15/01/2026: The food was unfortunately really bad. The service and atmosphere were fantastic. Breakfast was also very good, but dinner in the restaurant was terrible. We ordered four pasta dishes, and none of them were satisfactory. Two of them were almost inedible. The tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms (limp, frozen mushrooms) was awful, and the pasta carbonara wasn't even remotely carbonara—more like raw egg yolk with nothing else. For these high prices? No thanks.

27/03/2026: For a graduation aperitif, we were extremely happy with both the planning of the event and the day itself. The venue is beautiful, both inside, where the decorations for our celebration were located, and outside, facing the fountain in Piazza Duomo. The buffet was carefully prepared and delicious, the service efficient and pleasant, and the staff were truly welcoming and attentive, leaving no detail to chance.

08/02/2026: One should avoid cream tarts on Sundays. They tasted sour, not fresh. If you're selling defrosted pastries or leftovers from the day before, you should inform the customer. What a shame! Unfortunately, this isn't the first time it's happened.

21/10/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An absolute gem in Bolzano! Talvera is an amazing spot — the atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a truly beautiful setting that makes you want to stay for hours. The view is absolutely stunning, especially if you’re lucky enough to catch a sunny day. The coffee was rich and full of flavor, and the cake was just delicious — perfectly fresh and full of taste. It’s the kind of place that makes you appreciate the simple joys of good food, great coffee, and a lovely view. Definitely a must-visit in Bolzano!

20/11/2025: It's unacceptable to charge a 3-month-old baby, who doesn't even need a crib, 50% of the adult rate. The same price applies to 7-year-olds. These child rates need to be revised, as they are neither fair nor justified.

09/11/2025: I stayed at this hotel on October 14, 2025, for my birthday. Very beautiful, modern, and stylish, with a warm welcome, even a small platter and a glass of prosecco upon check-in. The 3/4 board option was excellent, nothing to complain about. The day of departure was my birthday. We had breakfast before leaving, and... surprise! The table was set with two red roses and little wooden hearts, followed by a mini chocolate and raspberry cake. It was an unexpected and very nice surprise from the hotel! The pool was fantastic, with lots of comfortable loungers overlooking the valley and mountains. The spa was also very nice, but you have to enter naked, which I found difficult, but that's my problem. Fresh dried fruit and herbal teas were available. The view is beautiful. My only criticism is that, having spent €150 per person, or €300 per day, I expected a modern room, adequate for the price. However, aside from the valley and mountain views, it was dated. Spacious and comfortable, but with curtains that were the same as those in my house from 25 years ago, even the dark wood furniture was dated. Fortunately, the floor was wood, and the bathroom was spacious with a shower and corner tub, and also had a convenient walk-in closet. It was closed with a curtain made of a fabric that matched the decor. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. Even a small plate of red apples and fresh water was provided. I know they've renovated part of the hotel, and I hope to be able to use it on my next visit. I thank all the staff for their kindness and wonderful experience.

15/09/2025: The flavors they offer are made with ingredients produced and grown in Italy. The shop is clean, the bathroom spotless. They have a very unique way of serving the ice cream. The containers they serve it in are covered. You can sit facing the Piazza del Duomo, where the view is wonderful. I loved the salted toffee ice cream. And the drowned coffee, the best in my opinion. The service was really fast, friendly, and excellent.

14/04/2026: Excellent bar, friendly and courteous waiters. You always feel pampered, with superb desserts like the pastry cabaret and the pastiera my sister got for Easter. Superb breakfast with excellent croissants and a cute cappuccino decoration. Highly recommended 🙃☺️🥐🥐
