The staff was very friendly and helpful, the place was clean and the ice cream was very good 😋

We stopped by yesterday for gelato, which was delicious as usual. The staff was helpful and everyone was very kind. I gave it three stars because the air conditioning didn't work. We and all the other customers had a hard time waiting in line for the receipt, since it was a day with live music and there were quite a few people. However, when I sat down to enjoy the gelato, I couldn't help but think about the staff, who were definitely working harder than us. It's truly a shame that one of the best gelato shops in Trento, one that enjoys such a prime location, isn't getting the attention it deserves.
