Beautiful location, friendly service, but the food and ice cream sundaes are overpriced. They could save money by removing the salad leaves used for decoration. It's outdated and wasteful.

Even after many years, it is always a great pleasure to stop here: beautiful location, delicious small dishes of consistently good quality, friendly landlady - all in all a successful visit!

Beautiful location right on the bike path, but overpriced. The baguette with tomato and mozzarella tasted like a pre-made product. The farmer's toast was tasty. Both were too expensive at €9.50 compared to other places. The non-alcoholic wheat beer at €6 was also quite steep...

A lovely snack bar right on the bike path, nestled among the apple and grapevines of Kaltern. You immediately feel at ease; the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The typical South Tyrolean dishes, such as the Christl im Loch cold cuts platter, the apple strudel, and the ice cream, are excellent, and the terrace is perfect for resting and relaxing. Highly recommended!

Very friendly, good selection of food and drinks. Very popular with cyclists. We were there by car; it's located between Kaltern and Eppan.

01/07/2026: Due to some negative reviews and closed restaurants in the immediate vicinity, we "reluctantly" went here and were extremely pleasantly surprised. We cannot confirm the negative reviews at all. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive – always on hand. The food tasted very good, whether regional dishes or pizza; there was nothing to complain about. The appetizer and main course were served separately, as requested. The wait for the food was short. The prices are typical for the area and reasonable. In short, we highly recommend it.
28/06/2026: Located in Luttago, this large pizzeria restaurant has satisfied both me (celiac, lactose intolerant, and allergic to pork) and my husband (a vegetarian). Twice. He also tried the pizza, which he found truly delicious, both for the ingredients used, the dough, and the cooking. Last night, however, we ate at the restaurant... Everything was truly excellent!!!! We'll definitely be back!!!!
