I tried to pay by card... and they didn't give me any option. I'll never visit this bakery again; it's overflowing with friendliness, and with today's situation, they've already lost another customer! P.S. Since I can't answer your question, I'll answer it this way. I've been living and working in the village for months. I've been shopping there many mornings, so if they've seen me... don't worry, I haven't been back and won't be back. 😊

13/08/2025: The bread and baked goods are delicious and fresh, with a good variety of choices. However, I find it very inconvenient that you can't pay by debit card or card, but only in cash or via Satispay. In a time when electronic payment is now standard, this limitation can create inconvenience for customers who don't often carry cash. It would be a major improvement to also offer payment by POS.

06/10/2025: It's the only center with a pool and spa accessible to the public within a 40km radius; they could offer much more. The services are below basic and the prices are higher than average; I wouldn't return. This is my experience: - €15 for a bathrobe, towel, and flip-flops (you have to take the tote bag and flip-flops away). They're a "standard" one-size-fits-all, barely a women's size M, and they smelled of acid; in fact, most guests brought their own bathrobe/towel. I appreciated the fact that they gave me an extra towel at reception, but it didn't make a difference. - There are no changing rooms; you have to go to the restrooms or stand outside in front of the lockers. Being naked with a towel in the dimly lit spa is different from being naked in the brightly lit locker rooms where other people, children, and the cleaning lady are milling around. - In the fall and winter, the pools are only accessible to the public on Saturdays and Sundays (if there are no classes) and only with a spa admission fee. I chose Saturday to use the pool, but I didn't go because you need a swimsuit, but they don't have a drying system (many spas have special spin dryers or heated tubes). - The staff is friendly, the guy at the spa is helpful and shows all new users around. - The spa is nothing special. The four saunas differ only in size and temperature; they could be more like a salt room; the two Turkish baths are slippery, but they produce a nice steam, and there are towels to sit on and salt for scrubbing; the hot tub is a shallow rectangular pool; it's warm and doesn't have jets, but gentle bubbles rising from the bottom. When in use, it's kept on continuously and then turned off, or on a 7-minute cycle with a 2-minute break when no one is using it. It's in the middle of the spa in the walkway, next to the refreshment area, not ideal for those who are naked and want to relax. There are two relaxation areas, a small one that's darker and warmer due to its proximity to a sauna and Turkish bath, and a larger, cooler one, but there are blankets and the reclining loungers are comfortable. - The refreshment area is open, overlooking the whirlpool and sharing a wall with the larger relaxation area; a poor placement, given that people go there to chat. It offers a hot ginger tea, a cold one—I don't know what it's for (there are no signs explaining what you're drinking), and lemon and cucumber-flavored water. There's a sink for water, some apples, and occasionally they bring a small tray of sliced ​​fruit. Every hour there's an aufguss in the hottest sauna. People line up in the corridor to the whirlpool and chat. Then, during the session, they play loud modern music (I thought the chaos was coming from the pool, like an aqua gym class...). When they leave, there's stadium-like applause. This was pointed out, but I didn't stay to see if anything changed after the third aufguss. However, from similar reviews from other users, I gather that the center's management doesn't take any action. This disturbs the relaxation of other users, as both the music and the chatter can be clearly heard from the nearby saunas/Turkish baths and relaxation area. I purchased a day pass, but for all these reasons, I only stayed for three hours (including showering and changing). However, I wasn't refunded the difference from the reduced price. I appreciated Yanet at reception offering me a 10% discount on future admission, but I explained to her that I was there on vacation and wouldn't be returning. I believe the staff does the best they can with the resources they have, and management should invest and improve the service.

30/08/2025: The sauna is not working. The buffet is locked. Two swimming pools. One with salt water. There are no sun loungers indoors when it rains.

22/08/2025: Terrible service, arrogant sales assistant, 15€ for 4 chocolate apricots... very normal quality of chocolate, the only thing you could taste was the sugar, almost inedible

17/08/2025: It's impossible that we still haven't figured out that when they make you ice cream, you should pick up the cone with a napkin, not your hands. But does it take so long to understand that people are disgusted by eating a cone that's been touched with hands that may have just touched money or something else?

23/07/2025: Prachtige locatie, jammer van de service: - Pizza was prima (because Italy) - Schnitzel was middelmatig op z’n best.. Je mocht blij zijn dat het op een bord geserveerd werd, enkel een lap schnitzel en een beetje friet. Geen groente, garnering of iets van saus maar wel €23,- betalen. Met geluk nog een glaasje met sausjes in zakjes erbij gekregen. Was verder prima te eten. - Personeel is het meest onvriendelijke naar elkaar wat ik ooit heb gezien. Elkaar overmatig corrigeren in bijzijn van een klant. Bijvoorbeeld als je ergens wil gaan zitten, we werden gevraagd ergens anders te gaan zitten terwijl er nog maar 1 ander tafeltje bezet was. Ober liep de schenen onder z’n lijf vandaan om 4 tafels te bedienen van eten terwijl vrouwelijke collega enkel een wijntje uit serveerde en druk was met haar hard werkende collega te corrigeren. Laatste hap ging naar binnen terwijl het bord al gepakt werd, dit viel ons bij anderen al op en gebeurde ook bij ons, alsof ze er promotie op krijgen. Afrekenen moesten we blijkbaar voor naar binnen. Ik laat vrijwel nooit een recensie achter maar dit was er 1 voor in de boeken/verhalen op feestjes. Nog nooit zo opgelaten gegeten

19/07/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante per mangiare la pizza, essendo baresi e napoletani siamo molto esigenti😉Ampia scelta. Non ci aspettavamo una pizza così buona, ben condita e cotta a puntino. Locale accogliente con un servizio molto accurato Un plauso speciale ad Angela cortese professionale ed empatica. Ci torneremo con piacere e non è una minaccia😉

24/09/2025: Authentic Chinese cuisine prepared with passion by a Hong Kong-born owner. The siu mai are the best in South Tyrol—fragrant, juicy, and unforgettable. The menu is varied and carefully curated, with dishes that convey true Chinese culinary tradition. Fast and friendly service, a welcoming atmosphere: a must-visit for lovers of authentic Chinese cuisine. All at very reasonable prices.

21/09/2025: Pizza was super delicious. Service left a lot to be desired; very slow and unmotivated. Cutlery not suitable for cutting pizza. It's a shame we won't be back.

30/07/2025: pizza di cartone assoluto senza gusto neanche con dieci ingredienti dentro ,l acqua della bottiglia è palesemente finta di spina , praticamente riempita e ritappata venduta come se fosse una perrier bicchieri caldi ,il resto non ho abbiamo avuto il coraggio di provarlo

19/07/2025: Comí en este lugar en 3 noches diferentes, con un grupo de 10 amigos (viaje de senderismo). La comida era increíble, siempre! Comimos principalmente chuletas de cordero, filete de ternera, Goulash, ensaladas mixtas y pocas pizzas. Todo estaba perfectamente cocinado, la carne estaba jugosa y tierna. Como postre - tiramisú! El personal era muy amable y servicial. Los precios son los esperados en la zona de Dolomitas pero por la calidad de la comida eran aceptables. (en promedio 25 eu por plato) Mejor reservar con antelación ya que el restaurante está muy ocupado a la hora de la cena. ¡Gran reconocimiento!
