20/09/2025: One of the most beautiful refuges I've ever visited! The view is breathtaking, and the peace you breathe is truly rejuvenating. The food is delicious and meticulously prepared, as is the interior. The atmosphere is warm and spotlessly clean (including the bathrooms, which is never a given). The service is excellent; it feels like being at home among family. It's easily accessible by car, but I honestly recommend leaving your car in the lower parking lot, about 1 km away, and enjoying the easy walk to the refuge.

31/10/2025: Excellent kebab🔝, tried both the sandwich and the piadina and both were beautifully filled. Always takeout with top service, wrapped in foil they stay nice and warm and then they even give you napkins👍🏼. Delivered to Pieve di Bono, we will definitely be placing more super orders 💪🏼💪🏼🤪🤪 thanks to the players of US Pieve di Bono 🟪

07/12/2025: Dinner for two, one dish and one pizza arrived within 10 minutes of each other, leaving us to eat alone.
Little menu choice, and the pizza wasn't the best. I don't recommend it.
29/11/2025: We had two decent pizzas. The goulash and sausage were cold, not to mention the strudel was completely frozen. I wouldn't recommend it... For the food we ate, we were pretty overpriced.

30/11/2025: We just spent a night in this exceptional hotel for its elegance, location and kindness, an enchanting place impeccably renovated, it feels like entering a museum, with classic but modern rooms furnished with taste and refinement, I stayed in the wonderful Marianne suite, superlative breakfast, varied and abundant, highly recommended

Waiter (without a greeting):
'Sparkling or still?'
Me: 'Excuse me?'
Waiter: 'Well, sparkling or still?'
It takes some getting used to!!
...as a female guest who doesn't order a full meal, you feel completely second-class by the service staff...

25/09/2025: I wish it had less than one star. Yesterday I was there and the staff were very rude and racist, and their way of dealing with people was bad. It became clear to me that they only treat Germans well.

06/10/2025: A lovely garden restaurant right on the lake with a great view and good produce, as well as two or three hot and cold homemade dishes daily. It's a must for me to stop here every year and support these people, who still do their work with passion and kindness.
06/10/2025: The seating is super nice, quiet, and idyllic. We had delicious drinks, wine, and apple strudel at a fair price. It seems to be family-run, and some of the products are homemade and regional.

16/11/2025: Unfriendly, insulting, and hostile to children.
We were a large group of middle schoolers, parents, and some toddlers. Although the restaurant, with its playground, appears family-friendly, it was made very clear that children were not welcome. Despite my constant supervision, we were treated rudely. What was particularly shocking was that a staff member repeatedly touched me and yelled at me, even after I had explicitly asked her several times to stop. This was absolutely unacceptable behavior.
To make matters worse, the food was served, and because of this behavior, I was able to leave everything untouched, yet I was still charged a hefty sum.
08/11/2025: Excellent, everything was perfect! We stayed for lunch until late and I would have stayed longer! The atmosphere is authentic and the owners are amazing! The food is delicious!

Everything was perfect and I highly recommend this place.
25/09/2025: Great house and great hostess, friendly and accommodating!
A house dating back to the 15th century. And you really feel like you've been transported back in time!
Unfortunately, but understandably so from the landlady's point of view, the inn is only open when enough people have registered!
There's a pizzeria not far away!
