The Hotel Christof is a little gem: elegant, refined, and above all, very welcoming. You feel at home from the moment you arrive, thanks to a truly warm and attentive team.
The spa is superb, perfect for relaxing after a day of excursions. But the real highlight is undoubtedly the quality of the meals! We stayed half-board and were delighted: delicious and varied breakfasts, and simply exceptional dinners. Kudos to the chef who delighted us for a week.
The location is also ideal for exploring the region and the magnificent surrounding lakes, as well as for superb hikes in the Dolomites.
A place to recommend without hesitation—we'll definitely be back! 💛
24/10/2025: A modern, minimalist hotel, it breaks away from South Tyrolean tradition while maintaining a high level of customer service.
The Basic rooms are very spacious, with a comfortable bathroom and a super-comfortable loggia terrace with a table, chairs, and beanbag chairs.
You're truly pampered at breakfast, as well as at dinner, with quality products presented divinely (a four-course menu, salad buffet, and a cheese buffet).
The indoor pool and wellness area are also lovely: in the latter, guests are asked to swim in both the sauna and steam room, with a certain level of tolerance for the different preferences of the guests (German or Italian).

09/12/2025: To avoid traffic, we took the side road, and since it was lunchtime, we decided to stop for lunch at this restaurant.
Unfortunately, we weren't the only ones who felt this way; we actually had to wait quite a while at the restaurant... but in the end, the wait was worth it, and we enjoyed some truly excellent dishes.
The restaurant is very unique, with attention to detail... congratulations.
We'll be back sooner rather than later.

01/10/2025: Unfortunately, there was no mention of the hut being closed on the signs or in the towns. It was sobering to see this after a long journey there...
At the time of planning a few days earlier, there was no mention of it on Google.
13/09/2025: On our hike from Ruffré to the Mendel Pass, we first passed the fairly busy Halbweg Hut. We then decided to continue a bit further to the Enzian Hut, and our decision was absolutely right. There, we received a very friendly welcome and were able to enjoy the fantastic food in peace. We also had a delicious elderflower spritzer made from homemade elderflower syrup. Highly recommended!

28/10/2025: We stayed at this hotel in September 2025.
Everything was very nice.
What bothered us was that only regular guests received a warm welcome, and otherwise, only regular guests were spoken to.
We would have appreciated it if the staff had also taken the time to chat with newly arrived guests who were staying at the hotel for the first time.
Perhaps such guests would become regulars themselves.
P.S.: A smile should be made on the young man at the bar.

03/11/2025: Centrally located hotel with a beautiful view and everything within easy reach, including a free bus stop with the pass for touring South Tyrol. The staff and the owner are friendly, warm, and efficient. The cuisine is excellent, and the restaurant is always busy. Everything is tastefully decorated, as are the rooms. I stayed there on half-board from October 29th to November 2nd, and everything met my expectations. I can't wait to return.
03/11/2025: Excellent hotel decorated in a minimalist style, comfortable rooms with large bathrooms. Welcoming and courteous staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. We will return.

09/10/2025: We were given a free Smartbox for one night with dinner, and we extended it for a day because we had such a great time. The staff were kind and friendly, the spa was fantastic, and the food was excellent. We'll definitely be back.
08/09/2025: Unfortunately, I was still in an old room. However, almost all of the rooms have been renovated. The wellness area is very nice, lavishly furnished with antique wood and tasteful tiles.

26/11/2025: Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio wasn't right for us.
We didn't feel well looked after. There was an ant invasion in the room that destroyed all our shopping. The answer was, "It's just out here in the woods."
30/09/2025: We've stayed at this hotel a few times now. It's ideally located for excursions in the wine region. The extensive breakfast is served – nothing is missing.
We always enjoy coming back.

17/11/2025: Saturday evening, not crowded, nice atmosphere inside, fast, professional, and friendly service, the waitress very nice. The pizza chef makes a truly exceptional pizza; the dough isn't heavy, and the toppings are really balanced. The price for the evening was modest (I paid for two people). Overall, I'll definitely be back and recommend it to friends and family. All in all, everything was great!

The dishes were generous and well-cooked.
The staff were very friendly and extremely attentive to their needs.
The location is convenient, and the prices are absolutely average for the area, offering excellent value for money given the generous portions and quality.
Recommended for those looking for a quick, tasty lunch with fast, friendly service in the center of Trento!

The staff were very friendly. We were treated to an excellent lemon schnapps as a farewell. An overall first-class experience.

10/12/2025: I didn't think it was true. A treat for us, the ones who are always rushing around. Every now and then you need to stop and recharge, and this is one of the few places where that's possible. The food is refined, the rooms are amazing. Paolo has a hospitality that only a few can match. These are qualities. Well done guys.

I found four of the courses to be very high quality.
The mousse in the dessert was too sweet for me, but I thought the rest of the dish was very good.
We really enjoyed the suggested wine.
I'm already looking forward to Brixen again :-)
