The Tostopiccolo was good. The Negroni cocktail was pretty good too. Trent Cafe is, in my opinion, the best place for people-watching.

A perfect bar for a coffee with friends. Inside, there's a classic, professional atmosphere. The street overlooks the Duomo and the fountain. A wonderful place.

For a graduation aperitif, we were extremely happy with both the planning of the event and the day itself. The venue is beautiful, both inside, where the decorations for our celebration were located, and outside, facing the fountain in Piazza Duomo. The buffet was carefully prepared and delicious, the service efficient and pleasant, and the staff were truly welcoming and attentive, leaving no detail to chance.

I celebrated my daughter's graduation. Everything was perfect, from the drinks to the abundant, fresh finger food. There was even a platter for my celiac niece and a separate one for vegans. In short, meticulous attention to detail and the waiters were kind and professional. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

A very charming place located in the center of Trento with a classic style. We had an aperitif served with appetizers. The appetizers are well-made and the prices (€6) are truly excellent for a central location. I highly recommend going there.

Ristorante Baita Tonda.

25/03/2026: Baita Tonda Cermis is located at the intermediate stop of the Alpe Cermis cable car. I had lunch there on my first day and enjoyed it: despite the rather high prices, the staff was helpful and friendly, the food was good and served hot, and the decor was very pleasant. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the bar area. On subsequent days, I returned for a hot chocolate and the staff seemed less helpful: the girl who served us seemed listless, the wait for the table to be cleared was long, and the hot chocolates were served in paper cups, despite table service. The bar staff's customer service didn't seem particularly good, and while the restaurant experience was positive, this aspect lowers my overall rating.

21/08/2025: Refuge at the arrival point of the second section of the Daolasa cable car with a splendid view. Small lake to stroll around. Good selection of excellent, hearty dishes served with exceptional kindness. Compliments to the chefs. Starting point for several trails.
21/08/2025: A refuge located at the arrival point of the cable car of the same name. During peak season or when there are large crowds, it's a self-service restaurant, in our case (Thursdays, the second half of August), with table service. The professional and friendly staff welcomes us with smiles and enthusiasm. The menu offers a good selection of first courses, second courses, and desserts. Most importantly (and not surprisingly), they list the allergens that may be present in the various dishes. The prices are in line with the high quality and the preparation, worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. In the best Alpine tradition, we were offered an excellent grappa with the bill. The splendid backdrop of the peaks is a plus that makes a stop here a must.
