é per tutti i gusti e i prezzi sono ottimi. Tappa obbligata quando passo da Rovereto e ogni volta finisce con una piada dolce alle nocciole. Bravi!! A presto

17/06/2025: Welcoming place and expert, attentive and passionate staff. Piadas stuffed with love for over 10 years, from the Classics to the most particular (the Ignoranti, the Delicate, ...) a varied choice of carefully selected local products. My favorite: carne salada, trentingrana and rocket with the possibility of choosing different types of dough, wholemeal, spelt and hemp. There is something for all tastes and the prices are excellent. A must when I pass through Rovereto and every time I end with a sweet piada with hazelnuts. Well done!! See you soon

16/03/2025: Avendo sentito da tanti conoscenti parlare del posto, abbiamo prenotato per la colazione. Il locale è carino, anche se la domenica dopo la messa c’è parecchio rumore al bar, e nella sala si sente tutto. Il buffet è limitato, poca scelta di pane e dolci, come pure dei formaggi. Per €29,00 ci si aspetta di più. Non tornerei. Molto gentile e attenta la signora in sala.

10/02/2025: My partner and I spent a wonderful long weekend. Past excellent ratings have proven true. Clean and spacious apartment. Excellent products in the hotel bar/shop and present at breakfast time. But the thing that really leaves its mark is the kindness of the staff, available to give advice and to help the customer, if possible. Thank you very much and if possible see you soon.
